This is an excellent program! They provide workouts , meal plans and much more. I will remove one star because the response time of errors has been a problem. The price for the program is very fair. The 7 day trial has been a problem, but when I initially purchased the product I watched carefully and did not opt in. I did that at a later time, and have never had any issues. It is definitely not a scam and there are many happy members.

Warrior Media, Inc is an excellent program. I have been a member since September 2018. I have tried several different programs over my life trying to loose weight. Some programs I have had small successes; however, I still gain the weight back plus some. I love the combination of weekly workouts, meal plans and support from the group that has made a difference in my life. My goal was to lose 50 pounds over the next year. Realizing that I didn't put the weight on overnight so I didn't expected to come off overnight. What I didn't expect was to reach my goal seven months early. I continue to follow the program and stay connected in order to help others who join that may be down and out like I was hoping against hope trying to improve my health. I stumbled upon this program and am nothing but grateful and so very thankful to have. This program saved my life. They combine information on nutrition program (cyclical keto-14 day cycle), FIT workouts 3 days a week (functional interval training-using nothing but own body weight), educational coaching helping you identify your "why" aka motivation, and a private support group of like minded amazing people! It jump started me into my new lifestyle. I lose an average of 6-7 lbs a month but it's the inches lost that just amazes me. I have lost 60 lbs and 47" in 6 months eating keto. My macros I target on keto days are 75% healthy fat, 20% protein and 5% net nutrient dense carbs. I am no longer on any medication! My doctor has approved this! I've been a member of this program for a year now and I can't say enough good things about it! I have tried so many programs to get control of my weight and this is the first one that has worked! Beyond that, the coaches and customer service are beyond phenomenal! You may have read complaints that talk about recurring charges and not answering the phone. I have watched this happen in our facebook group too. A common thread is people who don't read the options when they sign up and they expect 24/7 customer service. These people do go home on nights and weekends, they are human, but they always answer the next business day. They even respond by facebook in off hours sometimes to try to catch up. I have had nothing but great service from them and I love their program! I plan on renewing my membership and keeping it for the foreseeable future!

I've been trying to contact this company now for 3 weeks and have no received a response. I want a refund for my unauthorized payment.
I had originally ordered a keto book on Feb. 16th. I saw in my paypal account that they had taken the money. All of a sudden on Feb. 23rd, I had another payment of $39.95 come it of my account. I didn't authorize for this payment to come out. I have emailed them numerous times and even sent a Facebook message. I want a refund of $39.95 usd from Feb. 23rd. Also a refund of $12.95, $4.95 and $1.00 usd because I have not received anything from this company after paying them.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of all the money taken from account and all of my information to be deleted from their servers. I want nothing to do with the company.

They refunded my money

0 stars. I am so upset.
I ordered 2 books through this company. One for $12.95 USD (17.68 CAD) and one for $4.95 USD ($6.76 CAD). I chose paypal for payment. So far this company has taken payments of $40.89, $6.76, $1.37, $3.68, $54.81 from my account. AND they have another payment pending of $40.89 so I can't even stop them from continuing to take money from my account. I emailed them asking for an explanation as to why they are charging my paypal account for items I did not order. NO RESPONSE. I just keep getting paypal notifications of payments they are taking from me. The notifications are pretty vague; some list an item (that I did not order) and some only say 'company community' and a number. USD value and CAD value are given but nothing with regards to shipping and handling, etc. Could some of these exorbitant amounts (besides the ones with items listed) be for shipping. I feel like I'm being robbed at gunpoint and I can't do anything about it.
The posts that I ordered through have disappeared from my FB feed so I can't even look at them to figure out what and why they are charging me.

I have tried emailing and calling. I have yet to receive a response. I, like most people here, was charged $40 for two months in a row. I never signed up for a subscription. This is a SCAM!!!

I would rate it zero stars if I could - I think this company stinks! They had a "7-day free trial membership" when I purchased a book from them. I emailed them because there was a discrepancy between the receipt they gave me and what my credit card was charged and they didn't respond. Then I tried to cancel my trial membership before the free period was up - they didn't return my voicemails or emails and then charged my credit card for the membership. I have left several messages and I'm feeling pretty frustrated.

I would like a refund , charged reversed.
I ordered two cookbooks from Warrior and paid for them. Then yesterday on 2/24/19 I got a debit out of my account for 39.39 that I didn't want. I have called them about this numerous times as well as emailed them as well. They have not responded at all. This transaction started through and ad on Facebook. I want my money back in my account and for them to not have any further transaction with my account.

Won't return my calls or emails. Billed my credit card even though I asked them to cancel the membership
Purchased a book online Feb 15th - came with a "free 7-day trial" of their memeberships. Had to cancel within 7 days if I didn't want it to avoid being charged. Had to email them to clear up a 12.95 USD discrepancy between what they said they billed me and the credit card charge. No one responded to my question. I tried to cancel my memebership several ways. When I phoned I was put on hold and afer several minutes a recording would say that no one could take my call. I emailed to say I wanted to cancel my memebership and to please confirm. No one responded and they charged my credit card for 39.95USD the next day (Feb 22nd). Since then I have left them a voicemail and several emails and no one will get back to me.

