Edwin is so great!! My mom went to him to buy a car for my sister and her experience was so fantastic she came back and got me oneThey were patient with us and made sure we know everything step by step

I walked into World Hyundai,met with Chris Davis, and walked out a happy customer I am sure that I could have purchased a vehicle from any dealership I that choose I am glad that I had the opportunity to be serviced by MrDavis He made buying a car a comfortable and relaxing and rewarding experienceThank you MrDavis!

rejecting this response because: Fred did not give me a quote. Fred gave me a FINAL PRICE.  While speaking with Eric who is the liaison between service and sales.  I was told that Fred has several complaints and given customers the same INFORMATION AND CUSTOMERS WERE upset. I was also charged for a Wheel Ailment which was never completed.  I reached out several times to both, Chris and Eric.  Please see the attached correspondence.  I have yet to hear from Chris regarding my refund. I paid for work that was not completed, service that was unprofessional, rude and bordered on INSURANCE FRAUD.   Can someone explain to me if I was told that my car would be finished in less than 30 minutes does that sound like someone that was quoted a price or someone who was told exactly what to pay.  I 'm sure World Hyundai customers don't like being called after you were just told your car is almost complete and then 20 minutes later they wanting more money for something you were told was almost completed.  I was never quoted.  I was told 1575.00 as the final price no quote the exact price and I am upset that I've had to speak to several people with no response.  Fred, Mike, Chris, Edgar and Eric 5 people. This is a legitimate complaint and I'm not happy that they just want more money.  Chris himself admitted that Fred should not have given me a price but FRED DID.

I am rejecting this response because:This is a flat out lie but I expected this from this horrible business. No lunch or beverages or a call was made. I had to make a call to stop all the inquires which weren't authorized. I specifically stated walking in to this dealership not to run my son's credit multiple times. Two inquires are fine but 20 inquires where never authorized. This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with .

This consumer failed to mention that the employment information he gave us was inaccurate. He was not employed at this company for a certain 5 month period when the bank verified what he told us and therefore, removed the approval. Thank you.

[redacted]  The information that World Hyundai provided is incorrect.  My phone number has not been disconnected at all no calls were made to me or any kind of message left. I can provided records from my cell phone provided if need be.  This once again shows the dishonesty this company is displaying to it's consumers.  My phone number is [redacted] and I called [redacted] for one week since the incident and no response from him.

Erik [redacted] at world hyundai has been a great partner on my journey to purchase a new, safe, and reliable vehicle. He cuts thru the BS and gets right to the point, just the way I like it. He has my vote!

Erik and Brandy were awesome!!! Brandy helped me out so much over the phone before my arrival- I drove over 85 miles to come here. Definitely worth the trip! Erik immediately helped us the moment we pulled in the lot. with no delays, very friendly!! The process was SOOOO prompt and speedy, I can't believe I got done with the car- buying process in such a short time!!!

Edwin was our salesman, he is friendly, energetic & funny. He cant drive manual but thinks he can. He did his best to get us into a car for my first new car.

Edwin and Mike J these two service men were very helpful with keeping me coming back to Hyundai for the rest of my working life, they both are keepers when it comes to personal interest in your customers. love the cars and the service Hyundai provide...

We added James S[redacted] (father)as a co signer to help assist.  They were in store for a long period of time we offered lunch,...

beverages, along with receiving a call back once we captured the approval. Both parties were aware of the inquiries and time put in.
