Practice to say no to the car companies and their representativeLast year, I bought a Nissan Sentra from the Autonation Nissan south BayBy the time, the seller offered me some protection plans, Perma Plate for my brand new car , and I bought a dollars plan for my car, but after a years, I realized the protection company has many conditions to do their jobs, so I tried to return the plan because I have never used thatAfter I went to the Autonation to return the plan, it's finance manager told me that they are not responsible for the plan and I should talk with Perma Plate, so I sent an email to PermaPlate and ask them for returning the plan but nobody has taken the responsibilityThe point is that the Nissan company dealership has sold this plan to me but they don't want to take responsibility as wellThe finance manager's behavior was not good at allSo please make a research before buying cars and related plans
I purchased a year Appearance Protection Program on a previously owned Lexus RX400H on July 30, I have never had any problem with the car's exterior or interior until the morning of January 17, I went outside to my vehicle and saw that the clear coat on the car had begun to bubble and peel on several areas of the exteriorFurthermore, when I entered the vehicle, my leather had begun to crumbleOn further inspection of the vehicle, I stood on a ladder and noticed fading on my rear spoiler
I reported the damage to PermaPlate on January 19, after speaking to a representative and filed an online claim that same day
In my claim, I stated that we had rapid temperature change with temperatures in the 30's at night to 80's in the day with heavy rain
