Cannot access the menus that I purchased for $26.90, wont respond to emails or answer calls, random $39.95 charge on my card and again no response.
I bought the keto menus from this company on 1/25 at $19.95 for the books and $6.95 shipping. I was supposed to get instant access but not a single one of the links work so I can't see any of it. I have emailed multiple times (different emails) and called with no response. 2/1 Today I got randomly charged $39.95 by their company for who knows what and I called again and left a message because no one picked up the phone AGAIN. I don't ever get angry or complain about company's like this but when I waste $66.85 on products that I don't have access to/false charging I'm going to speak up.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the full $66.85 that was taken for me and have any ties that I have to this company be cancelled.

Customer Response • Feb 05, 2020

They finally got back to me and are refunding it all so everything is fine now!

I ordered a free cook book from this company and they have taken money from my account for a subscription I have not authorized.
To whom it may concern.

I live in Australia and three weeks ago I accepted an offer for a free recipe book, (Keto Carbs Cookbook- from "Warrior Made") and had to pay the delivery charge on the book of $22.77 Australian dollars, via my Pay Pal account. I didn't mind this charge, but since then I have discovered further money has been withdrawn from my credit card account with out my approval: 17th of January $42.19- 2nd of February $73.06. What bought these transactions to my attention was I received an email for an order confirmation, order number (***) for " One Minute Abs and Svelte life Series". This order was said to be made at 12.10am the previous night! I was sound asleep in my bed at this time.To heighten my anxiety further 15 minutes after receiving this email, $73.06 was taken from my credit card without my permission! As I haven't even yet received the supposed free cook book, I would like a full refund of the postage on the book (I no longer want the cook book that has caused me so much inconvenience) and a full refund of the withdrawals from my account that were not approved by me. I have no desire doing any kind of business with such a dishonest company.

Details:
Original Order Date for cook book: 17th Jan 2020

Invoiced by Warrior Media: and money withdrawn on 22/01/2020 $22.77 Australian dollars for delivery.
I discovered yesterday:
Svelte withdrew $42.19 from my credit card (Invoice ***), a different account, with out my consent for a subscription to (One minute Abs and Svelte life Series (US-REC-M-7DT)
A further amount was withdrawn yesterday, 02/02/2020. $73.06 from my credit card. (invoice number: ***)
So in total this free cookbook has cost me $138.02 Australian Dollars.I have never logged on to the account they set up for me, or engaged with any of the offers they have sent me other than my original acceptance of the free cook book offer.
Please help me resolve this issue with this very corrupt and dishonest company.

***
(ph: ***)

Desired Outcome

I desire a full refund of the money that has fraudulently been taken form my account please.

Customer Response • Feb 19, 2020

The company has refunded my money therefore I'm happy for the case to be closed and marked as resolved.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Regards

I was overcharged for products I have yet to receive and I am unable to get in contact with anyone from the company about it.
I ordered several cookbooks from an advertisement this company had online on 1/25/2020. I was charged $6.95 for the 1st book and $39.95 for the extra cookbooks I should have been receiving. I have yet to receive the products or any email information shipping or my order. I have emailed and called the company about that issue and I can not get in contact with a person. There is no response through email and the phone is all automated. Then 7 days later I was charged $39.95 AGAIN to my account for which I have no knowledge as to why. I again tried emailing and calling to no prevail. I did not authorize this charge nor should I have been charged. I have screenshots of many of what I read and signed up for but I seem to only be able to add one. It seems this company is fraudulent and should be marked/treated as such as I seem to not be the only one to have this problem.

Desired Outcome

I want ALL of my money back. I was charged so far in total $86.85 and I want every penny back. I do not wish to receive any product or be charged from any point farther for any goods or services from this company.

I noticed today that Warrior Made is making an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE to my credit card this very moment!!! I called, was put on hold for about 2 minutes then a recording came on and told me they were too busy to answer. I then wrote a descriptive email, I got an instant reply that "they are experiencing a very high volume of customer inquiry" and someone would get back to me.
I was concerned so I came here and now I see the shoddy business that is going on! I want an immediate refund/reversal of the $39.95 that you are charging me today, which is unauthorized and I want to cancel the books and bonus books I ordered on 1/27/2020 for the amount of $9.95 and $6.95. I do not want to be charged monthly the $39.95 ever again, I was not made aware of the fact that this would be a monthly prescription!!!

Purchased a cook book bundle & started seeing unauthorized monthly charges on my credit card.
Purchased a cook book bundle & now my credit card is being charged monthly without my authorization. I've called but always have to leave a message because there is no support staff to take my call. I've emailed with no response. I did not sign up for or authorize any additional services or charges. I've disputed 2 of the reoccurring charges on my card. I would like them to contact me to confirm they will stop charging my card & refund me for 1 monthly charge that my credit card wouldn't let me dispute because it was on 11/7/19.

Desired Outcome

Resolved.

I bought 7 cook books in hard copy from Warrior Made on January 24th, 2020, and requested a copy of my order, which I never got. I've repeatedly tried calling their phone number and all I get is a recorded message, but no live person. I've tried to email them, but get no response.
I want nothing but the 7 cookbooks, no continuing subscription or additional charges of any kind. At this point, I have not received the cook books yet.

