I have been attempting to resolve an outstanding account balance stemming from service issues dating back to and forwardI have numerous emails and have had numerous phone conversations with billing and collections individuals over these past few years attempting to resolve the issueI even mailed a check back on 04/15/indicating in the memo line that the balance from our previous contract was now "paid in full" - this based upon my understanding with a representative of Feher on the phoneEven so, and in spite of all assurances, I have continued to receive bills for this dispute*** *** Home Park was sold in July of this yearI am no longer the owner, but I am an officer of *** *** Home Park, Inc., which still existsI have continued to receive bills for August and September with current charges, past due amount owed as well as now "month liquidation fee" of $5,I have requested information from Feher's Syracuse office for thei

4th time this has happened this year Either my trash or recycling is not picked up Each time I am told that they do not know why but someone is in the area and will be by to pick it up Nobody ever shows up Each time I have to call or times before it is picked up Sometimes it is not picked up until the following week
This week the trash was not picked up again yet other customers on the same street were picked up on Monday Tuesday I called and was given the same lip service Wednesday I called and again got the same response "We have someone in the area today and will have them stop"Today is Thursday and the trash is still there
I put my trash and recycling on Sunday evening so I know it is there when the truck goes through Yet you will pick up the persons trash directly across the street and not mine

We signed up with Feher Rubbish in In April they did not show up one week to empty our dumpster Our bills have always been paid on time and current(The scheduled day was Tuesday's.)Then they showed up the week after on a Friday We cancelled our service with them soon after by email as we were instructed to do Then after multiple calls and emails that were unreturned finally was told that we signed a contract and have to pay months of fees I have reviewed the contract that we received and no where on it states that I was told it was on the back The contract we were emailed does not have a backside so we were deceived by them I have tried to work this out with them to no email I asked them to send me a copy of the contract they have in file and they have not complied They have not returned emails or phone calls I have documented all names of persons I have talked to They also picked up the dumpster on May 16th at 4:56am, which is documented

Feher charges for recycling, but frequently throws all materials into the garbage truck; when challenged on this, they always have some excuse to make it ok When we decided to switch service providers, we asked for a refund for the month we would not be using them [ we have to pay months in advance], we were told they don't do refunds...you quit, you lose

We will be switching back to our previous collection at the end of this monthWhile garbage pick up is fairly consistent, recycling is notOnly 3-times in a year has recycling been picked up in a separate truckUsually they toss it all in the truck with the trashAfter calling the office I was told that they seperate the recycling from the trash? For the rest of the month I'll keep recycling until service starts with the other company, when I can be sure that it's being recycled!

Feher Rubish no longer picks up the trash that I have contracted with them for Feher closed it's doors and does not look likely to deliver the service it still owes me I have paid for three months and they only have supplied work for one month

The residential trash service provided at my residence by Feher Rubbish Removal was canceled by me on February 9, The service had been prepaid through March 31, I requested a refund from "Ethel, office manager" during the same phone call to cancel service I was told a refund would be sent within a week When I did not receive a refund I placed several more phone calls, talked to representatives of the company, left messages (which calls were not returned) and was even told two more times that a refund would be issued Three months have passed and the company has not refunded my overpayment I want a refund of the overpayment and the company has been completely unresponsive

Feher rubbish failed to pick up on time from july till current We were supposed to be picked up on Wedwhen I called to report a missed pickup I was told it would be taken cared off, I was offered equipment problems or it was a new driver onthe route However when I called the next day I was told they would contact the missed pickup driver and it would be picked up by close of business, the following day the trash was still there.this story has been repeated every week since

Feher Rubbish abruptly closed and left us without a trash pick up service in the town of Onondaga We have to privately contact for trash removal in our town

I paid for months in advance and then they closed their business

I have been a Feher customer since 2011, over the past year I have had several missed pickups while other customers on all sides have gotten service My container was by the road and visible After weeks with no service I called on 1/23/to cancel service and request a pickup It took another week just to pick up the trash they missed the weeks prior To this day, 2/11/2018, I am still waiting for the empty container to be removed I call several times a week and keep hearing the same story that they will be here tomorrow It will be weeks this Tuesday that I have been trying to get the containers removed not to mention the weeks it sat out there waiting to be emptied
