*** *** arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly I decided my nearly yr old water heater should be replaced and asked for suggestions We decided a gal unit would do the trick and set up an install date*** arrived at the appointed time and the new unit is working perfectly He was very helpful with other questions about plumbing and was very professional

I got home near the end of his inspection but he explained everything to me and notified me that my $diagnostic fee could be applied to the maintenance plan costI didn't know that, or really anything about Woodfin and their plans, so his assistance was greatly appreciatedI went ahead and got the maintenance plan after a detailed discussion with *** and *** (customer service / account service rep)It's a great dealI was recommended to this company by my father, mother, and brotherThey have all used Woodfin with good results

Matt came to do a yearly checkup on our furnace and air conditioner and was very professional and friendlyHe volunteered to replace the furnace filter if we had one on handHe also gave us tips on how often to change it He went over some things he did with the air conditioner so I would know what was going onI was very pleased with the service

Thank You Woodfin for coming out on a cold Sunday morning, after huge snowfall, to fix and ailing furnace and cold cold house Great technicians, courteous and timely!

Keith was very personable and hard working He explained everything about the plumbingHe was not pushy but offered advise

The system referred to by the customer was installed by *** *** * *** not Woodfin Woodfin did acquire *** in July of 2015, but this installation took place a few years prior We contacted the customer and offered to send a supervisor out to assess what repairs may be
needed, the customer thanked us for our offer but declined as they were having another contractor work on the equipment

We recently called Woodfin when we were having trouble with fizzy water and air in our water linesThe service technician was scheduled promptly and arrived as promised NickD was knowledgeable, professional and helpful He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed options, and ultimately replaced the well expansion tank and pump switch He identified another small leak under the house and repaired it as well Nick also took time to explain all of the services Woodfin offered and to discuss how their service plans could save us money in the long run We ended up buying the Whole Home plan and were contacted the next day to schedule related inspectionsAll around we were very satisfied with the service
