My wife purchased a DVD from Warrior Made. In her cart, it automatically checks the charge for $1 for the trial period of the Warrior Made Community. So, after the trial period, we were charged $39.99 a month for being part of the Warrior Made community.

What's interesting is there is NO welcome to the community email or how to get into the community. And, there is NO monthly invoice.

So, not only did my wife NOT sign up for this...but Warrior Made makes NO attempt to pull you into the community that they automatically sign you up for.

Such a scam and so disappointing. Avoid this non-sense and do not purchase anything from this organization.

We were able to locate your wife's account and it looks like on 08/10 she reached out to our support team to cancel and receive a refund for several of her charges. When placing an order if someone upgrades to include our 0-6 Pack Abs Platinum Accelerator Package it does include a 7 day free trial for our monthly membership which is included on the original receipt for the order. All information regarding orders and membership details including when trials end, pricing, and ways to cancel are sent to the email address that is put on file during checkout. We do apologize if there was any confusion when your wife was placing her order! We send out multiple emails prior to being charged as well as after the charges begin and we include our company name and phone number on every charge so people can easily get in contact with us if there are any questions or changes that need to be made. At this time she has been refunded for several of her charges but if you are interested in receiving the maximum refund we can offer please reach out to the agent who has been in contact with you and we'll be happy to take care of that!

I purchase a cookbook in February 2019 and only a cookbook. This company has been charging my credit card since then for membership fee of $39.99.
I have been charged a membership fee of $39.99 since February 2019 and never wanted a membership only the cookbook that I purchased. They are very deceptive and sneaky.

This business is being deceptive, by signing people up for a membership that they never wanted when you purchase something from them. When I asked them why I never received email confirmation of this subscription their response is it goes to spam mail, you'll need to check your spam. I, as most people, do NOT check my spam may for legitimate business. This company is using deceptive practices to elicit business.

Scam! Charging a monthly fee that wasn't disclosed on initial purchase. Then can't contact anyone to cancel. Program is BS also, formulated by a group of people with limited backgrounds. Need a contact to terminate these absurd charges.

Customer purchased products, upgraded order and in the process agreed to the terms and conditions of the upgrade. After purchasing a detailed receipt was provided to this customer including a notation of the trial membership and when the trial itself would end and thus begin the regular billing cycle.

Every monthly transaction that processed also included a phone number to reach out to our team at to request a cancellation.

Our support team has confirmed with this customer that he did receive receipt with above information.

I'm really frustrated at myself - usually I pour over my credit card charges, well - I just noticed a $40 charge.
I called to find out what it was about, apparently started back in last July, on the second.
I ordered the "free" book - that ended up costing me about $13 for shipping and everything.
Apparently in the ordering process there is someplace that informs me that it is going to be a monthly subscription charge and I had to OK that.

- I never, ever would've excepted a subscription service for a "free" cookbook.
So unbeknownst to me, and undiscovered until now - for the past 10 months I've been getting charged $40/Mo, to the tune of $400.
They said all they could refund is a couple three or four months.

Now I'm waiting for a callback from the manager to dispute it before I go full on social networking/getting my bank and credit card company involved.
The really crazy thing is I even printed out the receipt email I got on 07/02/19 from *** that has my customer name, order number, order date, shipping address, and all the items in the order totaling $12.90.

It says right here that the trail expiration is 7/10, then they use some kind of double negative saying "if the trial date is blank there has been no membership trial added it to my account"

So apparently I'm supposed to read that to mean that I have opted to subscribe to some type of recurring monthly billing trial -

So I'm pretty pissed off, actually quite beyond belief !!
--For a freaking "free" recipe book costing me nearly $400.

How could I be so blind is to miss that charge on my statement month after month, I'm human I guess.
-I'm just frustrated at myself, and pissed off beyond comprehension at the amount of money these people have been charging me for absolutely nothing.

Taking the time to look through the entire 23 sections of their terms of agreement I now find in section 7, paragraph two - "if you do not cancel before the end of your free trial you will be charged the full Warrior made monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel.
We offer you a free trial and as such free trial will start immediately after registration and continue for the free trial offer as indicated on the site"....

