This company forces you to pay for three months in advance of garbage roadside pickupThey refuse to pick up your garbage or give you a refundThey will not answer their phone or return messagesIn the meantime everyones garbage just piles up at the side of the roadThe customer literally has no recourse to get a refund or actually get their garbage picked upHalf of my town does not have their garbage picked up on a regular basisThey have not picked up my garbage three times in the last weeks and refuse to do soThere is literally nothing we can do other than continue to pile up garbage at the side of the road which is obviously a public health issueThere are literally hundreds of other customers in this area having the same issue with this company

I have paid a month bill for garbage removal .....looking for a refund as this codoes NOT pick up on the agreed Wednesday date...no one answers when I call...my garbage has been out for days...it's ridiculous!!

In January the arm of the Feher garbage truck servicing my home knocked down and damaged my mailbox I contacted the customer service department at Feher and they installed a temporary mailbox The temporary mailbox was installed too high making it difficult for the postal delivery driver to deliver the mail In addition, the mailbox installed was a used product Feher stated that my original mailbox would be repaired and re-installed within a couple of weeks On February 21, I called to check on the status of the mailbox repair and was told that it would be completed within one business day The repair and re-installation was not done I called on February 23, to check the status of the repair and was told that it would be completed by March 2, I did not receive my mailbox on March As of today, March 5, I spoke with Feher and told them that I would purchase and replace my own mailbox and cancelled my garbage removal service I also asked that the

feher decided to shut down business leaving customers with garbage at their curbside

We have had Feher Rubbish Removal for our garbage since and have seen a decline in our customer satisfaction Lately our garbage, recycling or both have not been picked up on designated day When we call to get issue resolved we are told it will be picked up later in the day or the following day and it never seems to happen We can never get a definitive answer or sometimes are told that they are having truck issues or have new staff that are just learning the route They are constantly negligent in completing the services that they are being paid for It is now day that my recycling has been sitting by the curb and no answer as to when it will be picked up Maybe this week they will pick it up and will have weeks worth, they can take all the bins with them when they come to collect as I am taking my business elsewhere

4th time this has happened this year Either my trash or recycling is not picked up Each time I am told that they do not know why but someone is in the area and will be by to pick it up Nobody ever shows up Each time I have to call or times before it is picked up Sometimes it is not picked up until the following week
This week the trash was not picked up again yet other customers on the same street were picked up on Monday Tuesday I called and was given the same lip service Wednesday I called and again got the same response "We have someone in the area today and will have them stop"Today is Thursday and the trash is still there
I put my trash and recycling on Sunday evening so I know it is there when the truck goes through Yet you will pick up the persons trash directly across the street and not mine

Feher Rubbish abruptly closed and left us without a trash pick up service in the town of Onondaga We have to privately contact for trash removal in our town

I am in the process of purchasing my childhood home and needed a large tote for the trashI had one scheduled to be delivered on a SaturdaySo, that Saturday I began to clear things out of the house and as the day progressed the tote never cameI called the Geneva office and spoke with Kirstynn, who explained that the truck delivering the tote had broken down and that it would not be able to be delivered that dayShe explained further that she had my name on “a list” of people to callIt was well into the afternoon by this point, and I had the things from the inside of the house on the yard, prepped to be placed into the toteThis was a major inconvenience and lack of communication on your company’s partI rescheduled the tote to be delivered on a different Saturday, only to find upon my arrival… no toteSo, I called the Geneva office AGAINThis time Kirstynn informed me that the tote wasn’t going to be delivered until the low hanging branches over the driveway were cutThis is now the second time that I had to call to find out why there was no tote upon my arrival to the houseI had the branches removed, and I called the Geneva office and spoke to a gentleman who answered the phone telling him my informationHe told me that Kirstynn was on the other line and that he would relay the message to herI setup the tote to be delivered Saturday, July 29thWhen I arrived to the house that Saturday morning… NO TOTE! At this point you can imagine my angerSo, I called the Geneva office for a third time and spoke to KirstynnShe informed me that she wasn’t given the message and that there was no one to deliver the tote to me and that I would have to reschedule… AGAIN! When I explained that she really should try to get someone to bring me a tote and that I had called and given the message to a guy who answered she said that she doesn’t work hours a day and that she wasn’t given the messageShe suggested that I get my money back and go somewhere else to get a tote, to which I gladly agreed

Feher has repeatedly missed picking up trash over the last two years When called in the past they have told me they would arrive the next day but then didn't On two occasions I have had to clean up trash that was wind blown because they failed to show On May 7th, they failed to show again I phoned and got a message saying they were experiencing an overload of calls and I could wait or press to leave a message and have someone call back I left a message - no one called back The next day the trash was still there, I called again and got the same 'overload of calls message' and left a message that I wanted them to pick it up and then call me back about cancelling service as I was fed up having to deal with themNo one picked up the trash or called back The following day (Wed, 5/9), I called and decided to wait out the 'overload of calls message.' I had called about 3:and stayed on the line waiting for someone to pick up until 5pm when I know they closed No one ever

I attempted to order a dumpster in the beginning of June through the *** office, and was told that my location was to deal with the *** officeI ordered it through the *** officeThey were unable to give an exact drop off date for their productI did receive the dumpster and had it for approximately three weeksI contacted them to pick up the dumpster (6/23) and ordered another dumpster for a different locationFour business days later (6/28), I called them back I was told that it was the *** office that I needed to be speaking with, not the *** officeI was told that they would be delivering the second dumpster when they picked up the one at my location, but I could not have a date or a timeI had to demand that they do it that day because the dumpster was blocking a turn-around in my drivewayThe did not pick it up that day until after 5:pm and the second dumpster at the different location was never deliveredI never receive

I MULTIPLE TIMES HAVE HAD MY GARBAGE OUT TO ROADSIDE FOR PICK UP AND OVER 5X IN PAST YEAR, I NEEDED TO CALL THEM DAYS LATER AS IT WAS NEVER PICKED UPMANAGER AT TIMES OF CALLS WAS VERY NASTY TO ME REGARDING MY COMPLAINTNOW I AM LEARNING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE NO GARBAGE SERVICE AND PRE PAID THEM ON 04/11/FOR A TOTAL OF $ IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN GET MY MONEY REFUNDED

Feher rubbish failed to pick up on time from july till current We were supposed to be picked up on Wedwhen I called to report a missed pickup I was told it would be taken cared off, I was offered equipment problems or it was a new driver onthe route However when I called the next day I was told they would contact the missed pickup driver and it would be picked up by close of business, the following day the trash was still there.this story has been repeated every week since

I paid Feher Rubbish through the end of June and they are no longer in business so they owe me about $refund Also they have not picked up their big garbage containers

WE have had quarterly contract with Feher Rubbish to pick up our trash and grbage from our residence for and 1/years Recentely we paid our bill for April 1, through June 30, for $ As of yesterday, May 15, we understand the Feher is no longer in business They do not answer their phones and they have had no contact with us

They were not picking up trash some weeks .I called and they said that truck broke down I prepaid for mos and now they have clsd
