I can not stress enough that my husband and I would have never purchased these windows knowing the lack of qualityUnfortunately we have to make the best of a bad situation nowAs long as the screens are replaced with ones that DO NOT peel and the missing insulation etc issues are fixed along with a 10% refund, then we will accept the termsThe customer service person, Lee Anne, has been very nice and we appreciate her helpNo one has called to schedule the appointment however, so I will be emailing Lee Anne to find out for sure what day they are coming out

windows ordered 9-- weeks later deliveredfit and are installed
are "mis-cut" or "mis measured" never did get a real answerRush order was placed and weeks later windows are delivered "again"This time fit and are broken on the job site(including numerous screens are broken as well from first installation) - weeks later windows arrive (that's today) window installed - windows arrive brokenNumerous calls to main office go unreturnedfor the past hours
This is a BIG FAT "STAY AWAY FROM" business seriously STAY AWAY

Windowworks has completed the installation to the customers satisfaction and we have resolved all issues with regard to this complaint

We had our windows in the whole house replaced by Window Works last saturday, July 11,2015. During the time that the salesman, Mr. Anthony [redacted] was selling us the product he was telling us that everything will be the same color that we choose and we will be happy and satisfied with the results. So during the installations my wife asked the installer if they are going to stain the mullions, and the trims which Mr. [redacted] said that everything will be the same color so I signed the contract even without reading it with the understanding that it will be the same color, but he didn't write it in the contract what he told us. The installer told us that they only install the windows and the stain is done by different department, but he said he will call his boss, he took his phone and went out and a few minutes later he came back and told us that he talked to his boss and said that somebody will call me monday because the office is close on saturday. Nobody called me on monday so today, Tuesday, I called Window Works and a lady there told me that she will check, after a few minutes of waiting on the phone she told me that the staining was not in the contract but she said that she will asked the manager and somebody will call me. After a few minutes a lady named Casey called me back and said the same thing that the staining was not in the contract and she will check it with the salesman and will call me back. After about 2-3 hours a lady called me and said that she was calling on behalf of Casey because she was busy, she told me the same thing and if I want them to do the stain job they will charge me $780.00, I didn't agree because it was my understanding that it will be stained as what Mr. [redacted] promised us during the time that he was selling us the product. I tried to call Mr. [redacted] but he doesn't pick up his phone, After a few minutes he called me and told me that he didn't said anything about the staining, and I asked him if he said that during the time he was selling us the windows if he said that everything will be the same color, including the mullions and trims, he can't even answer yes or no, and he told me if I want them to stain it he will only charge $400.00 not $750.00 which the company usually charge, which was not the lady at the office told me, the lady told me $728.00. I was still talking and he hang up the phone on me.
I know, I cannot do anything anymore but I hope somebody can read this review or all other reviews from here about Window Works, which I should have did it before hiring them to do the job and I should have read the contract before signing it.
I will never recommend Window Works to anybody to do their windows or any other job in their house and specially not recommend anyone to deal business with MR. ANTHONY [redacted], you cannot talk to him because he won't listen to you and he monopolized the conversation and he is so rude.

This is the 2nd time I have used Window Works and both times were excellent. They are in and out with little or no fuss. I had half of my windows done in 2014 and couldn't wait to get the rest of them done this year. My house was built in the '40s and some of the windows were original to the house. But they were able to remove these and fit the news ones in perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs replacement windows.

When I planned to replace my pella original windows which lasted for 20 years I wanted to do some ground work before I can jump on so I scheduled calls from 3 or 4 vendors. [redacted] was too high for my budget so decided to either go with [redacted] who was honest and up to mark and Window works who wanted to compete with [redacted] in many ways.
[redacted] clearly mentioned that its a buck frame so its going to cost bit high because windows cant be put in studs and needs the trim to be removed. Window works was totally opposite both sales person a old guy who came first and Nick a yong sales manager confimed many times that they can replace without studs.
He made me sign the agreement after assuring that they will do a clean job and take care of anything that comes up after agreement signing. This happened in Aug 23 and I was under a time crunch wanted to finish everything before thanks giving and I mentioned this multiple times. He assured its 6-11 weeks assignment and thanksgiving is way far and we don't need to worry.
After this, to my surprise it took almost 4 weeks for them to assign someone to do measurement, the person within seconds found out its a buck frame and cannot be done as quoted and needs re-schedule with new contract. I lost 4 weeks, after few days the Nick sales person walked over the door and assured that everything will be done before thanks giving and got my signature with 2500$ extra for their misquoting.
As gentle and calm i'm didnt object to pay extra to make this work, I felt bad for the sales guy so didnt make this a big issue but what happened later was totally surprising. They called me again and said that it cannot be done as two windows cannot be in single panel they need to renew the contract again, further delay and almost a week later Nick came back to get signature - with so much of trust and was in middle of office work signed the updated paper and got the assurance that before thanks giving it will be done.
Didnt hear anything after that, so 3 weeks before thanks giving called them to say that contract was signed in Aug23 but I didn't get any response. The response from Amily/ customer rep was I've signed anything on Aug 23 and it was middle of september or october is when I signed. So it cannot be done by thanks giving. I tried to call Nick he didnt pick up, when he picked up after 5 SMS he responded stating he can make it happen.
Long story short its a sales pitch, he wasn't able to do anything. Its dec 11 still i'm waiting for my windows. Aug 23 - Dec 11 still I dont know when I get it. I paid my initial deposit on a agreement that quotes 11 weeks. Anyone here can help me get the justice?
A poor customer who went with sales pitch without reading Revdex.com reviews.
Struggling to get my money back or get the project done

