Not only was our salesman low key no pressure, he educated us on what to look for, how windows are made but was very respectfulWhen the team of installers showed up they were also very informative, respectful of our home and installed our new windows perfectly Our home was built in and all the original windows were still inThey were old and half didn't workOur new windows by Windowworks are beautiful, easy to open/close We couldn't be happierWe had several companies give us quotes, not only was Windowworks a better value but is also better constructionI should know as I used to flip homes and saw many windows come and go

I was very pleased from beginning to endThe sales person was very knowledgeable, The time to order and have the windows installed was only a few short weeksI would definitely recommend them to anyone

I ordered a sliding glass door in July and they installed the wrong door The installers pretended to install the door correctly and nothing wrong I had to call and argue on the phone They finally installed a new door November 10, The quality is poor and the installers where rude They never said sorry for the mistake This is the worst experience I will never use Window Works ever again

I had three doors installed; front entry with storm door, a patio door and a garage entry door The crew arrived on time at 9am and worked throughout the day to finish the job at 6pm All three installers were very professional, courteous and conscientious They left the site clean and answered any questions I had We had a little issue with the lock on the patio door after two days but it was resolved promptly by a technician at am the following day The doors look great and are a big improvement from what we hadIf you are looking for new doors, I believe WindowWorks would be worth checking out

I'm very upsetOnly because I cannot recall the names of the extremely professional and courteous installers to give them my highest praisesMy windows are just beyond compareIt's nice not to feel cold wind on me as I get ready to start my dayBut beyond that, my installers were just top notchThey went out of their way to be quick, explain every little detail in response to our questions and also did their best to be as clean as possibleWith the disappointment I've experienced with other workmen doing other projects as I spruce up my place, this was unexpected and so very appreciatedExceeded all my expectationsProduct, performance, professionals get a on a scale of 1-

I feel that finally after placing this complaint to the Revdex.com I was treated fairly to where service request and repairs were taken care of with priority and constant contact was establishedI think that only due to this complaint being placed did the company now decide that my needs and value as a customer became a priority and the after a little negotiation I feel that the terms we agreed to are fairHowever I won't feel that this complaint has been fully resolved until I receive the second refund check that I was promised in order to close this complaint

We visited the customer's home todayWe performed the same demonstration as we had on the initial sales call using the windows
we had installed in the customer's home as the test subjectThe customer acknowledged that the results were identical to the results attained in the original demonstration
Additionally, we observed that the "cheaper" windows (installed by others) he referred to in the complaint, operated poorly, had gaps and even allowed light and air to infiltrate into the homeHe acknowledged that our windows had no such issues
We also tested the temperature of the walls and both of the windows and determined that again our window was performing as promised
The customer then went on to complain that he found the walls in the room to be coldWe explained that we cannot be responsible for the performance of the insulation in his walls
We can find no issues with the product we installedThe customer acknowledges all of the above points but seems unwilling to consider the situation resolvedWe don't know what to do at this point
