I have had a very good relationship with this company. They have ALWAYS responded to my emails. The only problem I have had is one time I was charged twice $39.95 but it was my fault because I punched the wrong key which caused me to be charged twice. I called customer service and was able to reach someone, not waiting very long. She IMMEDIATELY refunded the money to my bank account. They have offered items buy one, get 3 free, just pay shipping and handling which I ordered and am happy and satisfied. Free cook books, Hemp Freeze buy 1 get 3 free and am getting another offer of buy one get 3 free. It must cost this company a lot in order to give us things that are good and also healthy to be able to help the consumer live healthy lives. I also ordered some exercise videos, 0-6 Pack Abs, 6 to a pack FREE, just pay $6.98 shipping and I love their generosity. They are 100% reliable.

Did a trial order and they started charging me a monthly fee without my authorization. I agree with earlier comments about "sneaky company." Watch out. It may be in the fine print, but I certainly didn't notice it. All of a sudden, I am getting a monthly charge. I consider this company to be a scam.

I've seen several other complaints with the same issue. The manner in which this company communicates is very "hidden" with regard to the monthly charging. I never would have authorized this had it been clear to me that is what would happen.

I purchased cookbooks. The purchase includes a subscription that could be cancelled any time. Despite immediately sending a cancel request to the recommended support email, my credit card was charged the $39.95 subscription fee. I hadn't even received the purchased cookbooks yet!

I purchased an ab exercise program for 9$ and an extension to that program for $29.95. I never received the product or an email from them regarding the purchase. I then have had 3 additional charges of $39.95 since the original two charges on January 27, 2020. I contacted customer service twice and only after the 2nd contact have they responded and only with the comment that they can't find my email address. Customer Service has not been helpful and I did not authorize the additional charges to my card. If I somehow signed up for a subscription I want it canceled and a refund IMMEDIATELY. This is not an honest company and I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from them.

I bought some books from Warrior Made and then was charged $39.95USD which I do not know what it is was for. I emailed them on the 14/1/2020 to request the cancellation of whatever this charge is and never received a response. Today again the same charge was on my statement which I never authorised. I am extremely annoyed and angry that I have not received a reply to my email and I want a full refund of 2 x $39.95USD. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them. As is clear from the below complaints.

There customer service is horrible! You never hear back from them. You call no one picks up the phone and you get a text message back requesting you to do what you did 2 days ago that got no response!!! Unless you want to get scammed out of your money DON'T order anything from this company. I ordered cookbooks and still have not received them, canceled a subscription your automatically signed up for when you purchase the cookbooks and then got charged because they never got to my email in time. This company is such a fraud!!!!!

No response from the company canceling acct and wanting to be credited on card that used. Comp is a scam.
I had ordered a couple books from this company and was charged for things not authorized. Company is a scam. Wish I had read reviews first. Usually research before purchasing something but didn't and look what happens. I sent several emails to cancel all orders and credit my credit cards. No one reply's to emails just a generic one that says there is a high volume of calls/orders they will get back to you. I have sent several emails THE reply high volume of what ever. I want my money credited to my card for every single charge and cancel the order subscription as I found out the hard way. I stated in one of my emails that I contacted my attorney which I did and still no reply from them. I guess now action has to be taken. BUYER BEWARE. I WANT THIS RESOLVED.

Cancel my orders/subscription and credit all money to my credit card with confirmation and a actual human to talk to.

I signed up for their Phase 1 on Feb. 2, then they show you a presentation for a Phase 2, which I did sign up for, but when I actually saw the full Phase 2, knew it wasn't for me. I emailed them to cancel that - they offer a 60-day money back guarantee. A few days went by, no response, so I tried again. On Feb. 9, there was a charge in my bank from them for $39.95, which I have no idea why. I emailed them again. Then I called. I have had NO success talking to anyone. Their email responses basically are the same; that they are busy. I was on hold for a bit when I called, then the recording said no one was available, to leave a message.
I would not recommend doing business with this company at all. I want my money back. All of it!
The $39.95 caused an overdraft in my checking also.

There is no way to cancel before they charge you. I emailed and called and can not get a person. Do not buy their cookbooks, that is how they get you. Tell you that they are charging you a $1 for a trial run and say you can cancel anytime. That's a lie because I called and emailed to cancel and still got charged.

I, too, was scammed by this company. I ordered some cookbooks and they took 39.95 out of my checking account that I did not authorize. Can't get this company to answer their phone and can't access their support email. Shady company hopefully they will be shut down. I want my money back and any subscription They think I signed up to cancelled.

