Just had [redacted]. from Woodfin help out with an electrical issue we are having in our Century-old home. He will return Friday to finalize the estimate. This company has been our go-to for heating, AC, and plumbing many times before, and we trust them to do a good job for us. [redacted] was so very pleasant and courteous, as all their staff are. I highly recommend them.

Steve C did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and quickly fixed a few small issues that had been nagging problems. He provided excellent service and honest recommendations. He has done plumbing work for me in the past and I have always been very satisfied with his work.

[redacted] inspected our home today on our electric service contract. He was prompt in arriving and immediately set to work. As he worked through the house he gave us very useful recommendations about wiring and outlets, and answered our numerous questions. The entire experience was very positive.

Our new Carrier gas furnace shut down due to a malfunction of the drain pump.. Of course it was after hours, but Woodfin sent Robert #33 the next day to service it. Robert was prompt, polite and immediately identified the problem. He had to retrieve a new pump from the service department, and replaced the bad one. I was extremely p,eased with the process. He is a very professional and competent technician.

First time using Woodfin. Called them to do a check-up on Heat pump. Jeff came out the same day. Diagnosed a problem and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Very reasonable rates. Jeff was polite and courteous.

Matt did a great job! Let me know what he was doing, and what he was going to do next. Only took about 30 minutes! Awesome job Matt!

My experience with Woodfin is very favourable. The service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to provide answers to my inquiries He was very professional.

Called Woodfin and requested plumbing assistance. Plumber arrived about one hour later. Fixed problem promptly. Couldn't have been an easier transaction.

Work was started and completed in a timely manner. Technician explained all the features of the new system. The work was neat and area left clean.
I was disappointed when I called the office at 9 a.m. with a question.The person who answered said he would have to get someone to call me back. I waited all day and no one called. I called back about 2 and explained how disappointed I was that after spending quite a bit of money that I could not get anyone to call me back. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was in a meeting, but a message would be given to her to call me first thing the next morning.
I was called early the next morning and got the help I needed.

Chris K. was very respectful of our house. The first thing he did was put on booties so as not to track things from outside inside. He was at my house during the time frame he said he would be. When he realized that the type of boiler he was looking at was something he had not worked on before he was willing to call his coworker with knowledge about it and together they got the job done. Extremely happy with the result.

He led a team to do a complete installation of a new Carrier system and it went "Fantastic"
He was very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Steven and his team completely answered all my concerns and questions to understand the new system
Thanks to Steven and his team we are really enjoying our new system.

Chris C[redacted] was always on time, knew what he was doing, and kept me informed about the progress of the job. I'm very happy with the quality of his work and his efforts to do it in a timely manner. I would be happy to recommend him to friends.
