I ordered a cookbook for $4.95 that the fine print said no further charges ever. I was charged $39.99 the next month. I could never get an answer on the company phone so I contacted my credit card company. They have been trying to get this charge reversed. Now, Sept. 16, 2019, 3 AM I got ANOTHER charge for $39.99 on my card. It seems neither American Express nor myself can cancel this subscription I did not sign up for.

I too ordered the free keto sweets book paying just S&H charges, then ordered the free keto bread and pasta book and paying just S&H charges. It did include a 7day trial membership, and was clearly spelled out that you could cancel anytime in that 7day period or be charged the $39 monthly membership fee. I sent an email to one of the coaches that had emailed me asking her to please cancel my membership because I couldn't afford it right now and I have a good support system in place. She responded promptly and assured me that my membership would be cancelled and I would not be charged. I still continue to get emails offering different health products and encouragement. I can only speak for myself, but the only negative I can find with this company is they're extremely zealous in sending out emails of offers and encouragement, in which case I have the option to unsubscribe from their emails. Anyone purchasing anything online should always read all information, going all the way to the bottom of the page. There are many people out there trying to scam us and steal our money but I truly do not believe that is the case here. I am on my third week on a keto diet plan and the warrior made people have helped me stick with it. Thank you so much.

Recurring Unauthorized charges to my*** with no disclosure as to what the charges are for and how much.Several attempts made to speak to them
Warrior-made sent me an unsolicited email offering me a baking cookbook for $4.95 and shipping of $6.95 back in June of 2019. That was the only knowledge and extent of the purchase that I made. At time of checkout the order was pre-filled and they automatically, without my knowledge or consent, enrolled me in their membership for $1 which I had not requested nor was I informed of any monthly obligation or cost. I called the Company to inquire as to the membership and there was no response. I received the cookbook and received the*** statement in July. At that time I saw the unauthorized charge of $39.95 added to my*** and contacted the Warrior-made Company and was unable to speak to anyone as only a voicemail was set up. I left a message and called the*** company to dispute the charge. I had also requested the*** company not to allow any further charges from Warrior-made to be processed. I called Warrior-made again are received the same voicemail. In August, I received another card statement and a new charge for $39.95 for July was being billed. I called the*** company, for the bank, and asked them to cancel the card and issue a new one. They apologized for allowing another charge on the card and canceled the card. There was no descriptive explanation that I was being charged besides the baking cookbook, Nor did I request anything else. The charges for the two months of $39.95 are back on my statement and are now pending payment. I'm requesting both unauthorized charges of $39.95, or $79.90 total, refunded as I did not request their membership nor did I use any said benefits or services that may have been provided or were associated with the book purchase. This appears to be a deceptive and unfair business practice for the consumer. I am requesting your intervention in this consumer protection matter.

On 1 July I ordered a free cookbook and paid the shipping of $4.95. I did not want any further services. But I was charged 29.99 and 39.99 for other services which I did not receive. They were an authorized charges. I want to remove my account.

Unauthorized payments keep being charged to my bank account.
This company is a scam, back in July I ordered a free cookbook which I had to pay shipping of $4.95. In addition I was charged and additional $29.95 on my card, I don't recall ordering anything else from their website. I now have a pending charge on 8/19/2019 of $39.95 from Warrior Made, this was not an authorized charge. I have emailed them several times and I haven't heard back from them. I want the unauthorized charges refunded and I want avoid any future changes from this company.

Absolute scam! Charged for membership after cancelling. Fraud Alert! Not only did they charge me for 3 cookbooks when I only ordered one, but they charged me for a 39.99 membership I had cancelled within the 7 day policy.

Ordered a free cookbook, had to pay shipping. A 2nd debit of 39.95 hit my account not authorized.
On July 18th I ordered a FREE Keto cookbook, all I needed was to pay the shipping of 4.95. On July 25th there was a debit of 39.95 from Warrior Made. This was not an authorized debit. I have called them several times and left messages. I have emailed them numerous times, no response. Looking on BB website, it appears this happens to everyone who orders a FREE cookbook. I had to close my bank account out to avoid any future debits from thIs company. I want my refund and never want anything from these people again. They falsely advertise, then take your money with no way of getting in touch with them. You cannot speak to a representative when you call, you are forced to leave a voice message. This company is a scam!

Trying to get in touch with them and that is proving difficult. Be careful with this company. Very Shady. They charged me thirty nine and change for something I didn't ask for. I order the cookbook and the sweet treats and eight days later I see a withdraw on my account. Be careful with these people.

I ordered the book on deserts for Keto they offered at shipping only and paid that plus another $4,95 for another selection. Then I saw a charge that they automatically made for $1 for "Charity". Let that go as only $1. Today at 03:47 GMY they charged my Paypal another $39.95 for some unknown reason. Highly deceptive site I saw nothing about signing up for any other info, or anything EXTRA!!! And sent them an e-mail demanding a reversal and to stop pestering me!!! Garbage what they are doing!!!!

I ordered 2 cookbooks for 6.95 & 4.95 & the next time I look at my credit card they charge me 39.95 for "other." When I called them-no answer EVER.