- Apparently since I didn't take the time to read through EVERY SECTION, EVERY LINE, & EVERY SINGLE WORD of the entire contract I never should've paid any of it, or even been inquisitive about the stupid free/6 dollar cookbook!!
Thereby I feel greatly misled and deceived to the tune of some $400.

The partial refund they have issued is a little more than half of what they owe me back that I have already paid but that is FAR FROM ACCEPTABLE!!
TERRIBLE SCAMMING business practices!!

There are over a hundred complaints of this EXACT Nature listed on the Revdex.com site, It is a common scam!!

I want ALL MY $40-.00 BACK!! IMMEDIATELY!!

It's SOOOO Simply; It's a "business".... money comes in, as well as money going out.
They have an account and --CAN SIMPLY-- write out a check, or whatever is necessary to make this transaction happen.
If they do not, it -IS- Theft!!
Plain and simple.

I received a check for just under $80.00.
Funny that-- They had told me on several different calls I've made to them that at first (***), all they could possibly refund (according to their policies) is two months of charges.... Even though I have been getting charged for TEN Months = $400.00!!!

So when I called back the second (***) or 3rd time and told them I wanted to speak to a/the supervisor, eventually I got someone that was able to increase the payback amount up to 3 months of refunds (but I had been initially told that wasn't a possibility).
Then when I called yet again (***) to express my disapproval and dissatisfaction, I was told that the best they could do was to return 4 months, so $160.00 SHOULD of been refunded to me, as per the "supervisor" that I had yet another long and drawn out debate with.

One things that is really interesting to me is that all along they have been trying to make the argument that there is "no way for them to be able to pay me the remaining months, that somehow their system is unable to process and payout my refund.
I made the statement SEVERAL times that all they have to do is simple; either return the refund to the credit card that was billed, of since they are a business, they HAVE TO HAVE a checking account for paying outgoing bills. . . They --CAN-- very simply and easily make a check for my entire $400.00 and sent it to me and make things right with this very hidden and inescapably fraudulent billing practice.

Then low-&-behold, a check shows up in my mail....
to bad that they keep thinking that they can get away with taking such a huge amount of money from me, (& hundreds of others!!) and not being held accountable.

They didn't even stick to what *** had told me the 3rd or 4th time that I had called. . . was going to be refunded..... crazy.

I have repeatedly contacted this company, clearly expressing my extreme dissatisfaction,and belief that this has been a total deceptive selling/billing practice, and I DEMAND MY MONEY- ALL OF IT--Back immediately.
I have provided copies of all the agreement and how this monthly, recurring billing/"membership" is pretty much a double negative written statement, sounding very much like it isn't anything, when in reality, it will automatically sign you up if you want anything other that the initial "free" recipe book.
You click to get the "free Digital download" and you are set upon a *** course.

I cannot dissuade strongly enough that people STAY-AWAY From this company

The order in the question was placed on January 25, 2020, for the Medium Eternal Promise in Black Suede. During this time we experienced a high influx of the orders due to the holiday. Typically our processing time is 1-3 days, however due to the influx of orders that resulted in a delay. The order was shipped out on February 8, 2020 and delivered on February 11,2020. We have refunded for shipping and rush processing.

I want a one time video purchase and they started a monthly fee on my account. I was sick and my husband paid my bills. My purchase was in January and they have charge me a monthly subscription from January through May $39.95 each month. Don't even know what for. I find there practices very underhanded.

Your advertisement was for a video there was no advertisement for a monthly program. I had no idea I was locked into a "program" I never received any information saying here is on you access your account. I stand by my first complaint your company is very underhanded. I hope Revdex.com looks into to this and I am definitely sharing what happened to me with Everyone I can.

I purchased some books and continued to be charged monthly, though I have emailed them twice asking what the charge is for.

I was told over a phone call that my account was to be discontinued if I paid $80.00. I did and you continued to bill me. For a while I received worthless supplements once a month by your organization.

Now that you have written a nice compliment and have resolved by cancelling my account, I will cease giving you a below average mark.