(Still havent recieved my cookbooks) The cookbooks came with a 7 day free trial offer for their monthly subscription service and if I wanted the cookbooks I had to take the free trial (red flag). The order for the 3 cookbooks was placed on 2/4/20 and I sent them an email to cancel my 7 day free trial on 2/4/20 at 8:26 pm. I told them not to charge my credit card for this monthly service. I know they received the cancellation email because I received an email the same day telling me how busy they were. Called them today and was on hold for 10 minutes before a machine said no one can get to me today. I left a message. I also sent them another email today telling them that I want ALL my money back, a total of $56.85

Website says "Every Warrior Made Workout comes with a 60-day 100% Money Back Guarantee!" Requested for a refund but no response
on 1st Feb 2020, I purchased "0-6 Pack Abs Phase 1" ($9 USD) and "Platinum Accelerator Pack" ($29.95 USD) workout. Upon choosing to purchase Platinum Accelerator Pack, they automatically put me in for a free trial of Warrior Made Community and charged me an additional $1 USD. The total amount that I paid is $39.95 USD through my paypal account. My order no: ***

In the advertisement from their website and their FAQ - refund policy, it states that, "Every Warrior Made Workout comes with a 60-day 100% Money Back Guarantee!", ***

I sent an email on 5th Feb to their support team, *** as per their refund policy instruction. I requested for a refund of $39.95 to them but I didn't get any response from their support team. I am not happy with the workout program I purchased and I didn't use it at all. Their customer service is very poor and seems like non-existent. The company should do what they say on their advertisement and policy of "60 day hassle-free, money-back guarantee", otherwise, it is a false advertising and statement.

Please refund the full amount of $39.95 USD in my paypal account immediately and send an email confirmation once my refund has been processed.

Thank you for your email. I just want to let you know that the company Warrior Media, Inc. has refunded my money and responded to my previous email, confirming that they have cancelled my account as per my request.

I have sent many emails to them and they were not responding and not honouring my request of cancellation and refund. Only when I made a complaint to PayPal and to Revdex.com, they have responded. It took a long time for Warrior Media, Inc. to respond and take action.

This company has many complaints online and on Revdex.com website, from customers like me who are in the same situation. Please be wary of this business practice, as it is malicious. They do not live up to their advertisement. Therefore, I see this business as untrustworthy. They make it very hard for the customer to get their money back and cancel the account. They need to be given a warning and improve their customer service and the way their business dealings.

I have left a voice mail and two email requests to have the charges for the Warrior Tribe refunded.
I placed an order for the "free" ($6.95 shipping) cookbooks on 2/1/2020. At the time, I upgraded to the additional cookbooks as well ($19.95). Still haven't received a shipping notice. The same day, I sent an email asking that I not be charged for the "Warrior Made Tribe" membership. On 2/8/2020 I was charges $39.95 for the membership that I can't even access on my account!
I sent an additional email and left a voice mail on 2/8/2020. No messages have been returned.
At this point, I would like a refund of all charges. This is starting to look like I've been scammed.

Issue has been resolved

What a scam! I have emailed WarriorMade on multiple occassions during my trial period and send a Facebook message to cancel my subscription with absolutely no response. Now I have been charged $39.95 subscription + $1.00 transaction fee. This is fraudulent activity as I have not authorised WarriorMade to make these transactions. I have reported to PayPal and will be following up with relevant authorities.

I purchased some cook books from this business. A few days later I was charged a second time for $39.95 even though I had not bought anything else. I have called and left 3 messages as well as an email. No one is responding. The "customer service" leaves much to be desired. If I inadvertently signed up for some sort of monthly subscription, I want it canceled and refunded IMMEDIATELY. The website states that they have a 60 day "hassle free" refund policy, but this has been one of the biggest hassles I've ever had to go through just to get a simple refund. DO NOT order from this business. They get your card info and then steal your money.

This company is a joke. The unclear specification of why and when they will be billing you is a strong area for concern.Very shady to say the least. That and their blatant disregard for customer service all together. I authorized payment for a cookbook and was then billed an additional $39.95 USD and $1.00 USD (both done as separate account with drawls but with the same transaction number through paypal) You should be ashamed Warrior Media. After multiple attempts to reach your company, both via email and telephone, my husband and I have still yet to receive any sort of response from you. I am reaching out here in hopes of finally receiving a response.