What is this company up to?

Tried to cancel during a 7 day free trial offer.
Company charged my credit card anyway and won't respond.
Ordered a free ($6.95 S&H) cookbook. Company offered 3 additional Keto cookbooks for $39.95 and I purchased. The cookbooks came with a 7 day free trial offer for their monthly subscription service and if I wanted the cookbooks I had to take the free trial (red flag). The order for the 3 cookbooks was placed on Tuesday, 1/21/20 and I sent them an email to cancel my 7 day free trial on Friday, 1/24/20. I told the not to charge my credit card for this monthly service. I know they received the cancellation email because I received an email the same day telling me how busy they were and committing to address my email instead, on Wednesday, 1/29, they charged my credit card $39.95 for this monthly membership that I cancelled.

Desired Outcome

I want them to credit my account for the $39.95 and ensure that I am not charged for this service in the future.

I was contacted through Messenger that the $39.95 would be credited to my account and no future monies deducted. . I have verified with my bank that this was done.

Never sign up for there program and they have withdrawn $39.95 from my account today
I purchased cookbooks from warriors made on Jan 22 first book was free and shipping was $6.95 second set of books was was $9.95. Free shipping. I am ok with those charges even though I have not received them. I never signed up for any of there programs, I am a senior and I just wanted the books for my daughter. They have totally harassed me everyday to sign up and join there challenges I have also emailed each email they sent me and said I was not interested. Even with that be said they withdrew $39.95 from my account today. I have tried phoning, left message and still no answer.

Desired Outcome

Unauthorized charge to my credit card.
On January 16th, I purchased several cook books from this company. I was charged for one cookbook, $7.37 and for 5 more books I was charged $21.15. I checked my bank account last week and there was a unauthorized charge from this company in the amount of $39.95 two days after they charged me for the cookbooks. I only ordered the cookbooks and nothing else so this charge was not supposed to be charged to my account. Since I found the unauthorized charge I have reached out several times by email to get a refund for this charge and I have not heard back.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the $39.95 they charged to my account for something I did not order back into the account they took the money from.

Customer Response • Feb 13, 2020

Company has refunded my money in full with an apology for the confusion.

I don't remember ordering from this company. I want a refund but no one will answer the phone or return calls.
I don't remember ever ordering anything from this company. When I noticed a recurring charge on my bank statement, I attempted to phone the company. I can never get anyone on the phone. I have left my name and phone number and never been phoned back. I would like a refund for something I don't remember ordering and the recurring charge to stop.

Desired Outcome

Refund and stop the recurring charge on my bank statement.

I had given ample notice of not proceeding with any membership but yet Warrior Made deducted the first month's payment straight after my email.
I bought the upgraded Platinum Accelerator Pack from Warrior Made, which comes with the free 7-day trial, on Sat 18 January 2020. The trial is supposed to end on Sunday 25 January. I gave notice of cancelling the subscription on Wednesday 22 January, well before the expiry date of the trial. I then find out that I was charged US$39.95 on 24 January. This charge occurred even before the end of the free 7-day trial.

This is in direct contravention of their terms and conditions, which I have extracted the relevant section below:
"If you do not cancel before the end of your free trial period, you will be charged the full WARRIOR MADE monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel. You may cancel during your free trial period or cancel your subscription any time thereafter by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address *** or by calling XXXXXXXXXX"

I had emailed Warrior Made on their "***" email address to cancel the monthly membership subscription. All I got was an auto email which thanked me for reaching out and cautioned me against sending multiple emails or making multiple phone calls on the same subject. Well I have waited patiently and I still have not heard anything from Warrior Made.

This is really dishonest and unethical practice of a business. I can see now on this Revdex.com that there are many others who have had a similar experience.

I can only hope now that with the assistance of the Revdex.com that I can get my refund of US$39.95 and not be charged for any further membership.

Thank you.

Desired Outcome

Refund of the wrongly charged $39.95 and confirmation that any memberhsip has been cancelled.

unauthorized deduction from checking account, not able to get ahold of via telephone
I made a one time purchase from Warrior Made for amount of $39.95 which was deducted on 01/07/20. This same amount was deducted on 01/14/20 with out my approval. I have not been able to get ahold of a person to discuss this via telephone. I am always placed on hold and then asked to leave a message and will be called back. I have not been notified from this company to discuss this issue.

I was unknowingly signed up for a subscription with Warrior Made. I am unable to cancel because they wont answer me and their website doesn't work.
I paid $6.95 for a Keto book from Warrior Made. Afterwards, I was sent some very vague emails about a subscription. Warrior Made will not return my calls or emails about cancellation and their website does not work. There is no option for cancelling except for emailing them, which I have done to no avail.

Desired Outcome

I just want to cancel the subscription, make sure that I won't be charged for anything except the initial $6.95, and that I wont see any charges from them in the future.

