I am rejecting this response because:I wish to respond only to the email from Alliance United Insurance (Claim# 313595). They have determined based on lack of a witness, but only on their insured side of the story. The version of what happened is completely false and they were not there when it happened.  (Alliance United Insurance) their client has choosen to lie to save him from his insurance rates increasing or being dropped. Unfortunately this incident from 03/22/2016 happend at night when it was dark so there was no witness. I no longer wish to go back and forth on this matter. Please consider this complaint # 11811344 closed based on I was unable to come to an amicable agreement with Alliance United Insurance regarding claim# 31##95. Your reply program does not have any option for declined based on do not agree, so I am emailing my reply. Thank you.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Troy from metcadez benz of Stevens creek said it could be a possibility due to the module being cracked from impact. I asked if there are any signs I've been hit on the front of my car and they said no, none. The only impact I've been in and have mentioned from day one of the apraisir coming to look at my car, was from alliance United client. The body shop also agrees that the impact from that accident could have caused it. As mentioned, I've never been in any other accident, it's a brand new car with 8000 miles and I had mentioned it to the apprisr from day one of looking at my vehicle.

Alliance United Insurance Company is in receipt of your complaint dated 10/20/2017.  Kindly allow this to serve as the Company’s response.  Our insured’s automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when we believe our insured was legally liable for those damages.  At this point in time, we do not know that our insured was liable for your damages.  This claim is still being investigated.  The company has been in communication with you via telephone, letters and email exchange regarding the status of our investigation.

I am rejecting this response because:I never said that I want to use my uninsured motorist with my own insurance. My own insurance says Alliance is still 100% responsible for paying me, not them. Therefore they will not take care of this claim. Alliance has paid the rest of the people that their insured driver hit, except for me. Enough with the excuses, just take care of my claim!

2018. Kindly allow this letter to serve as the Company’s response.     The Company has received and your contentions received by the Revdex.com. In the complaint, you state that you were not responsible for the accident and that you did not hit the other driver but contend that the other driver hit you. We have reviewed the recorded statement that you provided to the handling adjuster on 03/02/2018.  In the statement, you advised that the claimant was initially behind you, in the same lane, traveling the same direction. You advised that you signaled to change lanes and when you merged to the left lane, as you were halfway into the lane, the vehicles made contact.  A Sheriff who was traveling behind your vehicles allegedly assisted with the information exchange forms. No official police report was written. Based on your statement, it appeared that you had potential negligence in the loss. The adjuster communicated the same to you at that time but explained that our investigation was pending additional investigation. We obtained the claimant’s statement on 03/02/2018. The claimant stated that they were fully established in the left lane and you were in the lane to the right of her and you both were traveling in the same direction. The claimant indicated that you changed from the right lane to the left lane making contact with her vehicle. No injuries were sustained and no official police report was written. We reviewed photos of both vehicles. Damages to your vehicle were to the driver side rear door and beyond. Damages to the claimant’s vehicle are to the passenger fender, mirror, and passenger door. The point of impact appears to show that the claimant’s vehicle was fully established in the left lane when the impact occurred. According to the California Vehicle Code, DIVISION 11 CHAPTER 6 [22100 - 22113].  “No person shall turn a vehicle from a direct course or move right or left upon a roadway until such movement can be made with reasonable safety and then only after the giving of an appropriate signal in the manner provided in this chapter in the event any other vehicle may be affected by the movement.”We accepted liability accordingly as your movement from the right to the left was not safe at the time that the accident occurred.  Our investigation reveals that this movement (lane change) is the proximate cause of the loss). There was no evidence that speed contributed to the loss and there were no citations issued for speed to either party. The witness (the insured driver’s mother/passenger) was upset by the decision. Both parties confirm that there were no independent witnesses to this loss. After reviewing the file, we regret that we are unable to reverse our decision at this time. It appears that based on the aforementioned items, our liability assessment is valid and justifiable based on the statements and point of impact. Our conclusions in this matter are based upon the information presently available to us. Should you know of any additional facts, documents or information that you feel we have not considered in reaching our decision, we invite you to provide these to us at your earliest convenience. Complaint: 10974083 I am rejecting this response because:  When they did speak to me, I was told the system is down and they were unable to find out any information on the status of the claim. I was told that the claim was no longer with that department my E[redacted] and that she was going to contact the person that was assigned now and have them contact me regarding this issue once the system was back online.
