I paid $for a 7- year appearance protection warranty for my Lexus 300h I opened a claim with Permaplate on July 30, 2016, to repair a tear on the driver’s side leather doorPermaplate sent a technician to “recondition” the tear and the technician told me he could repair it, but it wouldn’t look goodPermaplate offered me a settlement of $and wrote: “Should you forgo the above offered settlement, you may request reconditioning work be performed by one of our preferred technicians However, we shall not be liable for any service performed by the technician and we will be unable to assist further should the repair be unsuccessful or the damage be determined as unrepairable.” The company Permaplate sent to do the repairs was very unprofessional I asked Permaplate for a second opinion, to replace the panel, or to refund the $I paid for the policy Permaplate referred me to a second technician who also told me they are unable to fix or guarantee the repair I hav

I bought a Nissan Rogue from AutoNation Nissan in November They sold me this Autonation Appearance & Windshield Protection as a policy that covers any problems I encounter with exterior or interior of my vehicle or windshield I called the number to file a claim on 6/25/At that time I was told to complete the form online and I would get a response within hours I did file after hanging up and got a conformation back from Siskin that the response would be within business days After weeks with no response, I called and at first the guy couldn't find my claim then he said I had to wait because I had just filed it on Wednesday the 25th I had to correct him because he was looking at July 25th not June 25th Then he said it was denied and they sent a letter in the mail He really didn't know what he was doing or apologize for his mistakesAs of today, July 22, I have received nothing from them thru mail or email or phone call This was not sold to me th
