I ordered 2 cupholder cell phone holders on 12/16/19. I got an email confirming my order. I never got an email saying they had been shipped. I sent an email on December 20 asking about my order. On December 21 I called them. There were 287 callers in front of me!!! I decided to email the sales department instead that date. On December 22 I got an email from an email assistant saying that due to high demand, they were experiencing a slight delay in shipping. Still not shipped. I called them on the 24th. There were 288 callers in front of me. So I waited on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes. I got to number 54 and I got cut off by them. Arrgh! So I did not get my $92 order for Christmas. On the 27th I emailed them again and asked them to PLEASE tell me when my order would be shipped. Today I got a message from FedEx that I would be receiving the order on January 2nd. But still no email from Weathertech saying that my order has be shipped. What is WRONG with them? I'll think long and hard before I do business with them again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of communication. Your CupFones have shipped and should be delivered on January 2nd. When you called on the 22nd of Dec we took off the shipping and we will issue a 10% credit for the delay.

Ordered 2 products on 12/16 and told they would arrive by 12/23. It's 12/28 and still nothing. I've tried 3 or more times to call and each time they say there are 200 or more callers in front of me. Will never order anything again.

I recently called Weathertech about all my floor mats ( front and back ) rolling on the edges. The mats tend to curl inward on the edges defeating the purpose of the mats Weathertech told me to put something heavy on the edges. Did not work. Still curling. Sent them pictures of the issue and have not heard from them. A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND ON A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied with weathertech

I wouldn’t even rate them one star! I started on the 13th of December to try and order floor mats for a Christmas gift. I placed the order using a re-loadable credit card and thought everything was fine. After continually checking order status it never changed it kept saying processing after multiple times trying to call or email to find out what was going on they finally decided to email me two days before Christmas and said the order wouldn’t go through with the card I gave them and asked if I could use another one and I gave a different one and they said it would process immediately and would be sent overnight. Well same thing never has been processed they don’t respond to emails. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic.

I called Customer Service to get a "Return Authorization Number" that is needed to return an item. The recording keeps stating "due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to take your call at this time." I have called numerous times on different days and still can't get through. So I went online to the Weathertech website and filled out a form to return an item. I received a standard email stating they received the form and someone would get back to me. No one has. I only have until the end of January to return the item for a refund. I emailed again, but still no response. It appears the company has no Customer Service since you can't get through to anyone.

I purchased Weather Tech's Cup Phone as a Christmas present on Saturday 12/21. I elected to pay extra for next-day shipping. Since I ordered on Saturday, I knew that the product would not be delivered on Sunday or even Monday. I assumed that "next-day" meant that I would receive the product on Tuesday 12/24. It is now Friday 12/27 and there is still no tracking # for my order. Their online tracking section says "In Progress" which according to their website means "Your order has been received. We are working to manufacture (in some cases), pick, pack and ship your order." I have tried calling them twice. I waited on hold for over a 1/2 hour each time until they disconnected the call. They tell you every 60 seconds where you are at in line (which is a nice feature) but I advanced from 263rd in line to 43rd and then the line disconnected. Yes I was keeping track - partially from boredom and partially to estimate when I would finally get to speak to someone. Yesterday I advanced from 261st to 94th before being hung up on. This certainly makes me wonder how many others are facing the same sort of problem.

Hello,
I ordered some side window rain deflectors for my car on 12/08. Order #***. They were labeled to fit an older Volvo V70. Mine is a 2015 Volvo XC70. It took me 3 days to finally reach someone. I tried with email, fax and phone.Finally, someone emailed me back.
They said they'd send me the correct items along with a return label for the first pair . I sent the first pair back 12/24. I have a receipt from ***.
The second pair arrived and my neighbor who has had WeatherTech products from years ago tried to install the deflectors, but, there was a problem closing the windows.
I took my car to a Volvo dealership the next morning and they, too, had an issue with them. On my way there I got a lot of wind noise from the driver's window. Very irritating.
Now, for the past 3 days, I am going through the same trouble. I've emailed and called to get a return label and an authorization number. No response.
They have a 30 day return policy, but, if this continues, I will not be able to send it back in time.
Horrible service. I will never order from them again.
I hope you can help me.

IF, this is all due to the busy season, they should hire more people. as many other businesses do.

We are working as fast as we can to check in all the returns. Your return has not been checked in but I have issued a credit to your Credit Card. Attached is the credit memo and it does take one or two days for it to show up on your statement..

This company took in orders/expedited shipping even though they were aware they had the product out of stock before Christmas. We attempted to contact the company by phone, email and through social media, all with no response for days. We finally were connected to a representative and were told this would be refunded and cancelled due to lack of response and extremely late delivery of a product we had not been informed they were a high volume of orders and ordered expedited shipping. They company then sent our order this morning almost two weeks after our order and after receiving verbal confirmation from us we had cancelled. They company then deleted any negative reviews we had posted on their sites, and blocked us on Facebook without responding to our issue. We are among many they did this to as well. We gave them plenty of opportunity to respond but now we had to file a complaint after they silenced our experience

Now, for the past 3 days, I am going through the same trouble. I've emailed and called to get a return label and an authorization number. No response.
They have a 30 day return policy, but, if this continues, I will not be able to send it back in time.
Horrible service. I will never order from them again.