Unauthorized payments
I paid US$14.95 POSTAGE ON A FREE BOOK AND NOW I NOTICE THERE HAS BEEN us$39.95 taken from my account every month for the last 3 months-all I did was pay postage on a free book and now I have had this money taken from my paypal account .Being an aged pensioner I can't afford to be ripped off like this--especially seeing I have no idea of what the company offers and have received nothing for my payments totalling us$119.85

Worse company I ever dealt with I ordered a cookbook about a year ago for $39.95 and they have been taking 39.95 out of my account every single month for a year. I call them at least once a month to tell them to stop taking money out of my account and I keep getting the answer machine telling me to leave a message and they will get back to me. Well it's been a year with them taking money out of my account and nobody has gotten back to me.

I have been with Warriors Made since July 16, 2018 my 1st 6 week challenge, were I gave it a try at a time that I was looking for a way to lose some weight for an upcoming vacation event. I was so pleased with my progress that I became a member in August 2018 because I wanted to be part of this group where I have received nothing but the best in customer service and support. A company that is loyal and encouraging to it's members. They were willing to work with me in creating a payment plan since I couldn't pay all at once for the challenge at the beginning. This company is always looking to find the best for us, asking for our suggestions and input. I have nothing but the most respect for all the Warrior Made Coaches and for the Warrior Made Tribe who I feel close to almost like family. There may have a couple of times that I did not receive a response as fast as I thought that I should have, then I would remember that I am on the East coast and their office is on the West coast. But I have never had any problems with customer service not responding back. Warriors Made isn't just for workouts and diets with meal plans, but it there as our guide and support in our journey in transformation of a new lifestyle.

I purchased a 6 week challenge online with a credit card last year, In that time I used the program lost weight and regained my ability to walk! I purchased 0-6 pak abs, upgraded to a year program and a cookbook over the phone using my credit card and I'm happy with all my purchases.

I know why most people are creating a bad rating here and it is because they did not read the fine print. All these promotions that Warrior Made has offered are "Trial". You need to read folks. I have been with Warrior Made since July of 2018. I knew going into this what to expect. But they are NOT like many of the other network of groups out there. Those companies are worse. I can't tell you how many I tried and got soaked into the whole bait and switch.

Warrior Made is not like that. They make it right. If you are unhappy, because you got into something that you were not expecting, they will refund your money or explain the trial and the benefit for continuing on with the program. If you wish to be removed they "make it right"

Yes, they are dealing with learning and growing pains but all start ups do. Grow too fast and you feel the struggle of perception. I like Warrior Made because they DON'T promote products, other than their own affiliations, and you don't get looped into daily emails of promoting other companies and nutritionists newsletters and emails. That is what I did not like about other companies.

I joined and continue with what I joined Warrior Made for, Body transformation and a lifestyle change. A PURPOSE. I get it and will be with them for life.

I only have good things to say about this company. I have been a member here now for about 6 months. I've done numerous other programs but haven't found anything like what you get with Coach ***. Where else can you get beginner, moderate, advanced options of a workout three days a week and actually watch and do it along with him? I also love the fact that he's constantly telling you how to do the exercise the correct way so as not to hurt yourself. As someone that's had numerous surgeries on my back, shoulders and knees I admit I need the constant reminders. No matter what level of workout you choose he always gives you an easier and harder option of a move to challenge yourself or take it down a notch. The workouts at times can be somewhat repetitive but there's usually a reason and I promise you they work! I used to do aerobics for hours before and didn't see the results I saw here for a 20-30 min workout 3 days a week. I also love the fact that I don't have my entire living room filled with step boxes or hand weights anymore. All you use is your own body weight and a yoga mat. Calling them on the phone can be time consuming but the fact that you can reach out through messenger or Facebook has been a Godsend. I did one of their Challenges and the one on one communication I received from their coaches was unlike no other company I've ever worked with. I asked tons of questions and they got back to me every time!! They also do live Facebook calls with Coach *** and Chef Elsa to help with any questions about the workouts and the diet! The Facebook Group has been amazing. There you meet other people just like you with the same challenges and hurdles and it's awesome to be able to bounce your ideas and shortcomings off of them. We share awesome recipes and have become a real family. This company is exploding fast so yes, there will be some hiccups along the way... but they always make things right. Friends and family have all seen my results and know the success I've had and it's because of this awesome company. All this said, I'm proud to be a "Warrior" and will continue to sing their praises!

I first began following the free warrior made workouts in July 2018. I joined my first challenge in October to try out WarriorMade. The cost was very reasonable for 6 weeks of meal plans, exercises, support from the WarriorMade tribe, live calls and daily emails. I enjoyed my challenge experience so much I decided to join the WarriorMade team in November 2018. I felt I needed the encouragement and support from the WarriorMade team and tribe members. I just recently completed my second challenge and enjoyed every minute. I am continuing my weight loss/getting in shape journey with WarriorMade because it's such an AWESOME program!

I have been with Warrior Made for a year now. ***'s program is like none other. The staff are well informed and personable. I have spoken with several staff members over the course of this year. Each one is just as friendly and helpful as the next. They try to really listen to their clients' suggestions as well. They are great company and truly want to make a difference. I have learned so much this year and have a new outlook on what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm proud to be part of the Warrior Made community.
