I am rejecting this response because: I have YET still not received any communication from this business. It has been since April when my vehicle was hit by their insured and still not one person has contacted me regarding the process besides the communication through the Revdex.com. Their business practice is unsatisfactory and responses continue to say we have to wait. We are now going into 4 months of NO communication with this agency and NO word on when my vehicle will be fixed. Not one person has reached out to even contact me regarding this situation.

I am rejecting this response because: Its been 2 months and nothing has been completed.  Since day one I was told there was no money they only had $5K for both cars and I had to go and get the other car involved the phone number and I had to get the police report myself.  I have submitted the quote from the body shop the body shop has called numerous times an inspector from  your company has gone to see the car twice and nothing.  I don't even care about the body at this time which is totally unfair since I wasn't even driving the car but I am willing to settle to make the car drivable and nothing! The other car driver whose car is supposed to be totaled knew about it since February so we are not in the middle or March and nothing.  I know my case has been changed to a third claims adjuster but I don't know who nor do I have any information on when my car will be fixed! I have missed numerous doctors appointments and lost the job I had because of limited transportation.  How do you insured a guy a person who has a pending law suit from another accident? This person should have been required for full coverage.  I think the wait of this is ridiculous and now I have accrued more uber expenses.  A date on when my car would be fixed would be helpful.Regards,

 This is a process and may take several weeks to complete.

body shop and myself have made several attempts to contact anyone at your establishment. The body shop has had years of experience handling things like this, I doubt they are incompetent of contacting the appropriate person. That is a lousy excuse for poor business practices.
