Ordered mudflaps for 2008 *** 2500. They didn't fit. Tried to return. Went to web page for returns and submitted order number. Was told order number was invalid. Called company. Was told order number was invalid. They do this to keep from having to refund purchases. It is a scam.
Mr. has ordered from us before as far as I can see but it was All Weather Mats in May 2012. I can not find a newer order for the Customer and if he would like to give me the order number I will see what I can find. We have many Distributors that sell our product on the Internet.

I purchased my weathertech rain guards from an authorized retailer on 05/08/17 and am extremely dissatisfied with the product. There is a gap in the guard at the bottom of the window and the 3 reps I spoke to said this is how its made. It looks very ugly and weird. I tried contacting the retailer with no response back. The rep also stated it will keep the water out but it does not do this, the water leaks in from the back which is a flaw in their product. There are also two clips on the door that keep them in place but the fall off and almost get into slip into my window channel which would get lost in the door. Another thing, my window sometimes will not close with the installed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

There is no mention of the Retailer you purchased the Side Window Deflectors from. Please let us know from whom you purchased so that we may be of some assistance to you.
Purchased window deflectors on 3/30/17 that were found to be faulty (order ***. Per the guidance of *** (WeatherTech, CSR) I returned items expecting full refund. Item delivered to WeatherTech on 4/12/17. Emailed WeatherTech about status of return and refund on 4/9, 4/19, 4/25, and 5/6. Called and spoke with Customer Service on 4/29 who stated the status request would be forwarded to the proper department. To date, I've not received a refund of $114.95 or been contacted by WeatherTech.
Mr. we do apologize for the inconvenience in regarding the return of your SWD. The Returns Department could not find your return and that held up the Credit being issued. I have instructed the *** Department to refund the $114.95 to your *** Account Immediately.

Bought Top of the line weather tech floor mats for my new ***. They claim they use custom laser cutting technology. The front liners fit perfect however the 2nd row liners are about an inch and a half too long covering the illuminated *** on the floor sill. Called the company and at first she said it's made that way to ensure best protection. My response was, then why aren't the front liners covering as much as the 2nd row? She said point taken. Weather Tech then set me up with return instructions. I will not recommend or will buy again from this company. Very disappointed
