After researching our internal records, you called multiple times to report we missed your trash over a 90-day periodOn June, 2017, you spoke to one of our operations specialist, as well as the driver regarding the missed pick-ups, and the driver collected the trashOur agent *** from the corporate office called and confirmed that the trash had been collectedTo prevent any future misses, our agent will continue to monitor your account for the next monthAgain, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation
