I've been living at 520 Park apartments for almost a year now and definitely recommend anyone looking to live in the Mount Vernon area. 520 Park is situated in a great neighborhood, which is close to restaurants, the Inner Harbor, and so much more. The leasing consultants and property managers provide excellent customer service. By far the best I've seen with apartment complexes. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any problems. Unlike most apartments in the Mount Vernon area, 520 Park has surface and garage parking available to its residents.

Riverside Apartments, a pet friendly community, are conveniently fitting well with tenant's needs and activities. I feel safe living in this diverse community, with nicely kept landscapes and very well managed maintenance. Parking is noticeable easy, although I enjoy a garage area. I find my apartment comfortable and well designed. It will be hard to find another place like this. I do recommend Riverside Apartments to my friends, when they visit, for what I hear from them it is only praises.

I love living in 611 Park Ave, it is my favorite place, nice location especially being behind the Mt Vernon Park. The management Sattie and Brittany are very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home. If I need maintenance they are very responsive and professional!

One word to totally describe both WPM Property Management and Butler Ridge Apartments is EXCELLENT! They know how to make the residents feel like they matter, and their prices are very reasonable. I looked elsewhere, and I am so grateful to be at Butler Ridge Apartments, managed by WPM Property Management, both top-notch organizations!

Coming from New York City, I find living in *** (a WPM facility) to be a breath of fresh air. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained, clean, inviting, and very usable, especially for a family with small children. I have found the maintenance workers to be incredibly responsive and helpful, as well as the office staff. Eileen B, the leasing specialist who works onsite, is a great resource for residents, and her care for the *** community is evident. Unlike my past residences, parking at *** is always available, and very convenient to my apartment. I would recommend *** to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming, and safe place to live in the Upper Park Heights area.

An awesome management company that takes good care of its properties and residents. I would recommend moving into one of their friendly, clean developments.

...and the *** is where Dorothy would wish she came home to. Our apartment is beautiful and full of light, with a private deck overlooking the community ***. Maintenance requests are attended to swiftly and professionally by the friendly maintenance crew. The grounds and landscaping are kept up with great pride and an eye to beauty, which we value highly. Special praise to the leasing manager, Eileen, who is always on the lookout for our comfort even after we moved in and is a real joy to talk to. Honestly, Eileen is kind of a cross between your den mother and your best friend. Then there is the sense of community here, where neighbors meet, take walks together around the green, and stop to chat with you if you're out on your deck yet there is great privacy when you need that. All around, this is a great place to call home.

Wonderful place to live, I have been a resident here for going on my 3rd year, and have nothing but good reviews to offer. The staff is amazing, very professional, and welcoming. Grounds are very well kept, and maintained. Highly recommend this complex.

These apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. This apartment is perfect for us. We downsized from a single family home but the rooms here are large and there is plenty of storage. We love that the parking is plentiful and near. The courtyard is one of the main reasons for choosing *** The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have recommended it to several friends who are thinking of moving.

I live in Fox Glen apartments in Baltimore City. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient and I feel safe in the community. The apartment is spacious and the laundry being in the unit is a plus. I have had several issues with the unit but maintenance tries to address them quickly. I'm on a ground level unit so the unit is cooler which causes the winter months utility bill to be high. The leasing agents have always been professional and responsive.

Had a request to have balcony cleaned and due to holiday, it wasn't possible. What did Lisa do.......she CLEANED IT HERSELF. Now that's service above and beyond. Many thanks." I don't typically write reviews except for the most exceptional experiences, and this place I highly recommend. Awesome staff, very generous prices, and exceptionally lovely community. The large green view from my window makes for a great start to each morning. The apartment felt like home within minutes of walking through the door. My only (minor) complaint is an occasional shortage of conveniently located parking.

