order 1420577 for a Water Creation Deby-30G 30” Vanity. On April 11, 2016 Ms [redacted] emailed our Customer Service
Department wishing to cancel the order. Our Customer Service Department emailed
back that per Water Creations the order had...

been processed and was waiting for
FedEx freight to pick up so the order could not be cancelled.FedEx tracking #[redacted] was sent on April 12, 2016On April 25, 2016 [redacted] called in to return the
vanity as it did not fit.Order Return 112847 was created on April 25, 2016 and RGA
EFS1810450-0425 was sent to [redacted].On April 26, 2016 Jordan [redacted] called our Customer
Service Department upset that she could not refuse delivery and that return
shipping would cost her approximately $1,200.On April 28, 2016 our Customer Service Department emailed
[redacted] to advise that if she returns the item it would be a general
return.On April 29, 2016 our Customer Service Supervisor advised
[redacted] the customer is always responsible to pay for their return on
a general return and that we only suggest refusing an order when something is
damaged or the wrong item is sent. As the item did not fit the customer’s needs this is
considered a general return

They offered to replace with a product that cost 165$ more and no discount or consideration of my loss of use or time spent waiting on them to send me a backordered product and when they finally sent, it was missing pieces, so I had to pay for a plumber to tell me there were mssing parts! This company stinks!
