Extremely Disappointed. Mat’s for Two different cars Don’t fit correctly-Poor Quality for the money. DON’T BUY!!!

I bought several products...their step bumper screws up Rear Auto Braking system on vehicles. They do not have this noted...they say it works on my year/model vehicle. This is false. Their cupholder does not hold the phone in one position. Knops do not tighten. Their floor liners warp. You have to reheat them to make them conform. Their products are junk.

Weathertech shipped the wrong product and agreed to repay us for the shipping fee as well as the return shipping. The have reneged on the agreement. We spent a total of 208.95 and they have only refunded $172.16. They owe us $36.79.

Revdex.com:My credit card company did not show the refund transaction until today.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely,

Glenn

I purchased rain cards for my car windows and they was installed correctly the ones on back keep falling off and the one on passenger front also comes loose they had no adhesive strips and they don't do the purpose very very dissatisfied with them for the price I paid will never order anything from them again rather go to a auto part store and deal with them at least if I have a problem with anything I can take product back to the store and they fix the problem.

I ordered front and rear laser fit liners for my car when I received them my front liners fit but my rear liners did not fit. I was in communication with Debbie *** or something and she kept telling me that those where the liners for my Vehicle when I sent her pictures and videos of how they didn't fit she said she could not view them for some reason so I just said don't worry about I just wouldn't ever recommend weathertech to anyone. She even said I said I had a different car then what I had and that was not true. I guess I should have looked at Revdex.com before I spent 200$ on just front floor liners that fit.

I bought car coasters for my F 150. None of them fit and I had to trim them so they did nto buble. I wrote a review on the Weathertech site several times and it was never posted. I called and asked why and they said a guy had to approve them. So they are cherry picking the reviews and not letting the public see all the reviews. I have bought many things from them in the past and expected this to be the same quality. It was not. You need to let people see all the reviews and not cherry pick.

I got the cup protectors and they did not fit. I had to trim everyone of them to get them to not bubble. I posted an honest review several times and they would not post it. I called and the guy said he has to approve them to be posted. So they cherry pick the ones they want seen.

I've been dealing with a simple return since December 30, 2019. Yes, that is 3 MONTHS ago, and my tracking confirms that the product return was received and signed for in Mid-January. Multiple emails and calls to various individuals, with zero resolution. Well, let me back up. They did issue a credit, but to the wrong address in Virginia when I live in Georgia, despite my CLEAR directions included in writing with the return! Then they agreed to send me a check instead of a gift card (I was not the original purchaser), but I have been waiting on this and/or at least the tracking information since 3/5/20. Every time I call in, I am informed by the customer service rep that I need to talk to a specific lady, but she is never available, and has not yet returned ANY of my calls. I finally obtained her email address and she still refuses to reply to emails, even though my email tracking program indicates that messages have been received, opened, and read multiple times.

I would give them only 1 star for Customer Service, but 2 stars were given because the quality of the products are generally pretty good.

I bought the generic floor mats from *** for my 2008 Mustang. Little did I know that my accelerator would end up getting stuck on the drivers side mat causing damage to my car. After having it towed to the dealer and $2250 later, it is now drivable again but I WILL NOT, under any circumstance, recommend or use these in my car ever again. I could've been in a very serious accident and lost my life, all due to a floor mat! There needs to be a warning on this product warning of this possibility.

WeatherTech Automotive Accessories Response • Mar 24, 2020

All of our Universal Mats have a set of retention devices included with the packaging as well as instructions on the header card. The retention devices need to be placed in the vehicle after removing original floormats from the Manufacturer.. Not sure who you purchased from and what was not included in the packaging but when they leave our warehouse this is all included.

Not as advertised!

WeatherTech Automotive Accessories Response • Mar 24, 2020

Sorry for any inconvenience. These are laser measured but the manufacturer also has changed their seat attachments as well has no retention devices in the vehicle for any type of mats. I can offer to send you All Weather mats if would like to try or another set of Floorliners. If you are requesting only a refund you will need to go back to *** for the refund.