I've tried to contact the company via email and phone to cancel a subscription before a trial expired. No response received and have been billed early
On January 17, 2020 I made made a purchase from Warrior Made of a aet of cookbooks. At the time of purchase, I was informed that I would begin a trial period of their online services, which I could opt out of at any time before the trial ended and incur no extra fees. This message said I had until Jan 27, 2020 to opt out to avoid being billed for the month of January.
On Jan 20, 2020 I sent an email to the *** address they provided, requesting to cancel said subscription. I recieved no response to that request, only correspondence regarding their services. I replied, again asking that the subscription be cancelled. They continued to ignore this request and send their content. Today, Jan 23, 2020, I made an additional attempt to request cancellation to no avail. I had noticed that my account was charged their monthly fee and the transaction was pending. I tried to call the number listed on the site and got no answer after being put on hold. I called again and chose the option to have a cancellation text message sent to my phone. This only contained a link to go to the account settings on their website. I could find no option to cancel a subscription.

Desired Outcome

I would like the subscription to be cancelled and the transaction from Jan 23, 2020 to be refunded. The previous transactions are from the cookbooks. I am not disputing that purchase.

They ignored my requests for a refund of my initial $14 under their moneyback guarantee, and then charged me $39 a week later, with NO consent
I purchased two exercise programs from this company for $7 each, last week. (they also charged $1 fee to my bank on top of that. Immediately I started getting spammed by emails from random people they had given my email address to.

I checked out their product and it is low level, so I emailed and told them I wanted a refund, as they offered a moneyback guarantee .... and told them to stop giving out my email and take me off their list.

Not only did they not issue a refund of the initial $15 purchase from last week, now today they have charged me $39 more, with ZERO consent from me.

No one answers their help line when you call, and they don't reply to support emails.

Desired Outcome

i want the full $54 that i was charged by them. $15 of that was my initial purchase which they covered with a money back guarantee .. and $39 of that was a charge i never said they could charge me

Unwanted charges on credit card and failing to pick up the phone or email back any response in which one can resolve this issue.
On Friday I ordered some cookbooks and was informed before I his purchase that I would be charged an automatic recurring monthly fee of 40.00 for some subscription, but that I could call and have it cancelled IF I called within five days. Well, not only have I been calling for five days and emailing support, NO ONE has picked up the phone or given me any online way of cancelling this automatic subscription. And yet they claim Hassle Free. I also want a refund for the cookbooks. I don't want them but again, no one is getting back to me. and the "begin your refund by clicking this link" is a complete joke! That link takes you no where!

Desired Outcome

I would like the charge of 39.95 for cookbooks refunded and I don't want the cookbooks. I would like the subscription attached to those cookbooks cancelled. The cookbooks I paid for for 9.99, I would like to keep when they arrive, but I want the subscription attached to those cookbooks cancelled.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I was targeted by the company via facebook, the content interest me because they were explaining that their exercise programs were designed by Coach Tyler & *** and that people like me, who have had injuries and going to the gym is difficult, can do these exercises without causing injury to spinal disk. Yes, it got my attention and I clicked on it. They were selling me the 1st phase of exercises for which I would get a DVD for $9.99. Before I could complete my purchase the website popped ANOTHER product which I declined and then it POPPED product!! By this time I realize that I do not want their business and before I could do anything the website dropped me. So I thought well, I guess it was not meant to be.
We had some family life events for which we traveled out west and came back only to pack our bag because my mother-n-law had been in the hospital. The following week was Thanksgiving which was late this year so a week or so later we were on our way to Texas for the holidays. It is now January and I'm going through my mail which my neighbor was collecting for us and balancing my checkbook and that's when I released that they DID send me a DVD and a thin paperback of the same exercises that must be on the DVD. So I accept the initial $9.99 charge. But I do not accept nor did I ever give them my authorization to keep charging my bank for an additional $12.95 and 3(Tree!) EXTRA charges of $39.95 each. On top they have now inundated my email inbox with emails from different sources and as I'm researching their website apparently they have sold my information to third parties.

Desired Outcome

Refund I understand I'm now past the 60 day trial to get a full refund but at least they can refund the $132.92 (for the $12.95, $39.99, $39.99 & $39.99) which I did not authorized and have not received any product and stop charging my account!

Tricked into signing up for a monthly subscription.
Same situation as many other Revdex.com complaints for this company. I simply bought some exercise DVDs that I was fine with paying for "shipping". Somehow I ended up buying a $40 monthly membership. Not what I was in the market for & not what I thought I was buying.

This company tricks you with these super long descriptions of what you will be getting. I am sure they have the membership details hidden in there somewhere, but like the other complaints here - we had no idea.

As of today, I expect a refund of 2 charges of $42.85. This is not a good way to keep potential new customers that don't need a weight loss membership but want to utilize your books/dvds, etc.

It's just bad business practice all around & the fact that emails/phone calls are ignored & we have to put you on blast through Revdex.com to get a resolution says a lot about company core values.

I will never support this company again - there are too many other competitors out there that offer similar products. I am waiting for the class action lawsuit, it is just a matter if time.

Desired Outcome

Refund ASAP!
