We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their experience with Window Works and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.  The customer’s installation was completed on Friday December 30th, 2016....

The customer is scheduled for service on Thursday January 5th and Friday January 6th.  The customer accepted a discount for inconvenience. We appreciate the customer allowing us to resolve their concerns amicably

The sales staff is great, but the installers are rock stars. My yard was spotless when they left with all the debris from my old windows. I cannot say enough how professional they were. The Village Building Inspector was very satisfied with their work, too. Thank you for a positive experience on my first phase of window replacement. I will be back next year for Phase 2.

I originally purchased 3 entry doors, 1 sliding door and a section of new gutters mid April of 2014. What was to be a 6-8 week timeline from the purchase date to having everything completed became a frustrating ordeal that would last until mid August.
After the initial 6 weeks had passed without any communication from Window Works, I decided to inquire about our order. The excuses for the delays were numerous as it was difficult to get a specific contact person who could help. Deadlines were missed, promised returned calls were not made, and I was asked to make the final install payment prior to the work being completed.
I now have an issue with ice build up at the bottom of the slider. After 3 separate phone calls and 1 email depicting the problem, I am still awaiting a scheduled date for a service tech to arrive.
Overall experience with this company has been and continues to be extremely difficult and discouraging. The employees are well versed and very good about deflecting any concerns you may have.
The best this company has to offer is, Empty Promises while cashing your checks.
Best of all, they continue to call me in an effort to sell more of their products. My response to them, I will have someone return your phone call tomorrow.

Windowworks spoke to this customer and set a time to go to her home on December 12, 2017 to assess what we need to fit her Air Conditioner in her window and complete the installation of the Air Conditioner.

Excellent quality product and highly professional salesman and installers. They go to great lengths to make sure you are completely satisfied.

At this time the customer has stated they are pleased with our response to their situation and that their complaint to the Revdex.com has been resolved. Windowworks does have a few service issues that we are currently responding to.

Very professional and answered all questions ,would recommend to anybody.

The installation team was the best and respectful of the historic nature of our condo. Thoughtful and careful at each step. We're very pleased.

I have used this Company twice once for siding and now for Windows. I have no reservations about recommending them. They do put a full court press on you to sign the first time they come out but so does everyone else. I have yet to sign on the first presentation but on the follow up appt.

From the initial meeting with the salesman to the final instillation the service reps with Window Works were nothing but professional . Install was done in a day and they were sure to clean all areas after the work was finished . Customer care team was on top of the project thru out and there was follow up from the team before , during and after in regards to both the quality of the install and any questions I may have had after . I would recommend Window Works for any of your home remodeling project needs .

We visited the customer on October 8th. We removed the existing j channel and siding above the door, removed all old caulking and installed...

additional flashing on the the unit. We are also replacing the wood stops around the around the inside of the door with new stained and finished material.
We believe the problem has been corrected and eagerly await the next heavy rain to prove it out.
We talked to our customer and all is good.
I've attached a copy of the signed completed Service Request.

I accepted the response from Window Works because they agreed to repair and clean the windows they installed. Additionally, they offered me a $1,000 refund.

Everyone was great in the whole process!
From the sales to the install to the follow up!
We are very happy with our new Windows :)

Dishonest employees who are out for a quick buck. Lack of communication amongst the contractors.

installation but as of yet we have been unable to do so. When he returns our calls we will do everything in our power to please him.
Short of getting into a he-said/she-said dispute I do not agree that we lied to the customer. At WindowWorks that behavior is not tolerated.

The good: They were fast, efficient, and professional with their installation and demo. Their sales people educated me on my available options in my own home, took preliminary measurements then sent out a technician to further evaluate my door install and gave me some more information on how the door would be installed. I received status updates on my order as they were happening. The custom door that was ordered took roughly 45 minutes to install and a day or two for the seals to set. They even followed up with me after the install to make sure everything was ok. It was awesome.

The bad: My door was a custom order which made it expensive but you get what you pay for! A lifetime warranty on the door install and the materials really makes it worth it. I can also transfer the warranty to the next owners of my home.
