I am rejecting this response because:I was in no way completely satisfied Yes, they put the door in but
the customer service was horribleIt took months! They even admitted to me it was bad service So, yes, the door was fixed but to say I was completely satisfied is simply not true

On Sept 24, we had replacement installed in our home, One of the front windows was damaged but we allowed them to install it because it was a top paneThey installer stated it would probably take weeks for the window to be madeAfter numerous calls and messages between us and the production department, we finally get a call on Oct 20, to tell the top pane is in and earliest available appointment to come out is November 1, I have never been so upset with a company like I am with Window WorksI have been looking out my front window(that is covered in blue tape over the cracks) for going on weeks by the time they get out her to replace itThey just lost the repeat business of windows and siding I still needed done

Very Quick and professionalEverything went very good

We have spoken to the customer and sent the gift cards as promisedShe has received the cards and the issues have been resolved

We have come to an agreement with the customer with regard to this compliantWe have offered and he has accepted a 10% discount for the inconvenience and we are installing December 23rd

We spoke to *** October 20th with regard to the compliantWe have offered to include extra product to help with the inconvenience Windowworks has caused himWe are also working to complete a service issue which should be completed the first week of December

I recently had new windows installed in my bedroom and basement with great resultsThe windows were great qualityThe installation department was great to work with and very niceErin *** really helped me schedule my install in a timely manner and was very helpfulShe has great communication skills and makes sure all your questions are answeredWill definitely use Window Works again!

THIS COMPANY WAS AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH I HAVE NEVER HAD THINGS GO SO SMOOTHLY ON SUCH A LARGE JOB WE REPLACED ALL THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOUSE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN TWO PHASES OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS BILL *** OUR SALES REP WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS WELL HE DID NOT PRESSURE US AND WE FELT VERY CONFIDENT DEALING WITH HIM WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR TWO EXCELLENT INSTALLERS CHRIS AND ROBERT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB ON THE INSTALLATION WITH CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL OUR TOWNSHIP INSPECTOR SAID IT WAS THE BEST INSTALL HE HAS SEEN IN MANY YEARS

We went out to the customer house on 6/7/to as what needed to be doneWe are in communication with the customers and will be until the customer is completely satisfied with our work

Great companyOur windows were assembled and installed earlier then what the lenth they quoted

My husband C*** spoke with Kathy from the company who was very nice and understandingShe was able to come up with a solution for the whole problemEverything is now taken care of

Windowworks spoke to the customer and explained that our contracts states that if rotted wood needed to be replaced that there is a cost associated with that changeWe offered him a reduced price and he said he would contact us if he wanted to move forwardThis complaint has been resolved
according to the customer

Windowworks spoke to Mr C*** with regard to the confusion in our Accounting departmentwe admitted that there was a clerical error which showed an over payment that was not in fact an over payment after the check was sent outThe customer did not receive the message informing them to not cash
the checkDue to this inconvenience we agreed to send them a check for $for their inconvenienceThe customer stated that this complaint has been resolved
