This garbage company is garbage! I have repeatedly called about them not picking up our trash I always get the “yes, we will have someone out to pick it up” Not trueThey just don’t care We will be switching to another trash pick up service We were away several weeks and called to hold services while we were away x weeks Sorry we did that, they have not been regular since that time I called and spoke to someone in Syracuse, but that has turned out to be useless also My husband goes out on Friday and takes the trash and recycling out, but they never come He goes back out late in the evening and puts the recycle back inside When they come, they always put the recycle in with the trash Why bother sorting out recycling? We are finished with these folks

Feher charges for recycling, but frequently throws all materials into the garbage truck; when challenged on this, they always have some excuse to make it ok When we decided to switch service providers, we asked for a refund for the month we would not be using them [ we have to pay months in advance], we were told they don't do refunds...you quit, you lose

As a small business owner I made the mistake of contracting with Feher for our trash removal About months after we started service we needed to increase the size of our container Unbeknownst to use they took this opportunity to extend our contract , without agreement, notice or anything else We signed a document acknowledging the change in container size and change in price, NOT to extend our contract We had many difficulties with Feher over the next year or two and eventually started looking for a new service provider We found one we wished to contract with but they informed us that if we had a contract with Feher it was most likely a year contract, the longest in the industry We checked and sure enough we did So we are locked in to a contract but that doesn't lock in our rate since that went up several times Service was sketchy, especially the recycling, that we were paying extra for I wasn't uncommon for it to sit outside for days I have lost count of the number of times we were forced to pick the garbage up from the whole parking lot As a small and new business money is always tightWe often had trouble paying the bill but it got paid We use another company for our second location since their rate is so much lower Now we have come to what we thought was the end of our contract and notify them that we do not wish to renew Five months later they tell us (after a few phone calls and a letter) that our contract was extended They have ignored our phone calls, promised return calls and answers to our questions, none have ever come This company is a bully and not one I would recommend doing business with Their work ethic is questionable at best

We canceled service with Feher Rubbish Removal, Incbecause they were not fulfilling the services that they stated they would We are a construction business that requires regular removal of debris in order to operate effectively When they do not perform their service it hinders us from performing ours while creating a sanitary hazard On the first occasion that our trash had not been emptied we addressed this issue via phone conversation with the office staff who stated it was not picked up “due to equipment obstructing the dumpster” At that point it was mutually agreed upon that the office staff would notify their drivers that if there was anything obstructing the dumpster they were to contact one of our employees who are always on the premises to remove the obstruction Since that phone conversation there were several other occurrences of them not performing their services because they never asked our employees to remove the obstruction as previously agreed upon

Called Feher Rubbish on following dates 10-11-April, May, and several other calls - never returnedOn March a check for $was sent to Feher Rubbish for the next quarter of garbage pick up, starting AprilThey cashed that check MarchI started the garbage pick up with a new company before April 1st& did notify Feher to drop my service on March & send $refundSo far I have rec'd check for $and check for $total of $They have held $for monthsNo service for the last quarter was ever performedIt appears that sales tax was charged on the $amtPlease contact them with this complaintMy other calls to them go un-returned

Company went out of business and I want a refund of fees I already paid

On going problem of not picking up rubbish..Monday is pickup day...Today is Thursday, no pick up...A couple of weeks ago they completely skipped a whole week despite attempts to contact them...They don't answer the phone, I along with my neighbors have left numerous messages on their voicemail and they do not call back even though the message says they will return the call....They were just on the local news on tv this week not picking up garbage in towns like Lyons, Clyde and others....I left a message and said they should communicate to their customers if they are going out of business...We are very frustrated...We pay months in advance for their service and it has been abysmal at best....Please help us!!!

We are a Residental Customer of Feher Rubbish Removal Inc We understand that Feher has gone out of business and we have paid a year in advance We are PAID IN FULL through 12/31/ and we would like the full refund back for services not renderedOur Last Trash and Recycling PickUp was on Wednesday May 9, We have e-mailed Feher with this request

I have used Feher Rubbish Removal for yearsI pay a year in advance, which renewed on January 17, I paid $on 1/17/and now that they have closed their doors I will have to find another companyWill customers be reimbursed or are we out our money? I am not the only resident on my street that uses Feher Rubbish Removal Yet I seem to be the only resident that does not get any service
My trash container is placed at the curb every Sunday evening Feher picks up all the customer on my street except for mine and I want to know why I am being denied service They pick up the trash at the house directly across the street from where I put my trash They are within feet of getting my garbage
I have been a customer in good standing for a very long time and get crap for service!
