We have spoken and visited with Mr and Mrs [redacted] with regard to this complaint and have scheduled to add additional material to help defer the water in the future. This is scheduled for March 1, 2018. The customer has agreed pending this work that we have answered their complaint...

satisfactorily.

All the people involve in this operation (salesman, administrative assistant and crew) were extremely warm,friendly, efficient, clean and professional.

We spoke to [redacted] and let him know that we have sent him a $200.00 check in place of the gift and he thanked us. The complaint has been resolved.

Every contact at each moment from Window Works has been extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely experience from start to finish.

Window Works did an outstanding job of installing double hung windows and a 3 door patio unit. The guys were courteous, on time, careful with the window units and careful not to damage existing structures. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up well. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends. The senior and military discounts were great too

appointments to get the service completed. There is no excuse for this.
As of today we called the customer to apologize, we are sending her a check for her inconvenience and have upgraded our follow-through procedures in an effort to avoid this from happening again.

I accepted the response because the windows were replaced correctly. However, the wages and time wasted waiting for them did not come close to the $100 check they offered in return. I will not recommend their company in the future.

Windowworks completed Mr.[redacted]'s project Tuesday April 7, 2015. We replaced the window in the master bathroom and fixed the screen. We spoke to [redacted] today April 8, 2015 he mentioned that this issue has been resolved.

Window Works came out to do a free estimate on a new front door. I am ready to purchase, however, I wanted to get at least 2 other estimates to first educate myself and make an informed decision. I told the sale man who visited my home right away that I am going to get more estimates. He was 'hard selling" all the way through, even after I told him several times there is nothing else he could say, even lowering the price, which he did, I won't make the decision because I didn't know what the 'best price' would be without comparing anyway. He kept pushing, and after a while I felt like a huh school girl trying to get her date to stop trying to fool around! Yes, ti began feeling that ridiculous! Finally he left and a couple days later I received a 'follow up' call saying they are willing to do even better on the price. I asked, why didn't you just give me your best price when you were at my house, instead of playing these games? Furthermore, they wouldn't give me the best price unless they can send yet ANOTHER salesman out to my house. I said NO WAY (I would not put myself in that uncomfortable situation again), I told him just give me your price over the phone. He would not, and I told him I still need more estimates (it had only been a couple days and don't have the the final one coming out until next week, and let the first salesperson know this, and then told the second one over the phone). Today, I got ANOTHER call from ANOTHER employee, following up on the follow up call. And he starts saying the SAME THING even AFTER I explained to him I didn't appreciate the hard sell in the first place, AND the hard sell on the phone following it up. He kept repeating how he 'doesn't want to lose my business" but he did finally for sure, when he suggested allow ANOTHER salesman to come out to give mea better price. OMG! Ridiculous. Don't allow these people into your home, there are plenty of other companies who don't have to shove the sell down your throat. Besides, they were over $1,000 over the FIRST price another door company gave me for the same exact door!

This was my first window purchase. Happy with them. Happy with install.Only thing issue was with the estimated. Had sales come out on Saturday. On Monday had him come back to quote second level. Paper work was never turned in for processing additional Windows. A few weeks later got a call stating I was not approved.

So I now have a beautiful first level , crappy looking top level.

Windows works are very professional responsibility they do the work before the date that I was told even with weather that was raining but it doesn't stopped this people are responsible

I heard about this www.mywindowworks.com/ so I called them up for no obligation free estimate, Guy showed up on door on time professionally dress. he went around house and measured all the windows and he gave me estimate which was quiet higher than competitor, so I said if you can lower than other guy then you win contract. He came to house 9 AM and around noon I was checking their warranty where it says for any issue customer has to pay for labor so he is said that is not what is says , we only charge one time come out fee like $75 and I asked him why that amount is not on warranty card, during course of converastation he got mad and he said why you called me I said you company says free estimate no obligation, and if you think you cant' meet the price then you should not waste both of our time , he threw my driver lic and stuff and walked away .. after 15-30 min he came and said I talked to my boss and I am very sorry what he could do to gain business I said you got attitude ..

The 2 gentleman installing my new front door were so professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend WindowWorks to anyone.
Afrin and Mike were outstanding. THey really knew how to install. No mess at all.
What an outstanding company to work with.

I will refer them over and over. In this day and age it is remarkable to have an installation go so smooth. THe installers really know their stuff.

Experience was very positive from sales to follow up. Nice people to deal with. A pleasant surprise these days when problems seem to be the norm.

Windowoworks has spoken to Mr. A[redacted] and he has stated that we have resolved this complaint. We are moving is installation date up to Wednesday the 25th of October.

this is not a compnay you want to do business with...they were over two weeks late with my order and missed the first appointment and I had to call them to findo ut where they were. then they promised they would be here for the second appointment . I had to call them again and they said the truck was in an accident and they could not make it. I told them to cancel my order and I did not want them if I could not have them that day because I had waited long enough. I had just put up my drapes and I was getting ready to leave and a truck pulls into my driveway to install the windows at 2 in the afternoon..no one even called me to say they were sending someone...they were there until 6 at night. they left broken glass in my drive way that I had to clean. this was on Saturday and on Monday a manager calls wanting to reschedule my installation.....she was not even aware that they had installed my windows. Then she calls back and offers a 2% discount for all of my troubles. the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing at this company.

I would never buy windows from Window Works again. The installers were so bad, that they had to send out the repair department and they had to take
out the windows and reinstall them because the window frames were all bowed because they tightened them too much when they installed them. We had these windows installed in June, and besides this initial repair, we have had them out four other times. We had six windows installed, and had to have all of the screens including the frames replaced because of their shoddy craftsmenship. We payed good money for these windows, They were not discounted.

My sales person was on time for my appointment. He explain everything about the windows. The features, the advantages and the benefits. This impressed me. He also did not pressure me to close the sale. In doing that, he let his product, his company and his salesmanship persuaded me to buy. The company installers impressed me, too. On time, clean and finished the job professionally. Yes, I can and will recommend Window Works to whomever is looking for all of the above.