TWIN RIDGE LIVING IS GREAT!
Two weeks ago our A/C unit failed so I called the office and before the day was out, one of the men was here to look at it. Since it was cooler in the evening, we let it go until the next day.
Next day, I believe it was Alan that showed up again. Then one of the other men on the staff (my fault for not getting his name) and worked on the problem.
Long story short, over the space of a week, they not only came to fix problem, and then fix it, they also showed up to do the follow up to make sure it kept working (It has!)
There are few words I can use to compliment Alan and the crew for the fine courteous and clean work they do here. Their work is one of the main factors we are so happy we've been living here for almost four years.
Twin Ridge is kept beautifully clean, by the gentleman with the cart, landscaped and snow cleared by the contractor and running smoothly by the Maintenance people.
The recent renewal of the common areas in the building and the addition of a dog park (We don t have a dog) continues to be the reason we are so happy living here. Please be sure to share this with all the people I have mentioned.
PS: Give yourselves a pat on the back, your office management team is first class!

Fountainview is a great apartment complex! Clean, quiet, well maintained apartment complex with friendly and attentive staff. Eileen at the office is wonderful and the maintenance staff is very prompt. Plentiful parking and great neighbors. Highly recommend it!

We've lived at 101 Ellwood for about 3 months now, loving it so far! Solid facilities, great staff, always helpful and quick to respond to anything tenants need.

I'd definitely recommend 101 Ellwood and the WPM staff to folks looking for a new apartment in Baltimore City.

Residential Concern
For the at least the past 6 months I have had an issue with the tenants, at *** Salix Court (Townhomes at River's Gate in Middle River, MD 21220), making it unsafe for my children to live and breathe without the worry of their asthmatic problems worsening.

Every time, I bring the issue to the attention of the property manager (of Townhomes at River's Gates), it seems to be temporarily resolved for a period of time. After a while the same issue repeats & worsens, as time goes on.

I have informed the rental office, as well as the corporate office, of the tenants' recreational activities affecting my children. However, no one seems to have a clue as to how to resolve this problem. Not only that, but the problem seems to be worsening - even after notifying authorities of the issue.

Desired Outcome

I'm looking for someone, within the company, to actually step up and figure out the best way to resolve this issue - for all parties involved. I'm not looking for anyone to tell the problematic tenant what to do inside that unit and micromanage them. I do understand that all tenants can not be completely controlled 24\7. However, I am expecting a safe environment for my children, without having to worry about when their next asthma attack will occur, because of the smoke that travels from their unit over to the unit that my children and I occupy!

To whom it may concern:
This letter is being written in response to complaint #*** at River's Gate Townhomes...

On behalf of the management at River's Gate Townhomes, we are aware of the issue reported by this resident and have been actively working to offer a satisfactory resolution. The resident has stated in her complaint that the activities of her neighbor are "making it unsafe for her children to live and breathe without the worry of their asthmatic problems worsening."

This is a multifamily townhome community with attached homes. The community does not prohibit smoking by individuals in their homes We have not encountered the odors that this resident is complaining about and her neighbor(s) activities do not violate the lease agreement. With that said, we want the resident to fully enjoy her home and trust it is safe for her family. To that end we had the air quality tested by a 3rd party licensed professional at our expense. The results did not reveal any air quality issues. We offered to transfer the resident to another townhome to try to resolve the issue, however the resident declined. We also offered the resident permission to terminate her lease without penalty and move out of the community.

We remain committed to providing a satisfactory resolution for Ms. Sykes and are open to additional communication as we have been from the first moment she brought this issue to our attention.

We couldn't be happier with our apartment. It would take too long to list all of the things that we love, so we'll stick with our absolute favorites. First, you get so much space. The kitchen living area is huge, as are the closets and bathrooms. Everything is updated, clean, and modern. The large windows are amazing. Honestly, we do not turn on the lights until the sun goes down. Parking is never an issue no matter what time we get in and the fact that the lot is completely covered and attached to the building is a huge plus on a rainy day. The building is always clean, not only by appearance, but you can actually smell how clean it is in the halls elevators and the staff and other residents are always super friendly. Plus you're literally across the street from Patterson Park, which is awesome! We love it here! We talk every day about how we wish we would have found this place sooner.