Desired Outcome

Refund the money for the membership (39.95 USD) and the extra charge for the book (12.95 USD) and how about responding to people's questions and concerns - that's a novel idea.

I would give a zero if I could. The print on the 7 day trial is missed by everyone when they purchase the 0-6pack abs. Everyday people complain of the 40 dollar charge. They say they are a young company and get so many emails that it often takes one to two weeks to get a refund. Do the math.....1000 people at 40 each in their bank account collecting interest. The videos are good but repetitive. Customer support lacks big time. They run contests to get you to send in pictures to motivate you with a few big monetary prizes. What is 5k to them for a prize? Oh right go back and do the math. Get you videos free on tube there are enough you don't need this program or headache. Btw your Facebook will blow up with nothing but this group so buyer beware.

Be careful when doing business with these people. I ordered a product(product is fine). The problem is their 7 day free trial membership, calls to cancel and emails are never answered. Finally someone answered and said they will cancel(send an email as documentation you want to cancel), yet my card was charged for $39.95 for 6 months(no receipts emailed) before I realized. When disputing with credit card company the chargeback was denied because they say I didn't cancel before 7 days. I CALLED customer service..

I feel scammed by this company. I never accessed the membership, I don't do memberships. Beware of these companies that will only sell you a product if you agree to a free trial monthly membership. Ill never buy from them again.

We had been charged an amount on our CC that a representative of Warriors Media stated was suppose to be returned to us, never was.
It's a silly return funds issue, and even the Warriors Media representative themselves had informed me that I should have been returned the hold amount. Instead of dealing with my requests via email and given them many chances to reply they have totally ignored me. I now what to return the last remaining products that I have out of disgust for their business practices especially on holds, returns and communicating with the customer when their are discrepancies with billing. Now I don't trust the, at all !

All funds for all remaining products returned for not returning my hold amount and not conducting themselves in a fair transparent communicative manner for which their own representative had told me in an email that this hold should have been returned in a few days, and I have this email they sent to me. Because of this problem and the lack of ethics I want to return all remaining products that I have which is the DVD and the booklet !

Yes I'm satisfied, I just wish that I didn't have to complain to the Revdex.com to begin with had the business representative replied in the first place to my concerns. It makes me very reluctant to buy anything online again !

I purchased an exercise DVD and book. I believed I was going to be charged a one-time fee. The company is charging my credit card every month.
I purchased "0-6 Pack Abs" DVD and exercise book on 08/03/2018 on my personal *** credit card. The purchasing process takes you through a myriad of screens and choices. I thought what I was paying for was a one-time charge for the DVD and book. I was then charged $39.95 on 08/10/2018. I have been charged $39.95 on the 10th of each month since then. The confirmation email from when I purchased the product provided a customer support email. I emailed to notify the company that I wasn't in agreement with the monthly charge and I wanted them to immediately stop charging my credit card. I received an automated reply that said they had received my email and someone would respond soon and no further email would be necessary. I waited over a week and heard nothing back. So I emailed them again. Again no response. I called the number, it's an automated message. I hate that I feel like I have no choice but to file a complaint but if this company won't bother to respond, what choice is there?

I want this company to stop charging my credit card immediately and to refund $159.80 for all the charges made from August 10th through November (which posted to my credit card today).

They took my money last Friday but provided invalid login codes to their website to access the service I paid for and did not grant access to the Facebook content, either (https://***.
When I try to reset my password on the website, it says the email I used (to sign up and pay and the same email they send me email through) is not assigned to any account.
I paid on Friday. There's been to reply to my concern since then - I've sent several emails since then.
I've missed the initial Facebook video and now can't access the first day of the service ("6 week challenge"). This is supposed to be an exercise program suited to me as I suffer from osteoarthritis of the spine and core muscle issues due to surgery.
I have requested a refund and will update my complaint or file an additional one if they still do not respond.
I can provide screenshots of their email confirmations and other automated emails and my requests and complaints.

I am not satisfied as this unduly belated response was obtained only through this channel after a stressful period of attempting to get a response on my own, and because the original product I purchased is no longer available within the time frame that I required it. I would like to furthermore clarify that the discounted product mentioned by Mr. is completely unrelated to this case, and that I was not informed until this time of any technical issues; truly, not contacted by any representative until I opened a case with my payment provider and subsequently the Revdex.com. However, I opt not to pursue this matter further to spare myself further grief. I only hope that others may be warned before deciding to purchase from this company. They have a bait and switch advertising. Keto cookbook followed by a sales pitch for a product that keto doesn't work. I want my money back.
They publish a supposed keto cookbook followed by a long sales pitch for a much more expensive monthly program for a non-keto diet and workout program.

I immediately asked for my money back. They say it's going to take 2-7 days. They could have it refunded today if they really want to. I don't trust them and am highly concerned.

I bought their exercise book for what I thought was a one time charge and have been getting monthly $40 charges since. They don't respond to my emails or answer their phone or return my messages.
