Hello,
I ordered some side window rain deflectors for my car on 12/08. Order #***. They were labeled to fit an older Volvo V70. Mine is a 2015 Volvo XC70. It took me 3 days to finally reach someone. I tried with email, fax and phone.Finally, someone emailed me back.
They said they'd send me the correct items along with a return label for the first pair . I sent the first pair back 12/24. I have a receipt from ***.
The second pair arrived and my neighbor who has had WeatherTech products from years ago tried to install the deflectors, but, there was a problem closing the windows.
I took my car to a Volvo dealership the next morning and they, too, had an issue with them. On my way there I got a lot of wind noise from the driver's window. Very irritating.
Now, for the past 3 days, I am going through the same trouble. I've emailed and called to get a return label and an authorization number. No response.
They have a 30 day return policy, but, if this continues, I will not be able to send it back in time.
Horrible service. I will never order from them again.
I hope you can help me.

I am rejecting this response because: When I have received the label and the return auth. 3 and the refund all will be okay.

IF, this is all due to the busy season, they should hire more people. as many other businesses do.

We are working as fast as we can to check in all the returns. Your return has not been checked in but I have issued a credit to your Credit Card. Attached is the credit memo and it does take one or two days for it to show up on your statement..

This company took in orders/expedited shipping even though they were aware they had the product out of stock before Christmas. We attempted to contact the company by phone, email and through social media, all with no response for days. We finally were connected to a representative and were told this would be refunded and cancelled due to lack of response and extremely late delivery of a product we had not been informed they were a high volume of orders and ordered expedited shipping. They company then sent our order this morning almost two weeks after our order and after receiving verbal confirmation from us we had cancelled. They company then deleted any negative reviews we had posted on their sites, and blocked us on Facebook without responding to our issue. We are among many they did this to as well. We gave them plenty of opportunity to respond but now we had to file a complaint after they silenced our experience

I placed My order on 12/16/19, I paid $15 and some change for 3 day shipping, as my order was suppose to be a Christmas gift for someone. I have Never received my order. Today is 12/26/19 and my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. I’ve tried called this company every single day for the last week, every single time I call It says there is 266+ callers ahead of me. I’m unable to speak to ANYONE! I’ve also tried emailing this company but have not heard back. I’m EXTREMELY frustrated!!!! I would Not recommend this company to anyone, and I will Tell everyone about my horrible experience with this company.

I agree with everybody's co plaint this 2019 Holidays season. They didn't send any item on time, although expedited shipping was paid. Their recorded phone message says 250 callers are ahead. I was waiting for an hour to talk, probably they expect people to give up. No explanation was given, just that the cup phone holder is on back order, no date for shipping. Awful customer service.Dont order anything!

On 12-15 I placed an order expecting the order to arrive within 2-3 business due to the proximity of their distribution facility . On 12-17 the items were supposed to be delivered , they were postponed . On 12-18 again postponed , 12-19 the same and finally on 12-20 one of the items were delivered . The remaining items were a no show , when I called the customer service number I was meet with a long line of 200+ customers waiting . I waited on line for an hour and finally had to get back to my day . The following day the remaining items were supposed to be delivered and again they were a no show although they showed delivered .. I called customer service right away and again 200+ people waiting on the phone Que . I decided to write an email asking where the items were and no response , I waited for 24 hours and called again , the same issue ... At this point I just wanted to pay for the item that was delivered and as for a refund .. Finally this morning , I bit the bullet and waited on hold for over an hour , finally when it was my turn to speak to a rep ... crickets .. Not a sole in sight .. At this point I am fuming !! I just want my money back ...SOOO I handle this the right way and again write an email .. I m certain that this will result in exactly the same outcome . I am so disappointed in this entire experience , I have turned to the one place where I feel may get a result .. and if not maybe some some poor sole will see this review and decide to take his business elsewhere .

I placed an order for splash guards for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I have been waiting for these to be released for some time now. What I received was clearly not made for my vehicle. I have used WeatherTech for all of my vehicles and was expecting the same easy fit, which I did not receive. I have sent 4 emails and spent over an hour on hold before getting disconnected. No one is responding to me. This is extremely frustrating considering how much money I've spent with these guys in the past.

Federal Express label has been sent to Mr. to return the MudFlaps that are not fitting his vehicle. Upon return we will issue a credit for $113.97. We have also notified our PD Department to double check the fit of the MudFlaps.

I later read on a public internet blog that the product I ordered was out of stock. Nobody from WeatherTech ever related that information to me, nor to numerous other’s according to various posts. Great customer service....NOT.
