Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Very open layout with a friendly, livable atmosphere. The staff does a great job of keeping you informed and keeping up with all amenities. The outside dog park, pool, playground, and fire pit are nice additions. It would be nice to have a seating area outside away from the pool. Maintenance does a fantastic job of getting the orders done promptly and a great job of keeping the main hallways clean. You do hear a lot of noise from outside, and there is quite a draft from the windows. However, the inside of the building if not terrible on the noise level, you really only hear noise from those in the hallway. The doors to the units do a decent job of keeping out the other smells i.e., cooking. The AC unit is very loud in the living room area. The price is worth what you are getting. Overall though, it is an inviting place that has a modern feel and you are able to make it feel like home.

I love living in Union Flats! My boyfriend and I moved in together from a place that I had in the borough. We could hear EVERYTHING and the neighbor I had there (it was a duplex) complained about EVERY noise she could hear. It is so refreshing to be able to do laundry past 9 p.m., which as a funeral director with a hectic schedule is amazing!! Everyone here is so friendly and I love that they are so very pet friendly. When I mentioned that we have guinea pigs and rats, they were awesome about it. I love coming home from work and seeing fellow residents walking their dogs, it's such a change of pace for me coming from a place that is not welcoming of pets at all. I highly recommend Union Flats to anyone who is looking for a modern upgrade and a welcoming environment.

As a new resident, Union Flats has been an enjoyable place to live thus far. I cannot be happier with having Union Flats as my first apartment because of several reasons. First, it is in close proximity of the Carlisle Pike and major highways. Second, the apartment complex is very safe and they do not allow anyone to get into the apartment buildings or amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.) without having a key fob. Also, the staff and other tenants within the apartment complex are friendly and helpful. There is never a problem with parking and they make certain that he overall appearance is well maintained and clean each week. Not to mention, the apartment itself has all brand new appliances and the layout if spacious, which is great when having people over.

I have been living in *** now for almost 10 months and I love it. My loft apartment is spacious and affordable, with upgraded features - this is by far the best apartment complex I've lived at in Baltimore! The new management came on board about the same time as I moved in and they have been wonderful. Kenny and Carolyn do a lot of fun resident appreciation activities, like hosting rooftop BBQ's and happy hours, game nights where you could win great prizes, and events at local breweries. Rob and Miss Dee are great and really care about the upkeep and safety of the building. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and are done well. There are also great features like the proximity to Patterson Park, garage parking, a fitness center with free yoga, bike storage, rooftop and courtyard with grills and a community garden, dog washing area and affordable storage areas.

Yes Our family is very happy with Fountainview. Our neighbors are all nice, quiet, and clean. Everyone will greet you with a smile. The children love playing in the huge courtyard and playground. There is plenty of shade and sitting areas, and it's very beautiful with all the mature trees and well kept grass. Our patio is very large, allowing us to keep a nice garden. We enjoy our large living space, and have found it to be exceptionally spacious and affordable for the area we live in. There are windows on two sides of the apartment, allowing plenty of natural light. The pantry is the largest we've ever had. The staff is so amazing. There has never been an issue they didn't immediately take care of and then follow up on. I would especially like to say how welcoming the management office was when we moved in, including a sweet gift on our move in date that included some amazing essentials. We wanted to purchase a new dishwasher for kosher reasons, and they offered to install it and maintain it during our lease for free. I was amazed with their consideration for maintenance in relation to Jewish holidays to be sure they never conflict, even when I may not have thought to ask. Eileen *** has been very welcoming, helped us settle in, showed me where I can find my way around the Baltimore area, and helped me meet other tenants. She plays a major role in making Fountainview feel like a community. I could go on, but really just so happy with our decision to live here.

Their property at Union Flats is nothing short of amazing. This is hands down the best apartment complex in the area. We could not even begin to imagine living anywhere else, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, friendly spot to live. Not to mention, I don't think you'll find a better staff anywhere else!

Five Stars! Union Flats is the nicest apartment complex in the area. The facilities and staff are top-notch. Stephanie and Maria are very warm and friendly and go out of their way to help. The maintenance crew (Cameron and Charlie) and groundskeepers do a wonderful job. I've had every request for help answered the same day. Also, since the place is very new, everything is already in great condition. I looked extensively for apartments before choosing Union Flats. Once I saw it, I knew I'd found my home. I've never heard my neighbors from inside *** place. And, every resident I've met has been very friendly. Blake W.

We have lived here since March 2018 and are truly looking forward to our years here at this property. We have lived for several different realtors over the past few years, and no property compares to Union Flats. The staff is wonderful and responsive, the property is gorgeous, the apartments are so spacious, and we love how pet-friendly they are. This is truly a great place to live, you will not regret it.

This Brand new apartment complex is a great place for living in greater Harrisburg area which is closer to shopping, work places, schools and major high ways. This complex has very good amenities such as clubhouse, Business center (available 24X7), salt water swimming pool, well equipped fitness center and fire pit. This place just makes you feel like staying in a luxurious vacation homes. Staff is very nice and very attentive and easily approachable in terms of leasing and repairs. This complex has plenty parking spots available which will be helpful when guests try to park their cars.

I live in one of their buildings, 2 East Wells and have enjoyed my experience. It's a beautiful, well maintained general space. The interiors are clean and modern. The staff is very receptive to concerns. The maintenance crew responds to requests within 24 hours, and keeps us updated if the fix needs longer. With the attached garage and guarded front door, it feels very safe. Gym is nice and decently equipped, enough to get most types of workouts done (dumbbells, squat rack, treadmills). The rent is on par with other modern housing in Fed Hill, and it's worth the amazing living space and amenities. Also the rooftop views are AMAZING and my favorite thing about this place.

When I moved in to my apartment a year ago I had an issue with the flooring. The property manager met with me at my apartment to discuss it. She listened to me, she checked out the issue and she assured me that the issue would be addressed. She informed of the appointment to address my issue and she followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I love WPM because they don't just say they care they show it. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The residents and management are all very friendly. The grounds are well maintained. I've found the apartment complex to be very quiet and a great place to live.

Honestly I just googled apartments when I was looking to move across country. It was a short notice thing and I couldn't go to apartments like you can in you are local so all I had was pictures to go on. Well when I signed the lease and moved in it was exactly what the pictures gave. A lovely home. The place is very spacious and the neighbors are very loving. The community around is also really great. Close by to lots of shopping and amazing places to dine out on, recommend Mari Luna, haha. I definitely plan on staying a while.

I have lived here for a year and haven't had any issues. If I need maintenance Jessica gets everything taken care of within 48 hours if not sooner.

WPM recently took over The Equitable Building management. The apartments are nice and modern, nice stainless steel appliances and hard wood floors. I've never been able to hear my neighbors. Work orders always seem to get done in a timely manner. The staff is polite, helpful and has done a great job transitioning from the previous management.

I searched a lot of apartments before stumbling upon Fountainview. I fell in love with my apartment as soon as I saw it. It has everything I was looking for. It is very spacious, has two baths and a washer and dryer. With all this, it is still very affordable. Also, Fountainview is near everything, the mall, the markets and so much more. The apartment is not the only thing that made me choose Fountainview. I really like the courtyard, it is so nice and clean. You hear the children out there playing and you can't help but smile. Lastly, Ms. Eileen made the entire process so painless. Every encounter with her was very pleasant and she is very professional. She has called me a couple of times just to check in and see if anything was needed. How great is that. I have had some maintenance issues and the guys came took care of it very quickly, which was great. I can see myself living here for a very long time, if not forever.
