I am attempting to return floor mats purchased 2 weeks ago. According to the Weathertech website, I need to contact them for a return authorization # before returning any item. They also state if an item is returned without preauthorization, it will NOT be accepted. Sounds easy enough. However, I have spent over 30 minutes on hold several times (I am on hold as I type this and the recording is saying there are 274 customers ahead of me). I also contacted them via email on a return link to obtain an authorization number. I did receive an email response from them claiming a customer service rep would contact me shortly (that was on Dec. 28th). NO ONE has contacted me. The company's return policy is good for 30 DAYS so I need this number within 2 weeks to return by their standards. Horrible customer service for such a large company.

I placed an order for a gift card and 'coaster' on December 17 for a Christmas gift for my husband. I tried calling, emailing, direct messaging on Twitter, posting on Facebook....no response to anything.
I have tried to contact them at least 20 times. 267, 168, 212 people ahead of me in line when I called. One time I was allowed to leave a voice mail. At this point, since Christmas has come and gone, I just want to cancel the order and let my husband order the floor mats for his truck. I don't want to order the floor mats and then end up with a gift card on top of it. If my husband didn't want the floor mats so badly, I'd never buy anything from this company.

I have asked via voicemail, multiple emails, Twitter, and Facebook to cancel this order. I am seriously upset and cannot believe a company with this poor customer service continues to stay in business. They do not care about their customers at all.

We want to return a Cupfone due to it not being what was expected. We sent email on Dec 27 as instructed and received a response saying someone would send submission request form. Sent another email on the 29th and still have no response. We started calling Cust. Service on Dec. 29 as well and the message was we would be number 226 in line. Today (Jan. 2) when we called, the message said due to problems they could not answer our call. This is a serious issue and we want to return this item.

I am rejecting this response because:We received the *** prepaid label from Weathertech and sent product back. Weathertech received the package at 11 am on Jan. 6 but as of 2 pm Jan. 8 we have not received the full credit as stated in company response.

I ordered almost a month ago - the product should have shipped within a weeks time. Now almost a month later, my order is still in process. I have emailed their customer service department multiple times and never received a response, I have called multiple times. I was hung up on and then was never able to get back through to a person. I have not received my product, yet I have paid for it. I can't even cancel my order because I can't get a response from anyone.

I order cupfone for my dad on 12/18/2019. I have yet to receive an email saying we are processing for order or even a email saying sorry for your wait this cupfone was a gift for Christmas that my father wanted he always wanted to try weathertech but the lack of communication and poor shipping has left a bad taste in our mouth. At this point the gift is ruined . I’m very disappointed with weathertech . I don’t even want to use to company again this has been a very bad experience. I’m actually on the phone now and I’m number 235 in the call center which is ridiculous I’ve currently been holding to talk to someone for 20 minutes.

I am EXTREMELY upset with this company and its customer service. I paid for a CupPone product what supposedly was delivered on Nov. 23rd, and I HAVE NOT gotten anything. I have tried several time to get a response, and NOT ONE reply back. This is TOTALLY unacceptable and taking money for orders and not delivering them or responding to emails, is theft as well. I DO NOT HAVE my product and I am not happy with your company at all, so now i'm out that money.

we totally apologize for the inconvenience. Federal Express tracking 135822648406 shows the product was delivered on Saturday, November 23 at 1:42 p.m. We apologize if the product was not delivered by Federal Express and will issue a credit for the merchandise not received.

I purchased an item on 11/29 as a Christmas gift that was specific to the model and year of my sons car, the item does not fit and needs to be returned. The company requires a return authorization code. I called the 800 number and waited on hold for 1.10 minutes, only to be disconnected when it got to me. Called back and the wait time indicated there was once agin 278 people in front of me., so I submitted a request on line for the authorization code. I do NOT want to pay shipping to return this item as the site indicated it would fit and it does not fit. This company has the absolute worst customer service! I will never buy from them again!!!

Same problem as everyone below. Ordered the phone cup with extension 12/20/19. It still hasn't arrived and when calling customer service for several days 250 people ahead of me. I have held for more than 30 minutes and you don't get moved up the line very far. Looks like they should be proactive and let you know if your order will not arrive on time for whatever reason and they should grow their customer service call center ASAP. Used to love this company but not so much anymore. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. Same as below I will just contact my bank and report fraud since I can't get any information.

I ordered floor liners for the front and back seats and a cargo liner for the back of my 2018 Porsche Cayenne. None fit exactly though the cargo liner is pretty close. The front mats extend all the way to the door and cover up the Cayenne logo strips. The rear floor liner is missing the snaps to hold it down and is 2" higher than the floor tunnel, so fits loosely. I tried contacting customer service via their email but after two weeks no response. The phone line has a long wait. We have used Weather Tech before and were very satisfied with the product and service. Sadly their product is no longer a tailor fit for my vehicle and they have no customer service.

I apologize for the delay in any responses. The Front Floorliners are made to go up and over the step shield to protect debris from getting on the carpet. The rears have dome overs going over the grips in the floor. I understand your frustration and you are not happy with the product. I will send you Federal Express prepaid labels to return the items as well as issue a full refund when the product is returned.

The products are good but God forbid you need to return anything or need any special request. Customer Service is either with huge number of calls waiting (250+) with a 2 hour wait or simply hangs up on you after a message saying they cannot take your call.
I had the most difficult time getting a return authorization. I shipped the items back and received a delivery confirmation from one week ago and nothing has happened. Nothing. No email. If I don;t hear anything in the next couple of days, I will unfortunately have to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get my refund. Customer service is completely unacceptable.
