Dear Revdex.com, Please convey our apologies for the inconveniences that Mr [redacted] has had with furniture damage and customer serviceI have had the pleasure of working with Mr [redacted] in resolving the issues he has had I have continually been in contact with him and have worked around his schedule to get him taken care ofWe did have one of our Craftsman go to his home to do the touch ups needed and install the hardware neededI have attached a picture of the rail in question as well as the Craftsman's reportWhen Mr [redacted] contacts me I will be more than happy to have our Craftsman go out again to install the new drawer and glides that we shipped to himWe have refunded his delivery fee and added extra to it for the inconveniences our customer has had Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: The company did send out a new draw and tech to input the new draw They also sent out their delivery driver to bring out and install the new rails on the canopy bed The rails that they sent out did not fit After this we contacted the manager at Ashley and have finally been able to reach an agreement Ashley has agreed to refund our money and take the furniture back They came out yesterday to pick up the furniture and now we are waiting on the refund At this point all has been resolved with the Company Thank you for your help in this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

Good MorningI do apologize for the experience with the storeI would like to get this taken care of for you by filing a claim with the manufacturerI will need several pictures from you in order to file the claim as they have strict guidelinesIt usually takes about 30-days to hear back from themPlease bear with us in this processBelow are the pictures that are needed A picture of each piece (ieSofa, loveseat, recliner) at a distance An up close picture of the damaged area, even if it’s not damaged (We do this because a lot of time they will approve additional pieces so you don’t have mixed matched pieces) A picture of each serial tag on the item that is legible, we have to have the numbers to be submitted to the manufacturerThe tags are usually located under the cushions if they are removable or under the footrest if they recline.Please feel free to email me this information at [redacted] In the subject line please list your name and DuraBlend claimI don't want it to be overlooked.Thank you,
