Today was my first experience with Woodfin My heat pump was overdue for service and, after researching different companies, I selected Woodfin Dylan was the technician who came Between the time I called for service and the appointment date, my heat pump started having problems and was not working properly Dylan did a good job troubleshooting the problem and explaining to me what needed to be done to correct it The charge for the service was reasonable Overall, my experience with Woodfin was positive and I will use them again

We called Woodin about a leak under our kitchen sink Sure enough it was our garbage disposal unit Our service technician was Andy B.and he was fantastic He was professional, efficient, and thorough He had to leave and purchase a new disposal I cannot say enough about *** service to us He was perfect in every way I was worried we would lengthen his day by an extra trip He assured us not to worry, it was his job I cannot say enough good about the entire service from start to finish

Steve C*** from Woodfin performed a thorough plumbing inspection of my home One thing I like about Woodfin and their employees is the respectfulness they demonstrate when entering your home I have used them for years and have never had a less than superior experience Steve held up to that Woodfin standard He found a few things for me to consider, did not pressure me for a sale, left an itemized pricing report for my review He had a wonderful sense of humor and even helped me with a refrigerator filter that I could not change since I had rotator cuff surgery and can't use my dominant arm well yet Love this company
