paid $for months of trash pickupPay for months and get month free was what I was told and agreed toIt was to start for the month of April and not be charged until the end of May Paid for this with a debit card from [redacted] bank

For the past years, we have been customers of Feher Rubbish RemovalThey are supposed to pick up garbage in [redacted] , NY, every Wednesday morningDespite calls to their headquarters in [redacted] and conversations with Regional Manager "Dale" in [redacted] and MrFeher himself, with the exception of about months out of years, trash is NEVER picked up on time and often goes days sitting in front of the houseCase in point, our garbage and recycleables have been sitting in front of our house this week, since Tuesday, 2/It is Now 2/Each time this happens, we are promised a week's credit to our bill, which NEVER happens

I am not the only resident on my street that uses Feher Rubbish Removal Yet I seem to be the only resident that does not get any service My trash container is placed at the curb every Sunday evening Feher picks up all the customer on my street except for mine and I want to know why I am being denied service They pick up the trash at the house directly across the street from where I put my trash They are within feet of getting my garbage I have been a customer in good standing for a very long time and get crap for service!

We moved a few weeks agoI called Feher and set up garbage pick up because We have used them for years at my inlawsThey dropped the toter off and told me pick up was Tuesday so set out the garbage for Monday night Monday, December 26th we put the garbage outITS STILL out there!!! My husband and I have both called corporate and local offices DAILY to which we get responses like; "well, my guys are still out there til 5pm" "We are a day behind because of the holiday" "Well, maybe you took it off curbside and my guys didn't see it" (which any NEW NEIGHBORS can attest is NOT true) "I'm sending my guys up today" I am so embarrassed to have this outside my house now for over a weekAnd it's snowed in so it's not like I can just go drag it out a foot of snow I called and cancelled the service yesterday and of course heard everyone of the excuses I wrote aboveHe PROMISED me (for the fifth time) it would get picked yesterday I posted on thier **

I attempted to order a dumpster in the beginning of June through the [redacted]  office, and was told that my location was to deal with the [redacted]  officeI ordered it through the [redacted]  officeThey were unable to give an exact drop off date for their productI did receive the dumpster and had it for approximately three weeksI contacted them to pick up the dumpster (6/23) and ordered another dumpster for a different locationFour business days later (6/28), I called them back I was told that it was the [redacted]  office that I needed to be speaking with, not the [redacted]  officeI was told that they would be delivering the second dumpster when they picked up the one at my location, but I could not have a date or a timeI had to demand that they do it that day because the dumpster was blocking a turn-around in my drivewayThe did not pick it up that day until after 5:pm and the second dumpster at the different location was never deliveredI never receive

Feher has been our garbage service They require payment for months in advance We paid our month bill for April, May, & June in March when we received the bill Our garbage was not picked up the week of 4/15, despite a phone call to let them know we had been missed The following week, the garbage was still left until we made another call telling them they had missed us They did send a truck late that week The week of 4/30/we did not get garbage pickup, in spite of numerous calls and assurances they would send a truck, and as of today, 5/7/our garbage is still at the curb Many attempts to reach them by phone were not successful On occasions, we were treated rudely on the phone, and they cancelled our account We have requested a refund of our prepaid service for 1/months, the length of service we did not receive

I paid Feher Rubbish through the end of June and they are no longer in business so they owe me about $50.00 refund. Also they have not picked up their big garbage containers.

Purchased a house in [redacted] NY in mid NovemberWe contacted feher rubbish garbage in Geneva NY to collect our garbageWe purchased their service and we live around miles max away from their home locationBoth myself and my fiance have contacted this company due to failure to collect the garbageEvery week they do not collect the garbage every week we have to call them numerous times for more than a single day to get out and collect the garbageWe get told they will be out in a few to pick it up and they do not come numerous calls and numerous days later when threatened to try and collect a refund of money they finally make it outThis has been an ongoing problem for months now

I started service in July of for the last months the trash has been picked when it was supposed to timesI have had to constantly call to have them pick up our trash because they always miss usEvery time so far I have spoken to a member of management they have offered to continue to pick up our trash without charging us and that has been a lie because we continue to receive a bill and continue to have to call because they miss our trash every weekIf you pay someone you expect them to do there job and I figured since I paid the first three months and they still can’t do there job well you get it I’m sureI have gave them the extra chances because we want our trash picked up and I have asked to cancel service times and they always say give us another chance to redeem ourselves and w” we will get it taken care of this time” but they never doTo boot I called today because of course they missed the trash and Ethel at the Syracuse office was very rude Go figure be rude t

I have paid a month bill for garbage removal .....looking for a refund as this codoes NOT pick up on the agreed Wednesday date...no one answers when I call...my garbage has been out for days...it's ridiculous!!

I prepaid for four months of service and did not receive that before they closedI would like my money back for the services I didn’t receive

I payed Feher Rubbish from 4/1/18-6/30/18, that is pick ups each FridayThey only did 5, they went out of business on 5/11/18, which is a Friday and they did not pick up the trashThey owe me pick ups still, at $a pick up which equals $My total bill was $for months of service

The residential trash service provided at my residence by Feher Rubbish Removal was canceled by me on February 9, The service had been prepaid through March 31, I requested a refund from "Ethel, office manager" during the same phone call to cancel service I was told a refund would be sent within a week When I did not receive a refund I placed several more phone calls, talked to representatives of the company, left messages (which calls were not returned) and was even told two more times that a refund would be issued Three months have passed and the company has not refunded my overpayment I want a refund of the overpayment and the company has been completely unresponsive

I have been a Feher Customer for over yearsThe last years their service has deteriorated to the point that on 9/20/I cancelled themFor the last weeks I have been waiting for them to remove their containers from my front lawnEvery time I call them they say that they pick these items on Saturday but Saturday never comesI call them to times a week with no resultsThis is typical of their serviceIn my opinion they are the worst trash service in the area!!!

Feher Rubbish Removal State Fair Blvd Syracuse NY Phone ###-###-#### has closed its business without notifying customers I have prepaid them through the end of June They neglected to pick up our residential trash even before they closed We are owed all of May and all of June refund We paid quarterly statements the last one covered April/May/June
