I had a small abrasions on my leather car seatFiling the claim was simple and within a reasonable time it was assignedI heard from the repair company right away to scheduleThe repair technician arrived at my home before the scheduled time and repaired my seat so well that I couldn't identify the location of the original damageExcellent work!

When I bought the car, perma plate was offered, they said they would perma plate the entire vehicle inside and outAfter filing a claim I was advised they only covered the shiny part of vehicle no interior or plastic on outside of vehicle was not covered, I was disapointed in that there was water spots on the plastic that wouldn’t come off and I tried getting the water spots offSo if you do get perma plate make sure it covers both exterior ( plastic parts also) as well as interiorI feel like the product is good, just not the warranty on interior or plastic parts

I was quite impressed with Permacoat from my initial contact with a representative regarding 'industrial fallout' which appeared looking like black mold on my white exterior paint A claim form was emailed to me promptly with my warranty info pre-filled so I didn't have to scramble around looking for it It was very fast and easy to complete the claim form and return it via email A representative (Michelle) responded immediately to san appointment Dan, the service agent, was timely, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient in addressing the issue Great job, Permacoat! I purchase a protection plan year ago from a dealer I bought a car from for the interior of my van I recently filed a claim as the seat have become cracked I was told it was denied due to timeThey said you have to file a claim within days of noticing the damage Crack keep happening so what is with the days Also, I was never told about this day notice from the company or the dealer This is not right and should be taken care of
