No, the complaint has not been resolved. They have made no attempt to resolve.  Police report clearly sites their insured for failure to yield, yet they will not accept liability and want my insurance to arbitrate,

I guess they did not get the part about calling to cancel the insurance payments from the bank on 10/13.  Or the part where they verified the routing number and everything else then hung up.  Or the part about Scott Marlow advising me call them directly because there was nothing else he could do.Pesky little details called facts.Make it a Great Day.Respectfully,[redacted]

We are in receipt of a copy of the letter sent to the Revdex.com of Ohio. We havereviewed the letter and our position has not changed from our response to the Texas Departmentof lnsurance and is restated below.We have reviewed the Insured's documentation provided, and our records...

regarding the claimreport to her house. An investigation was performed and it was, learned that lighting had strucknear the location and had caused a copper pipe under the house to leak with a small fireoccurring. The fire was actually under the house and smoke and soot built up I side the houseover two months. We did discussed the damages with your representative Ms. [redacted] and haveissued a payment to Mrs. [redacted] for the cleaning of the dwelling and ductwork in the amount of$1,389.87 Check Number [redacted].The cost of cleaning was obtained from [redacted] of [redacted] to clean the walls,ceilings, floors and fixtures in the house. There have been no other estimates provided to ourcompany for review for cleaning of the walls, ceilings and fixtures. The estimate from[redacted] was $2120.79 plus the duct work cleaning of $248.08 for a total claim of$2,367.87. There was a deductible of $979.00 applicable and after subtracting the deductible wearrived at the payment amount of $1,389.87.There has been a question regarding the deductible that was taken. We would refer you to yourDWELLING FORM 1 BASIC FORM (12102) on Page 1 of 7 under the title of:DEDUCTIBLEUnless otherwise noted in the policy, the deductible provision applies:Subject to the policy limits that apply, we will pay only that part of the total of all loss payable thatexceeds the deductible amount shown in the Declarations.Also noted in the letter to the Revdex.com that you asking about your contents items.In reviewing our file your cousin [redacted] was advised by Mr. Gary C[redacted] on September28", 2015 that there was no coverage for the contents on your policy, which was verified by areview of your policy forms and Declaration page.We must further notify you, there may be other reasons why coverage may not apply and, assuch, we reserve our rights to decline coverage based on facts yet to be discovered. simply saying "Im sorry Ms [redacted] is unhappy" is NOT solving a single problem I or anyone else have or may have in the...

future when having a claim filed. I have been without my vehicle for OVER A MONTH, it took 3 days to get a rental car causing my to miss work 2 days and that was only for 4 days and I had to call repeatedly for 2 days to have extended because it took 2 weeks to provide an appraisal and getting that information reported back took another several days. The appraisal provided to the body shop was missing more than 5k in damage reported. All of these issues are still ongoing and I still am without a vehicle or a rental car to supplement my ability to go to and from work. At this point there is nothing State Auto can do or say to change my mind, I have no interest in speaking with them unless its updates on my vehicle status. This information needs to be displayed for consumer review. They can however respond to my repair shop with an answer they seem to be dragging their feet on as well. I've had this insurance personally for almost 10 years and my father has owned the policy much much longer. Its ridiculous that not only do they clearly not care about their customers, but their reputation either.