Company designed their advertising is such away that they offer free items and hide in the small print that they intend to bill you $39.95/Month.
Company was contacted as soon as I became aware of their unethical practices and asked for a full refund of every dollar they sucked from my bank account. They refunded 60 days as is their policy and feel that is all that is required.

Complete refund of every charge they made to my account beyond the original processing fee for the "FREE" items.

I need help to dispute a payment made by Warrior Made to my paypal account debited to my bank account amounting to $39.95 (Transaction ID: ***). I did not authorize payment of this amount and I would like you to help review the policy of this company on auto debiting billing amount to user payment details without proper user authorization. I already reported this to Warrior Made and Paypal. I also de-authorize Warrior Made in my Paypal account to avoid any further un-authorize charges.

I only authorized the below charges to my account which I only got some ditigal download, no account was given to me that should allow me to access my digital copies. I don't even know how to get back to the download page to ensure I have downloaded all the product that is worth the total payment that I made amounting to $17.95. See details below:

I love this group. The workouts are great, they are tailored to your individual needs, beginning, intermediate or hard levels to choose from. I have lost 35 lbs using their diet and workouts. The staff is very helpful and friendly And the support group thru Facebook is Fantastic.

Unauthorized Charge to My Account
On 01/13/2020 I made a purchase of a bundle of recipe books and paid $19.95 and $6.95 for shipping. I did NOT authorize ANY recurring payments and I have now been charged $39.95 for 2 months in a row now, called and emailed the support team each time and neither one answered the phone nor returned any of my emails. This last payment overdrew my account, which is not cool AT ALL. I am extremely displeased and angry that I'm going into the negatives for recurring payments that I did not authorize.

Recurring payments without any indication we had entered into any kind of subscription
We ordered a set of cookbooks on 1/8/2020, which were billed. We did receive the cookbooks, but on 1/15, the same amount was billed from the credit card again, and on 2/15, yet again. We have not knowingly agreed to any sort of subscription. We just contacted the company via support email top demand refund and a stop to any further billing, and got a robot response. This feels like a scam. We would like to get a refund of the two extra billings, and a confirmation no further billing is to happen, and that no subscription is in effect.

We want the extraneous charges of 2 x $43.65 refunded, and no further charges to be made.

Refund request to have money returned to my account, that was taken out without my knowledge.
I ordered a cookbook for $12.95US on 11/16, 2019, and a bundle on 11/16 for $19.95. There is also a charge for $1.00 on that date. I am not concerned with that charge, but what concerns me are the three charges of $ 39.95 that came out of my account through my PayPal account, on 11/23, 2019, 12/23, 2019, and 01/23, 2020, that I didn't know I was signed up for. I called a few times in the past couple months and there wasn't anyone to talk to, so I had to leave a message. I did get a text to cancel my membership, that I didn't know I had, so I hope it has been canceled. If not, I wants it canceled, and not have anymore charges of $39.95 come out of my account. I want a refund for the three months, totalling $119.85, put back into my account. Thanking you in advance for resolving this problem for me.

Company charged my card and I want a refund. I have tried contacting them multiple times and I have not received an answer.
I purchased the keto cookbook last month that was free (with 6.99 shipping and handling).They also offered a deal for six more cookbooks for 39.95 and I'll purchase that as well. They ended up charging me 39.95 this month for a cookbook that I did not order. I have tried multiple times to call them and each time I receive a message saying there are no customer service agents available. I have emailed multiple times as well and got the same response that they would get back with me as soon as I could. I did cancel my subscription and I know that they received the cancellation due to them sending me an email replying that they received my request to cancel.

I would like warrior made to refund my account for 39.95 and not to charge me anymore. I am not interested in there program.

I placed and paid for an order on Feb. 3rd 2020 And received an email saying my books should arrive within 10 days. Not only have I not received them, but there has never been as much as 1 single follow up email to the 4 I've sent about shipment of the order much less a return of multiple phone messages to you're customer service line. I will be reporting this incident to the Revdex.com along with reviewing your company online wherever I can. This company is A rip off. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE.

I have tried to reach out 4 times via e-mail and have never received a response. Very poor business ethnics
