Feher Rubish no longer picks up the trash that I have contracted with them for Feher closed it's doors and does not look likely to deliver the service it still owes me I have paid for three months and they only have supplied work for one month

This company closed without giving any notification to its customersThey left our trash and trash cans without any noticeIf they had to go out of business they should have given proper notification to their customers and also cleaned up the remaining mess, or sent their customers to other garabage removal companiesThat way loose ends would have been tied up!

Payment made for a service not rendered

We moved a few weeks agoI called Feher and set up garbage pick up because We have used them for years at my inlawsThey dropped the toter off and told me pick up was Tuesday so set out the garbage for Monday night
Monday, December 26th we put the garbage outITS STILL out there!!! My husband and I have both called corporate and local offices DAILY to which we get responses like;
"well, my guys are still out there til 5pm"
"We are a day behind because of the holiday"
"Well, maybe you took it off curbside and my guys didn't see it" (which any NEW NEIGHBORS can attest is NOT true)
"I'm sending my guys up today"
I am so embarrassed to have this outside my house now for over a weekAnd it's snowed in so it's not like I can just go drag it out a foot of snow
I called and cancelled the service yesterday and of course heard everyone of the excuses I wrote aboveHe PROMISED me (for the fifth time) it would get picked yesterday

Feher Rubbish Removal went out of business suddenlyI had automatic bill pay set up through the company allowing them to debit my account in advance for the month charge for trash and recycling services at my home in ***, NYOn 4/25/18, my account was debited $(Check Number ***) for services to be rendered through 7/25/These services will no longer be provided given that Feher Rubbish Removal has gone out of business, yet I have paid in advance for them

paid $for months of trash pickupPay for months and get month free was what I was told and agreed toIt was to start for the month of April and not be charged until the end of May Paid for this with a debit card from *** bank

Paid $for them to drop off a roll cart to collect my garbage and paid and was told to call them when I was ready for them to come and pick it up to dispose it and when I called no answer so I looked them up online to see if there was another number to call and it said the company was no longer in business so now I’m out $500, have a huge too off cart in my yard filled with trash and no one to come and get itWhen I call around, other companies want $to come and get it and I paid $already to Feher brothers for a service and they took my money and I can’t afford another $I feel like I was robbed

This is the absolute worst trash removal group I have ever had to deal with They CONSTANTLY don't pick up my garbage despite picking up all other people's garbage on my street This company is under contract with the village I live in and they have had issues from my understanding from other residents in the village also This company''s trucks constantly break down causing either no pick up or delayed pick up nearly weekly I can not speak for what is going on with them and the village but I myself sent a registered letter to the owner and no surprise, he never responded I would lose my job if I was due to work 1x a week and week after week I didn't show up or were late all the time I would definitely say DO NOT hire this business I pay for this service to the village and have no choice on who is the provider so they need to do their JOB and pick up garbage at EVERY house in the village EVERY week I should not have to pay for an unprovided service and they should have to

Once again Feher Rubbish Removal has not picked up today I have only had service with them for a short time It is after 6:00pm as I write I will have to go outside again and pick up the garbage as high winds today keep knocking over the bin spilling out the bags of garbage I did call them earlier today at 3:49pm and left a message; they did not call back During a previous time when they did not pick up my garbage they said to leave it by the road and they would get right to it Did not happen as the garbage sat there overflowing with bags of garbage on the side as it took another week for them to get it!

I paid Feher Rubbish through the end of June and they are no longer in business so they owe me about $refund Also they have not picked up their big garbage containers

I am in the process of purchasing my childhood home and needed a large tote for the trashI had one scheduled to be delivered on a SaturdaySo, that Saturday I began to clear things out of the house and as the day progressed the tote never cameI called the Geneva office and spoke with Kirstynn, who explained that the truck delivering the tote had broken down and that it would not be able to be delivered that dayShe explained further that she had my name on “a list” of people to callIt was well into the afternoon by this point, and I had the things from the inside of the house on the yard, prepped to be placed into the toteThis was a major inconvenience and lack of communication on your company’s partI rescheduled the tote to be delivered on a different Saturday, only to find upon my arrival… no toteSo, I called the Geneva office AGAINThis time Kirstynn informed me that the tote wasn’t going to be delivered until the low hanging branches over the driveway were cutThis is now the second time that I had to call to find out why there was no tote upon my arrival to the houseI had the branches removed, and I called the Geneva office and spoke to a gentleman who answered the phone telling him my informationHe told me that Kirstynn was on the other line and that he would relay the message to herI setup the tote to be delivered Saturday, July 29thWhen I arrived to the house that Saturday morning… NO TOTE! At this point you can imagine my angerSo, I called the Geneva office for a third time and spoke to KirstynnShe informed me that she wasn’t given the message and that there was no one to deliver the tote to me and that I would have to reschedule… AGAIN! When I explained that she really should try to get someone to bring me a tote and that I had called and given the message to a guy who answered she said that she doesn’t work hours a day and that she wasn’t given the messageShe suggested that I get my money back and go somewhere else to get a tote, to which I gladly agreed

I paid for a yearly picontract in September There has been a missed pickup about once every 2-months (twice in as of today) I read today in the newspaper that they closed business suddenly today