Initially, I knew it was a hard sale from the 2-hour presentation but felt it was a good product.
Several paperwork errors were made which required the salesperson to return multiple times.
Once the installation was scheduled, the men arrived on time on Sat Dec., 3rd, only to find out the door frame was measured incorrectly.
Window Works has yet to return any calls to discuss when the order will be corrected.
HORRIBLE customer service. If you’re accustomed to uncertainly and inconsistent service, Window Works can accommodate you!

I needed custom sized storm doors due to the height of my doors. The salesman who came out was very helpful, resulting in an order. The doors that were built are high quality and nicely finished. The installers were very professional, personable, and did a first class job. A week after the installation, I even got a follow up call from Window Works to ensure that everything was done satisfactorily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or do business with Window Works in the future.

with the customer.
I personally spoke with Mr. [redacted] yesterday and verified that there are no further issues.
As far as him receiving a bill, this was an error on our part. When we completed the entry doors on the order, thinking the order was complete, our office processed the charge . When we realized the error a few days later, we immediately reversed the charge until the order was fully completed.

Beautiful windows. Timely installation. Great customer service. Reliable and affordable .

I had a 7' x 5' picture window installed 10 days ago. Since it was the first week in November I was concerned about cold weather and the length of time it would take to get the old window out, and the new one set in. I was pleasantly surprised with the two installers, who were extremely professional, very friendly, and amazingly efficient. It only took about 10 - 15 to make the exchange, and the rest of another hour to seal, caulk, and install the outside weather stripping. The amount of clean up was minimal, and they a superb job picking up after themselves. I expected the installation to take twice as long, but they completed everything in less than 1 1/2 hours. I am completely satisfied, and highly recommend Window Works.

We have addressed and completed the repairs on the first floor. WindowWorks has also agreed to paint the entire wall adjacent to the window in question. We have been unable to schedule the balance of the repairs on the second floor as...

there is an issue with our customer's birds. We are willing and able to complete the additional repairs at Ms. [redacted]'s convenience. We are doing everything in our power to ensure that our customer ends up 100% satisfied.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3001, 15, 2015/03/20) */
There is a problem with the screens of the 3 slider that they will look at 3-18-15. The window is warped and the screen does not close properly. There is also the problem with the whole wall that needs to be repainted that [redacted] said they will not pay for. They had sent a painter out earlier and he did not have enough paint to paint the whole wall and then he used window cleaner on the wall to try to remove the water stains from the window leak from the improper installation of the window. The window cleaner made the marks worse and the whole wall will need to be repainted. ([redacted] wanted the painter to just paint around the window.) I want to be compensated for the amount that it will cost me to hire a painter (that has enough paint and doesnt try to remove damage with window cleaner). [redacted] said they will not pay for the painter. For all this aggravation, time and damage to me and my property I will not pay the last check I put a stop on. That last check will also cover the price of a painter I have to hire and the time I will have to spend. Three windows from Window Works took from 9/14 to 3/15 (almost 1/2 a year) to put in and they are still have not correctly finished fixing the problems.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2015/04/02) */
Windowworks has offered to paint her wall to resolve her complaint. The cusotmer has asked to wait until the weather is warmer to complete this step so her birds are not harmed.

My experience with Window works was great from start to end . Setting up an appointment was very smooth . I met with Eric twice he explained in detail everything & answered all my questions thoroughly. The day of installation I was a bit worried about mess & debris BUT the two installers who came ( I am so sorry I do not remember their names ) were amazing . They were very friendly, efficient , helpful & did not leave anything behind them . Maybe an hour after the installers left someone came to check if I was happy with the work and to check everything ( which I personally thought was a nice touch ) I would highly recommend Window Works !
