Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have emailed [redacted] daily and they have yet (weeks) to provide a rental car or allow me to take my truck to the body shopThey are attempting to require me to file this through my own insuranceThe truck was parked at the time and I was not in the truckThey should take 100% liability and immediately book a rental car and have the truck in the body shop to restore the damage as per Oregon State lawAs of today, they have not responded to my request to resolve this matter and instead have referred me to use my own insurance even though they are accepting full liabilityThis is not an acceptable resolution Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I see in the response from WM that they found that they over-charged me yet another $and they are refunding that to me I have confirmed that I have received that refund on my credit card However they have not responded to any of the issues that I raised in my complaint Until they respond and resolve those issues this issue is not resolved Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Although waste management is indeed only responsible for the pick up of my recycling bin, it took the representatives days to tell me so only after the Revdex.com got involvedI spoke to different people in a day period who made promises to seek out the situation and call me backNot person knew enough about their jobs to tell me I had called the wrong department! Instead, they kept putting in orders just to still not have my trash picked up! I'm the consumer, so how would I know which department of needed if they never told me?!
