I am rejecting this response because: the business is clearly misrepresenting the issue at hand If I owed money all the way from April why did I pay that payment they quote from April the payment was made on 5-1-15 of 32.90 which was due nothing more was due and had demanding balance of 17.87 and had 2 months left to go because my policy would of ended on August 8th of 2015. I also am in receipt of my last payment aforementioned to the producer on 5-1-15 so if you do the math the arithmetic makes no logical sense.

I am rejecting this response because:  The response was for me to follow up with the auto-body shop.  I have supplied Alliance and Jennifer Goins, the claims agent 2 emails with the contact information.  The auto shop has made numerous attempts to contact Alliance with no response since 4/27.  The expectation is for Alliance to call Precision and get resolution.  I am paying out of pocket on the car rental since 4/27 and have yet to get response on process and reimbursement...

I am rejecting this response because: it is the insurance agency's responsibility to take the necessary measures to have their insured respond in a timely manner. An example of this would be to terminate the insurance contract until their insured complies with the accident.

The supplement does not resolve the red light dispute.

A material misrepresentation occurred when you signed your application for insurance and failed to list all residents of your household.
Our premium was predicated on many factors including your providing us with your disclosure of all residents of your household.

I have listed all residents of my household 14 years old and older and any person(s) who regularly drive listed vehicles on this policy or excluded them from coverage. I agree to notify the Company of any changes in listed operators. I understand that my failure to notify the Company of any resident(s) of my household or any person(s) who regularly operate a vehicle shall be considered to be a misrepresentation and may render my policy null and void.
 
You failed to list your father who was a resident of your home when you signed your application for insurance.
 
This is a material misrepresentation on your part.
 
No Collision Coverage can be extended for your loss.

I am rejecting this response because:Sorry, but your information is incorrect. My medical provider did receive the paperwork that was sent but DID NOT get the signed release form so they were unable to send you anything. They have documentation (which they showed me) that they called the very same day they received the paperwork Feb. 22, and left a message on Julio's voicemail and he never returned the call, which is typical since he hardly ever returns my calls either. You are correct on the dates for faxing (which did not work, as you stated) and the email that was sent, however, no action had taken place from Feb 22 (the date the medical provider left a message) until the day I made official complaints to Revdex.com and the Insurance Commissioner, which was March 15th. Almost an entire month went by without any action on your part, even after messages had been left by me and also my medical provider during that time. In fact, I finally received a call back and was updated on my claim 2 days after I filed this complaint, which is not a coincidence considering I had heard nothing from your company for almost a month. I will accept a response from you only when my claim has been settled.

Your client purchased $600.00 in Rental Reimbursement.
The Company’s records reveal we spoke to your office on 03/18/2016, 03/25/2016, 04/01/2016, 04/07/2016, 04/28/2016, 05/02/2016, 06/02/2016 & 06/14/2016.
This does not include voicemails the Company left on your phone system, emails...

exchanged or letters sent to your office.
Your offices voicemail box has been reporting as “full” during some calls to your office.
Your office represents our insured, it is your duty to maintain contact with the shop your client selected.
Unless your office authorized your clients shop to stop work for any reason we suggest you contact them directly regarding any work stoppage.
You client signed a work authorization with the shop he selected to repair your clients vehicle, he promised to pay them when he signed a work authorization.
The Company was not party to your client’s agreement with his shop.
Any delay in the repairs to his vehicle was caused by the shop he selected.
