As of late last week, before the Memorial Day Weekend, we received a report for the independent appraisal service that your vehicle was not at the shop of your choice, San Pedro Auto Body, for inspection.

I am rejecting this response because: It still does not justify the lack of communication. It has been since April of this incident with their insured. I have yet to still receive contact regarding my vehicle. Regardless of what their insured policy is I still have been waiting awhile for my vehicle to be repaired as well as someone to make contact. A person came to do a survey of my vehicle and I have still not received contact after that.

I am rejecting this response because:Thats fine, the daily rate plus tax. The daily rate is the cost of the car plus the $10 a day for me being under 25. Youre telling me that you would be ok with paying $10 out of your pocket for an accident that was not your fault? This is ridiculous. We will let the judge decide on this I guess.

I am rejecting this response because:I was hit by one of this companies insured. Dealing with them is a nightmare. They told me my car would be repaired but told the body shop it was a total loss. They approved a rental car but won't reimburse for it. The accident occurred on June 18 and it is now August 3. I have not even been able to get the car into a repair shop and there is no end in sight.I want to get my car into a body shop. To do that, this company needs to state that the car is repairable and not totalled. They told me that and will say that on the phone to me but that is worthless. I also want them to reimburse my receipts for a rental car. They approved a rental car but now said they will pay for a car for "7-8 days". My car is inoperable and I have rented a car since June 27. The bill for the first 3 weeks was $690.61. I sent them a copy of the bill and they ignored it.
