HORRIBLE experience! Their product is decent but their customer service and staff is some of the WORST I have ever experienced! I have had nothing but problems with them since day one! Once they get your order they do not care about you as a customer afterwards. Will never recommend them to anyone or do any future business with this company!

Window Works is a great company to work with. They are very friendly and professional. They have done an awesome job to replace my windows.

We spoke to Emily today an reconfirmed her appointment with our service technician for December 12th, this is the earliest date that she can meet with us. We will as what needs to be done at that point to install her air conditioner to fit in her window.

From the salesman to the installers, everyone I have contact with is both informed and helpful. I am having major repairs, windows, gutters, roof and siding. Every step of the way has been excellent. I love the windows, particularly the bay window. It is almost impossible to tell they are vinyl wrapped, not wood. Major home repairs should make the homeowner miserable, but Window Works made every step of the way as problem free as possible. Thanks to the salesman Allen, Sales manager Tom, Lee Anne and Kathy in the office, and Joe the siding manager, I was well cared for, and a very happy customer.

From start to finish this company was excellent to work with. The sales rep, Mike was honest, professional and knowledgeable. I never felt that he was trying to sell me anything I didn't need and he even told me which windows in our house did not need to be replaced, saving me money. Both Mike and the company were very patient with me as I needed to change measurements several times. They never made me feel rushed or got impatient with all my changes. My windows were completed earlier than the anticipated date and installed quickly as well. The installers were fantastic and did an excellent job. Having dealt with home improvement projects many times, there is almost always something that goes wrong and I expected there would be with this as well. There was not one problem with the measurements, scheduling, installation ... nothing! Everything went exactly as promised and they delivered on everything. The windows are of excellent quality and are well worth every penny. This will be my go to place for windows from now on. Highly recommend!

I went with this company because it was rated under the Revdex.com. After going through this experience, they should be removed from Revdex.com. This company is horrible!!! We are paying over $30,000 in windows, siding, and doors. Multiple problems. Not only did we sign a contract in July to get the project started, we were never contacted about start date, etc. I kept calling for weeks and it was always the same response (your shipment is coming). It wasn't until end of November our project was started. They were done in about a week. Parts of our door shipment were missing, door sizes were incorrect for our sliding glass door and also had to be reordered. They said they would expedite the process and we should have them soon. Again, more weeks pass, I keep calling with same response. I am now into January with still missing parts. Windows are another joke, bay window was installed and just a few days later it rained. I came home from work and water was in my living room. Called immediately in November. They sent someone out to look at the windows, the windows were not properly glazed/sealed so water just flowed in freely. Not only did this ruin the wood, it ruined the wall and left stains on our unfinished wood trim, bay ledge, and instops. I've taken multiple days off waiting for a scheduled time with the company and low and behold the person has not shown up. I'm still expected to pay the $30,000 and still getting no where with this company and it's customer service. Each and every time I call, it's the same response and clearly this company does not stand behind it's slogan of making customers happy. We also had doors installed, same size and everything nothing different. Yet first snow we got, snow piled up in my laundry room because it blew through the door seals. I have emailed and sent pictures, phone calls, etc. Here I am in 2017 with no resolution and not a single person has been concerned about getting this resolved. When they tell you to reserve a two hour window for arrival of a job, you better just take the whole day off, I had an appointment for 11am to bring my screen door and it's going on 3p with a no show and no call that they'll be late.

The only positive I have is that the end project itself looks really nice, but don't buy into the stupid 5 hour spokesman quote and pressure. (FYI this job they originally wanted over $60,000, I told the guy he could walk out of my house right then and there) They are way over priced and then you get crap service once they're all done. They're out for your money and that's it.

Once the deal was done, Window Works was very professional keeping us informed as to the status of our order. The man who came for the final measurements and the workmen were all informative and professional. There was a miscommunication on the service ticket compared to the sales agreement and the Window Works honored the agreement without bartering. The installation looks very good and so far have been water-tight and greatly reduced outside sound.

Here is a summary of our experience with WindowWorks:

Friday, Sept. 19, 2014: Customer calls WindowWorks to find out what's going on. WindowWorks said they were going to call that day and they'll call again in two weeks to confirm installation time.
Approx. Oct. 6, 2014: WindowWorks calls. When customer mentions the brick work, the WindowWorks girl is surprised and says there's nothing in the contract re: brick work. Customer tells her we've had three guys out here already. WindowWorks girl apologizes and says they'll work something out with the brick guy.
Wed., Oct. 15, 2014: WindowWorks calls to ask if they can come on Monday
Monday, Oct. 20, 2014: WindowWorks calls telling us it's been cancelled and to please call. Customer calls, and WindowWorks apologizes because the door hasn't come in. Gina who customer spoke to on Wednesday and Monday promises to call back the same day to tell Shani when the installation will occur. We don't receive any call or email.
Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014: Customer calls WindowWorks to ask what's going on. Gina is reportedly on the other line, and customer is told Gina will call her back. Gina never calls or emails customer back.

I spoke to the customer and they didn't intend for this complaint to be made. She exited off the site before...

completing it. I personally spoke to [redacted] and she is satified with the company's solution to complete her installation.

We have reached an agreement with the customer. The installation was started today, December 12th, and we have agreed to a discount...

as well.

