Woodfin sends well-trained technicians who thoroughly check the customer's complaint by asking questions and testing various components in the systemThe technician then quickly determines what is needed to 'fix' the problemAll throughout the service call, the technician keeps the customer apprised of the situation

I have used Woodfin for all my Plumbing needs since I highly recommend them! My last service was done by Matt P., plumbing technician He was very thorough in his assessment and excellent in his service in replacing my entire shower kit

Ryan had to make a service call to me on a Sunday because upstairs HVAC was not working He was very friendly and professional He found the problem in a very short time and offered a solution to help from the problem occurring again I have been on Woodfin's maintenance program for about three years and am completely satisfied

Scotty G*** came from Woodfin this morning to replace a malfunctioning garbage disposal He called ahead to let us know when he planned to arrive, he brought the correct replacement disposal, and installed it quickly and professionally MrG*** was not only technically proficient, he was polite, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions I am very glad that we can rely on Woodfin for all of our plumbing needs

Robert Aand the other technician joining him, Lucas H., did a fine job removing the old hot water heater and installing a new one at my house Explanations and answers to my questions were helpful The men were on time, & the quality of the job seemed to me absolutely professional I rate the quality of the job as on a to scale where is the best The only shortcoming, and a minor one at that, is that the floor around the heater was reasonably cleaned up at the end but not quite as blemish-free as the floor was after the installation of my new gas water heating boiler a week or so earlier by a couple of other men from Woodfin; the floor was adequately cleaned after the water heater installation, but the men who installed the boiler left the floor impeccably clean

Scott G*** is an amazing technician He and his partner Daniel S*** diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it I have been a Woodfin customer for over years and I am so glad to see this group of competent and professional young technicians Keep paying these guys well--they are your future !!!

fan compartment doesn’t change more than a few degreesThere are many safety features and limit switches that will regulate the furnace from overheating or entering into an unsafe condition for the furnace, the homeowner and their homeThe thermostats purpose is to allow the homeowner to regulate the temperature inside the home not to establish safe operating parameters for the furnaceThermostats cannot be set to an unsafe operating temperature for the furnaceWe apologize for our technician leaving the set point of your thermostat at an uncomfortable temperature and take no pleasure in delivering the news that your furnace has reached its end of life after fifty years of serviceWe will refund the full charge of your Oil Maintenance Comfort Protection plan, but will still honor the plan for the rest of the plan year.
