For the past years, we have been customers of Feher Rubbish RemovalThey are supposed to pick up garbage in ***, NY, every Wednesday morningDespite calls to their headquarters in *** and conversations with Regional Manager "Dale" in *** and MrFeher himself, with the exception of about months out of years, trash is NEVER picked up on time and often goes days sitting in front of the houseCase in point, our garbage and recycleables have been sitting in front of our house this week, since Tuesday, 2/It is Now 2/Each time this happens, we are promised a week's credit to our bill, which NEVER happens
My garbage day is fridays For more than a month I have not had my garbage picked up routinely Currently I have weeks of garbage in my driveway I've left approximately voicemails, (including one to the owner) spoke with a gentleman twice, emailed times and *** messaged them I've left my contact information each time for them to call me back All of my calls go unanswered My garbage is now full of maggots Thy are refusing to provide the services that I've paid them to provide!

I have repeatedly called about them not picking up our trash I always get the “yes, we will have someone out to pick it up” Not trueThey just don’t care We will be switching to another trash pick up service We were away several weeks and called to hold services while we were away x weeks Sorry we did that, they have not been regular since that time I called and spoke to someone in Syracuse, but that has turned out to be useless also My husband goes out on Friday and takes the trash and recycling out, but they never come He goes back out late in the evening and puts the recycle back inside When they come, they always put the recycle in with the trash Why bother sorting out recycling? We are finished with these folks
Feher has been our garbage service They require payment for months in advance We paid our month bill for April, May, & June in March when we received the bill Our garbage was not picked up the week of 4/15, despite a phone call to let them know we had been missed The following week, the garbage was still left until we made another call telling them they had missed us They did send a truck late that week The week of 4/30/we did not get garbage pickup, in spite of numerous calls and assurances they would send a truck, and as of today, 5/7/our garbage is still at the curb Many attempts to reach them by phone were not successful On occasions, we were treated rudely on the phone, and they cancelled our account We have requested a refund of our prepaid service for 1/months, the length of service we did not receive
They went out of business abruptly 5/11/I tried calling them at their corporate office no (###) ###-####I was on hold about minutes before I decided it was futile to hold any longerI had prepaid for the period 4/01/- 6/30/on a credit cardThat is weeks they stopped service after weeksThey owe me for weeksThe charges on my last bill were as follows: Gen Seasonal Trash Removal (R) 4/01/- 6/30/$90.00 Fuel Surcharge Surcharge $12.61 Tax $8.21 Total $
We canceled service with Feher Rubbish Removal, Incbecause they were not fulfilling the services that they stated they would We are a construction business that requires regular removal of debris in order to operate effectively When they do not perform their service it hinders us from performing ours while creating a sanitary hazard On the first occasion that our trash had not been emptied we addressed this issue via phone conversation with the office staff who stated it was not picked up “due to equipment obstructing the dumpster” At that point it was mutually agreed upon that the office staff would notify their drivers that if there was anything obstructing the dumpster they were to contact one of our employees who are always on the premises to remove the obstruction Since that phone conversation there were several other occurrences of them not performing their services because they never asked our employees to remove the obstruction as previously agreed upon

This is the absolute worst trash removal group I have ever had to deal with They CONSTANTLY don't pick up my garbage despite picking up all other people's garbage on my street This company is under contract with the village I live in and they have had issues from my understanding from other residents in the village also This company''s trucks constantly break down causing either no pick up or delayed pick up nearly weekly I can not speak for what is going on with them and the village but I myself sent a registered letter to the owner and no surprise, he never responded I would lose my job if I was due to work 1x a week and week after week I didn't show up or were late all the time I would definitely say DO NOT hire this business I pay for this service to the village and have no choice on who is the provider so they need to do their JOB and pick up garbage at EVERY house in the village EVERY week I should not have to pay for an unprovided service and they should have to

We have had Feher Rubbish Removal for our garbage since and have seen a decline in our customer satisfaction Lately our garbage, recycling or both have not been picked up on designated day When we call to get issue resolved we are told it will be picked up later in the day or the following day and it never seems to happen We can never get a definitive answer or sometimes are told that they are having truck issues or have new staff that are just learning the route They are constantly negligent in completing the services that they are being paid for It is now day that my recycling has been sitting by the curb and no answer as to when it will be picked up Maybe this week they will pick it up and will have weeks worth, they can take all the bins with them when they come to collect as I am taking my business elsewhere