I recently had windows installed by Window Works and could not be happier. The installers were very professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend to my family/friends.

We were absolutely happy with the Sales person who took the time and patience to explain the features of the window to our extended family. And equally good was the 3-person installation team who installed 18 windows and a patio door in a single day in a very clean and professional manner.

I was very pleased in my interactions with Window Works. Last October I had the company out for an estimate on how much windows would cost. The price was fair and all though I liked the sales person I had another estimate I was waiting on before making this final decision. At no time did I get pressure from the sales person, Bill. After receiving my third quote I should have gone with my instinct and signed the paperwork when Bill was at my house. I had Window Works back at my house and the deal was signed. Two weeks after signing the deal I was notified my job was being eliminated. The stress of an added expense was weighing on me so I placed a call to try and cancel my sale (weeks after the 3 day right to cancel passed). The manager Rob was very helpful and willing to assist. He even helped me work out a payment plan so I can still get the windows and not feel like I won't be able to cover my other monthly expenses. I was so pleased with the assistance I received from the sales person, manager and the customer service representatives I spoke with that I decided to apply to work for this company. They embraced what I was used to about customer service and showed they cared about me not just making a sale. I could have easily been on the hook for the terms of my original contract.

Excellent service and communication. The installation was professional and timely. Thanks Window Works.

Your field sales specialist, Bill P. was courteous and prompt when meeting with us to explain the types of doors WindowWorks offered. I was both impressed with his knowledge and the level of service and professionalism during his sales visit. Because of his excellent detail to the order, Afrim and his team installed the door absolutely perfect and went above and beyond during the installation. I will definitely be a returning customer when we need windows!!

We have received the patio door replacement panels and are scheduled to install them Friday, January 16th. We inspected the panels very carefully and they seem to be...

excellent. We believe all issues will be resolved this week.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/01/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My damaged panels (right and center) were replaced, but it took 6 hrs instead of 1hr because they ordered a left panel instead of the right. They had to do some field modifications (cut off interlock seal) to make it work. They replaced my broken locks, but forgot my screen door. Also, there is still a cold draft coming through because two of the panels don't seal correctly (left and center).
Now I am waiting for my screen door and a field technician to investigate my draft. This will take a minimum of one more visit, which means at LEAST another half day of my time.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/01/30) */
We have an appointment to deliver the screen and check for air infiltration on Monday February 2nd as that is the customer's next day off.
We feel that all issues will be resolved at that time.
We are also offering a discount.

I ordered Windows for the whole house. The salesman that came over was very polite and professional. They worked around my very busy on call schedule. All of the employees I spoke o either on the phone or in person were extremely polite. When the crew came to install the Windows they did a wonderful job. I love the way the Windows look. Family that saw the results loved them.

We are very sorry for the delay that the customer has experieced. I have been in close contact with the custoemr for over a week before we received this...

complaint (we received complaint 7/31 however the customer says the complaint was made 7/21. We are waiting for glass to be completed on their order. The windows are completed and have been for some time now. I explained that our glass packages are top of the line and we are at the liberty of our glass manufacturer which is currently behind in production. Their glass order is in production and I have explained the potential completion dates with customer which we have come to an agreement on. We have also secured a financial discount from our glass manufacture which is being passed [redacted] to the customer. The glass manufacture has accepted full responsibility for this however the team at WindowWorks also accepts responsibility and we ensure the customer that the completion of their project is a top priority for us.

We have spoken with the customer and visited the home on 12/18/2014.
We have agreed in principle as to what work needs to be done to...

resolve the complaint. The work is scheduled for December 29th.
In addition to recapping the openings we have agreed to stain the interior woodwork to ensure the customer will be delighted with us!
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/12/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They did arrive to begin the work on the outside of the windows on 12/29 at 10:15 am. We have pondered the staining of the inside wood work and we believe we would prefer Window Works doesn't enter our home to do any additional work. We are not happy with their workmanship and are apprehensive to let them begin any additional work on our home. This is undecided if we want to proceed after discussing the offer. Would Window Works be willing to provide the stain and we will complete the staining inside the home?
We do not have resolution for the damaged bedspread and stool that cannot be ordered to replace and is stained with spray foam since there was a gap between the wall and the windows during installation. We were told to buy the new items and supply the receipts to Sebastian directly for reimbursement. We were provided no email or mailing address and again, we cannot buy these items today.
In addition, we also now have noticed they cracked the drywall in a bedroom between the frame and the floor from using a pry bar to pull out the window and placing all that strain on the integrity of the bedroom wall.
I would like the wood replaced in the frame outside which is being done at this time - possibly a 2 day project and we can determine once this is completed our satisfaction. I'm not sure how we will come to resolution with the stain on the bedspread and the make-up table stool in my daughters room. I was told originally they would give us a cleaning solution which I have not seen. Then we have to fix the cracked drywall in the bedroom between the window and the floor.
This is ongoing from my perspective.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/01/08) */
We have completed the repair work to the window sills and the customer is satisfied.
We have agreed, at the customer's request, to provide the stain to stain the woodwork.
We are also providing a gift card to cover any additional incidentals that are required.

Window Works' entire buying process was a joy. From purchase to installation and then addressing post-installation issues, it was a remarkably smooth experience. All involved were attentive and courteous and responded to our every need. Thank you.
