I am letting you know that my 7th delivery from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Katy (Houston) Texas has been resolved. [redacted] came through on not only delivering the bed I purchased but also scheduling a pick up for the defective bed set as well. It was unsettling for the franchise store not complete their duties by helping their consumer finalize a successful delivery but [redacted] did from the office located in New Braunfels. I do hope the owner for Katy-Houston location will evaluate how their Staffing handles their Customer's concerns/complaints in the future. Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for making us aware of our customers update.  The purchase has been fully refunded.  The refund of $100 did complete processing 4/13/15, 4 business days after the merchandise was returned on 4/7/15.  We recommended that our customer contact her financial institution if she feels there is a discrepancy with her account.  While designs may match, many dining room table tops and bases are sold separately. The table top’s base was not purchased, so none was scheduled for delivery.  An itemized list of what was purchased was provided and signed.  It’s unfortunate that this was not discovered to be an issue by any party involved until the delivery arrived. Our customer was dissatisfied and so we agreed to return and refund the purchase.  This has been completed.  We value our customer’s feedback and will thoroughly examine all of the described events.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.Sincerely,[redacted]Office of the President

nothing to solve this issue and everytime I call, the associates have an attitude. My kitchen table was delivered scratched up as well. I spent too much money in this store to have this experience. I guess all Ashley’s furniture cares about is their sales.

Dear Revdex.com, Please convey our sincere apologies for the inconveniences our customer is having. We completely understand how frustrating this issue may be however we can assure you that our warehouses are completley free of bed bugs. It would only take one infected piece of furniture to...

infest our entire warehouse. Cimex lectularius are unable to survive in an enviroment without a host. Bed bugs "hitchhike" very easily and can come into a home via luggage, clothing, pets.
