On September 8, Patrick, a service tech, from Woodfin, came to my home for my annual generator maintenance check He explained the process of the maintenance check and alerted me that he would have to temporarily cut off the power to see if the generator would start up as required He than gave me a detailed checklist of the tasks that were performed after the work was donePatrick was friendly and professional and willing to answer an questions or concerns
