I got charge on 1/14/20 for $39.95 online service that a did not want. I have tried to contact warrior made and leaving massages, without no answer,
I charge on my credit card for warrior made books for $6.95 and $19.95 around 1/7/20. Then a got charge on 1/14/20 for $39.95 for what I believe, for the online service that a did not want. I have tried to contact warrior made on the phone and by leaving massages on several days, without any response. I am trying to cancel and get a refund for the $39.95 and cancel the membership that I don't want. I see that on Revdex.com warrior made has a problem with no customer service.

Desired Outcome

I would very much like the refund of $39.95 back and to cancel any membership that warrior made put me in.

worrier made called me and refunded back the $39.95 into my account problem solved.

I ordered cookbooks which were supposed to be 9.95 from an advertisement online from them. They have charged my account 3 times (6.95:9.95 n 39.95)
They also tell me by email that I have a subscription with them that I didn't sign up for

Desired Outcome

Just a return of all funds except for 9.95 I agreed to n to cancel any subscription that I didn't sign up for

I ordered keto cook books from warrior made on FB, I have not received the cook books and now Warrior Made has taken $39.95 from my checking account without my approval. They will not answer the phone when I call to cancel so I guess the next step is to cancel my credit card before they take more money. Oh yes and I paid $19.99 pules $6.95 for shipping and handling for the cook books and I have nothing to show for the moneys they took.

I have been trying to cancel my "membership" for over one month. I had originally cancelled my free 30 day trial membership, however recently discovered that I have been charged $45.00 a month for the past 4 months for a service I never used.

Since learning of that, I've been trying to cancel my subscription. I've called the Warrior Made number 13 times in the past month and a half trying to cancel. I've left 12 messages, and not one of them has been returned by Warrior Made. I've left 5 emails as well as 20 text messages and yet, no response back from Warrior Made.

I've been forced to call my bank and initiate a fraud investigation since I'm pretty certain Warrior Made will be billing my account again shortly!

purchase of keto cooking books. Invoiced for $12.95, $39 $1.00 Us . unauthorized charges billed. Contacted company. No company name on voicemail.
On January 16, 2020 I purchase a keto cooking book online $12.95 from a company called warrior made. I was give an offer to receive a few other cook books for an upgraded price if $30 something US. I never recieved an invoice for the above 30 dollar charge, but I did recieve another charge of $1.00 US for the warrior tribe. Confused as to why I was receiving another bill I signed into my paypal account and found 3 charges. Now concerned I sent an email to warrior made and than decided to call their customer service. after this call I found the customer complaints online. I have requested a full refund for all 3 of my charges and no longer wish to do business with any company with these business practices. have since been refunded for 2 of the 3 charges.

Their response is false. Not once did I speak to customer service or receive a call back. As for a membership & fee, I learned about after paypal cancelled this after I Asked for their assistance. I was refunded for the 2 charges associated for the keto books only.

I was charge 3 separate charges in the amounts of $12.95, $39.95 and $1.00 for a membership that I can not sign into. I attempted to sign in but the login info does not work and the reset does not work. When I sent an email to customer service they instruct you to sign in to make change to your account. So essentially they have charged me for a monthly membership that I can NOT access !!!

Yes this issue has been resolved. My 3rd refund was issued on January 28th, 2020 through Paypal dispute/resolution centre.

Order Issue
I placed an order last friday, got no order confirmation. I logged into my account and it doesnt even show an order. My bank account was charged twice. I cant get ahold of anyone from the company, they dont return calls or emails. I would like a refund and my order canceled.

Charged me for a subscription I told them not to charge me for
Ordered some cookbooks that came with a subscription service at $39.95 a MONTH. I IMMEDIATELY (within 10 minutes) emailed to tell them not to charge me again after the trial period. I got an auto response right after that said click this link to cancel. Nowhere on the site to cancel. So I wrote back saying there isn't a place to do that. I knew they were going to charge me, I just knew it. Another hey buy this great book and secretly get stuck into our scam auto charge subscription . Why can't companies do above board practices? I am sure this complain will generate the refund I should never have had to ask for, but I have now had to waste hours of my time to get it. Warrior Made, you can resolve customer's complaints so it looks good to the public on Revdex.com but your practices are shady in the first place. Fix this.

PS they didn't even wait 7 days of the 7 day free trial to charge me again.

I paid for a couple cook books to get shipped to me. A ONE time charge of 39.95 & 6.95 and I'm getting charged again.
I saw the cookbook ad through facebook and I recently started a KETO diet and thought it was a good deal for cookbooks. It was advertised as a ONE TIME charge. And both the 39.95 & 6.95 cleared my account on the 6th of January and now on the 12th I have another charge of 39.95 I didn't agree too.

Desired Outcome

I'm wanting a full refund of it all and they can keep their cookbooks. I don't agree to be scammed out of money and a company doing so it's beyond unprofessional

I have been trying to cancel my trial membership but can't get anyone to actually help me. They keep sending me a link that doesn't do anything but take me to my profile. There's no cancellation option on the page they've sent me too. They won't answer the phones or send anything other than an automated email reply/text. I guess I'll have to cancel my credit card now.

I'm grateful that the issue was solved promptly after I wrote the review. I was reimbursed for 3 months of payments I had not even realized I had made.
My only suggestion would be that they let you know clearly when you order the book that you will pay a monthly subscription after that.

Apparently I'm not the only one!
Just like all the complaints I've read here, I was under the impression I was ONLY paying shipping. $39.95 on the 21st of each month since January.
I also have tried numerous times to have my membership cancelled but I have never received any acknowledgment or confirmation of my request.
I want a full refund, this is ridiculous.

Unauthorized subscription and collection of bills
I ordered the Keto Sweet Treats book and was informed that I only had to pay $7 for shipping. I received the book and there were no issues, however, I was sent other books and was charged about $34 when I never ordered any other books. I have not authorized any kind of subscription nor did I authorize any collection of bills from this company. I did not buy any more books other than the "free" book that I had to pay $7 shipping for.

Look out when you're trying to cancel a membership! My husband signed up but when he wanted to cancelwell, I've been trying to call and email them since last week. What kind of business doesn't answer its phone or emails and doesn't return calls at least by the next business day? If I did that in my professional life I'd be fired!! Warrior Made has charged me $39.95 on the 21st monthly since July. This is not authorized nor have I received any products or services.

The company is processing a payment every month for $39.95 which I did not approve or agree to . I have not received any response by phone or email .
I purchased two cookbooks on Feb7/2019 and processed a payment with PayPal for $12.95 and $ 4.95 . I did not authorize or agree to any other payments or services . On February 14/2019 Warrior Media processed a payment for $39.95 and they have done so every month since then on the 14th. I have tried to reach them by phone and have left numerous messages with no response and I have contacted them by email and have had no response. They have processed 9 unauthorized payments of $39.95 . This has to stop and I want the money refunded that they hav taken from me.

I also have ordered some of their cookbooks and did not know of this $39.95 charge that I now see on my Discover bill for 9/21. I do not want any subscription, nor do I recall seeing anything about a subscription. Take my name off and please credit my account immediately! I had ordered one of their cookbooks last year and they did not automatically add you to any subscription, so I trusted this was the same this year. Shady dealings!!! Also I believe I may have been charged for a double book, on Sept 24 for another $6.95. Will not recommend nor buy from them again!!!
