Feher has been our garbage service They require payment for months in advance We paid our month bill for April, May, & June in March when we received the bill Our garbage was not picked up the week of 4/15, despite a phone call to let them know we had been missed The following week, the garbage was still left until we made another call telling them they had missed us They did send a truck late that week The week of 4/30/we did not get garbage pickup, in spite of numerous calls and assurances they would send a truck, and as of today, 5/7/our garbage is still at the curb Many attempts to reach them by phone were not successful On occasions, we were treated rudely on the phone, and they cancelled our account We have requested a refund of our prepaid service for 1/months, the length of service we did not receive

Annual payment for one year of weekly residential trash removal ($278.64) was made to Feher Rubbish Removal January 24, for service beginning February through January Service was ended when company closed and declared bankruptcyAnother company stepped in and picked up trash for part of May and the month of JuneWe are filing complaint that fees were paid in advance for months, July through January 2019, for service that was not performed

This company closed without giving any notification to its customersThey left our trash and trash cans without any noticeIf they had to go out of business they should have given proper notification to their customers and also cleaned up the remaining mess, or sent their customers to other garabage removal companiesThat way loose ends would have been tied up!

Called Feher Rubbish on following dates 10-11-April, May, and several other calls - never returnedOn March a check for $was sent to Feher Rubbish for the next quarter of garbage pick up, starting AprilThey cashed that check MarchI started the garbage pick up with a new company before April 1st& did notify Feher to drop my service on March & send $refundSo far I have rec'd check for $and check for $total of $They have held $for monthsNo service for the last quarter was ever performedIt appears that sales tax was charged on the $amtPlease contact them with this complaintMy other calls to them go un-returned

I have called multiple times, both the utica, NY and Syracuse, NY offices, to notify them that I do NOT receive the services they are charging me for (i.emy trash is NOT getting picked up)The whole month of April they told me that I needed to bear with them because they have all new employees who are just learning the routeAfter calling every week in April, I contacted a friend to ask him if I could drop my trash at his dumpster because it was backed up in my yard (two car loads to be exact)Then it got missed again the first tuesday in MayI called and wasn't less patientThey picked it up two days laterNow, at the end of May, I have yet to be picked up again, leaving me to drive my garbage to a friends dumpster! I called and spoke to syracuse office who in more or less words said I was lying and then said I was missing the pick up time for the trashHowever since that call even though I know that wasn't true I have been putting trash out the night before and it still hasn

I paid for services and the company clised with no notice this weekMy services are paid for months at a timeI am due a refund for the services not rendered

The company has failed for three consecutive weeks to pick up our garbageWe have called them directly several times in an attempt to resolve the issue with no resultsThey did tell us that they would send a truck to collect our garbage right away, yet the garbage remains to be collected after several weeksThey also offered to credit our account for two weeks of service but that still does not resolve the issue that they are not providing a service that I am paying for

Paid $for them to drop off a roll cart to collect my garbage and paid and was told to call them when I was ready for them to come and pick it up to dispose it and when I called no answer so I looked them up online to see if there was another number to call and it said the company was no longer in business so now I’m out $500, have a huge too off cart in my yard filled with trash and no one to come and get itWhen I call around, other companies want $to come and get it and I paid $already to Feher brothers for a service and they took my money and I can’t afford another $I feel like I was robbed

I started service in July of for the last months the trash has been picked when it was supposed to timesI have had to constantly call to have them pick up our trash because they always miss usEvery time so far I have spoken to a member of management they have offered to continue to pick up our trash without charging us and that has been a lie because we continue to receive a bill and continue to have to call because they miss our trash every weekIf you pay someone you expect them to do there job and I figured since I paid the first three months and they still can’t do there job well you get it I’m sureI have gave them the extra chances because we want our trash picked up and I have asked to cancel service times and they always say give us another chance to redeem ourselves and w” we will get it taken care of this time” but they never doTo boot I called today because of course they missed the trash and Ethel at the Syracuse office was very rude Go figure be rude t

Feher Rubbish Removal has failed to pick up my rubbish and recyclables two of the last several weeks (April and May 7) In addition Feher has consistently failed to pick up my rubbish and recyclables on its scheduled day I prepaid for these services dating back to January, through June 30,

I've been a Feher customer for about years In December, months ago, my recycle bin disappeared I honestly think the driver threw it away One of the drivers had previously told me to put it in the trash can (on top) if it was really windy out I've called for a new bin twice to the Syracuse office, the second time being told I had to call the Geneva office I've called the Geneva office twice I've also emailed via their website months later I still have no bin I've used my own bins, clearly marked "SAVE" and they have been discarded Otherwise, they fail to pick up the trash about once every 3-months (not too often)

As a small business owner I made the mistake of contracting with Feher for our trash removal About months after we started service we needed to increase the size of our container Unbeknownst to use they took this opportunity to extend our contract , without agreement, notice or anything else We signed a document acknowledging the change in container size and change in price, NOT to extend our contract We had many difficulties with Feher over the next year or two and eventually started looking for a new service provider We found one we wished to contract with but they informed us that if we had a contract with Feher it was most likely a year contract, the longest in the industry We checked and sure enough we did So we are locked in to a contract but that doesn't lock in our rate since that went up several times Service was sketchy, especially the recycling, that we were paying extra for I wasn't uncommon for it to sit outside for days I have lost count of the number of times we were forced to pick the garbage up from the whole parking lot As a small and new business money is always tightWe often had trouble paying the bill but it got paid We use another company for our second location since their rate is so much lower Now we have come to what we thought was the end of our contract and notify them that we do not wish to renew Five months later they tell us (after a few phone calls and a letter) that our contract was extended They have ignored our phone calls, promised return calls and answers to our questions, none have ever come This company is a bully and not one I would recommend doing business with Their work ethic is questionable at best

I have used Feher Rubbish Removal for yearsI pay a year in advance, which renewed on January 17, I paid $on 1/17/and now that they have closed their doors I will have to find another companyWill customers be reimbursed or are we out our money? Not sure where to begin and who to contactI have my receipts showing my payment
