When I bought the car, perma plate was offered, they said they would perma plate the entire vehicle inside and outAfter filing a claim I was advised they only covered the shiny part of vehicle no interior or plastic on outside of vehicle was not covered, I was disapointed in that there was water spots on the plastic that wouldn’t come off and I tried getting the water spots offSo if you do get perma plate make sure it covers both exterior ( plastic parts also) as well as interiorI feel like the product is good, just not the warranty on interior or plastic parts

Company failed to honor paint protection warranty Company states:
“Please note, the Paintguard contract exclusively covers damage to the treated exterior painted body panels caused by weather induced fading, oxidation, loss of gloss or surface rust caused by industrial fallout, as well as stains caused by bird droppings, insect, water spots, tree sap, or acid rainUse of a paint sealant such as Paintguard cannot prevent clear coat failure, clear coat peeling, cracking and adhesion problems as this separation and damage occurs between two layers of paint and not on the outermost, treated surfaceThe reported damage is inconsistent with your coverage.”
The printed warranty is inconsistent with the company response, and does not specifically exclude clear coat failure
