Yellow US Pages Reviews (133)

Review: The YellowUSPages called our office in April 2013 and spoke to an employee. The employee agreed to a free listing - nothing else. The YellowUSPages internal collections office called back on 8/*/13 and claims that we owe them $782.35 for a yearly contract that was agreed upon over the phone. They played back the voice conversation that allegedly has an employee agreeing to these terms, however the employee verifies that the conversation was altered. Before the initial recorded conversation began with our employee, the sales rep ensured that we would not be charged for anything without further notice and consent. After refusing payment on the phone on 8/*, the rep from the company, [redacted], agreed to discount it for us to come down to $649.99, We never received anything in the mail regarding this, we never authorized a contract, saw a contract or even saw usage plans and charges. Per the Revdex.com in NC, there are 145 complaints against this company and they have a D rating. When researching the company on-line, there are several similar complaints about the voice recordings being altered. The YellowUSPages are threatening to take us to a third party collection agency.Desired Settlement: We would like for all charges to be dropped asap and to be placed in their do not call list.

Review: In January 2013, I received an unsolicited phone call from Yellow US Pages regarding a "free" 60-day trial offer for their "Top 10 Program" on their website, Yellowuspages.com. The representative, during the initial sales call, stated that the trial was risk-free, and implied that I would have a choice to stop or continue using their services at the end of the 60 days, to extend it into a year-long, annual program if I chose to. I was then provided faulty login information for Yellowuspages.com which never ended up working despite my several different attempts at fixing it. The "Password Retrieval" option on their website did not even recognize the login credentials the Representative had provided me. During the initial call, I requested a notice to be sent to me so that I could have some confirmation of what I enrolled in, and when (i.e. memorializing the phone call). This notice was never sent despite my request, nor was I contacted in any way (paper mail, e-mail, phone calls) afterwards, until I was faxed an invoice total for $770.79 on April **, 2013. The statement of accounts included in that fax stated that apart from an initial amount of $719.99 I owed for allegedly enrolling in the annual program, I was also charged interest of $10.80 and an "Administration Fee" of $40.00, bringing the total to the $770.79 amount mentioned. The original invoice of $719.99 was dated March **, 2013, but sent to me a month later in April. Yellow US Pages failed to send me the original invoice in March, then penalized my business for late payment on an invoice they never actually sent in the first place, and for a service I never gave my complete, knowing consent for, since the first sales representative failed to disclose the full terms and conditions pertaining to the 60-day "free" trial offer. Furthermore, how can I be charged interest and a administrative processing fee on a supposedly "free" trial offer? Even if the trial period WAS started in January 2013 and lasted until March 2013, Yellow US Pages led me to believe that I would have an appropriate amount of time to decide to stop or continue their offered service after the trial was over. Upon receiving the fax in April 2013, I attempted to call a [redacted], the collection agent whose contact information was included in the fax, but she was clearly annoyed at my questions, sighing multiple times whenever I inquired about the charges, and directed me to find my own answers via the Terms and Conditions posted on their website. I did so, and found that the Terms and Conditions of their website and covering their advertised services, had quite misleading and contradictory information to what was briefly (and incorrectly) explained to me on the phone, as I will explain below (As found on http[redacted]). Under the section titled "TERM," their website states, "The term of this Agreement shall automatically renew for a 'Renewal Term' unless you or we notify the other of its intent not to renew at least thirty days before expiration of the Initial Term. All services provided during the Renewal Term will be subject to the then-current Terms and Conditions, pricing and other terms for Internet Advertising available on our web site." Then, further below in the Terms and Conditions, under the section titled "ORDER CANCELLATION," it states: "After an Order is accepted, Customer may only cancel the Order by providing YellowUSPages.com a written notice no longer then thirty (30) days from recieving their invoice." Note that the spelling errors in the last statement adds to the confusion, because "then" implies an action that must happen after another action is completed first (cancelling the free trial). The consumer would in turn, be led to believe that they had a period after the end of the trial to respond back, with their choice to continue or stop the service. This directly contradicts the previously stated term/condition, in where they advise the consumer that to not be automatically enrolled in their annual Top 10 Program, I as the consumer would have to notify them at least thirty days before the end of that 60 day trial. Then later on, the Terms and Conditions go on to say that the consumer may only cancel the order by writing to the company within thirty days upon receiving the invoice. These two terms of use directly contradict one another, because one states I need to alert them thirty days in advance of the end of the 60 day trial, while the other advises me to receive the invoice first, THEN notify them within thirty days after I have received the invoice. So my three main concerns are the following: A.) If I was signing up for a "free" 60-day trial, then logically what would the invoice I'm supposed to wait to arrive be charging me for? The invoice for a free 60 days should be $0.00 B.) If I had to notify them a month (30 days) before the end of the 60-day trial, then it isn't a "risk-free" trial for 60 days as advertised, but rather a trial for only 30 days full of risks. C.) If the Terms state that the program will automatically renew and lock me into a yearlong commitment after the free 60-day trial expires, then logically how am I supposed to NOT be charged if I am instructed to wait for the invoice to arrive first before writing to cancel the order? I pointed out these glaring issues in a followup complaint/cease-service letter I sent to their office on May **, 2013. As I had received their faxed invoice on April **, 2013, per their own terms and conditions, I would've had until May**, 2013 to give my response. Unfortunately, my official complaints and concerns were ignored by their office, even as I sent two copies of my letter to their offices, with both having been confirmed as delivered. Then last week, on June **, 2013, I was faxed yet another invoice, threatening me with "legal action" by sending the supposedly "unpaid" invoice to a third-party collections agency with additional penalties for May taking the total "owed" to $877.35. This is of course AFTER I had already sent my written notices to them well in advance of the 30-day deadline established on their website as starting upon my receipt of the invoice (April **, 2013). Thus, I have found this company's marketing practices to be predatory and unethical, in that they failed to honor their own word per the terms and conditions on their website, as if to purposefully confuse and mislead their customers on the services they are being signed up for.Desired Settlement: As of June 2013, I supposedly owe Yellow US Pages a total of $877.35, an amount I believe I am falsely being charged for under deceptive marketing practices and because of the company's failure to clarify and honor their very own terms of use. I would like this issue resolved before their wrongful attempt to collect has a negative impact on my credit rating and my business' reputation by being sent to a third-party collections agency. I would like the balance to be voided and nullified in full, with no further billing or extra charges faxed to my business, as A.) I never gave my complete and informed consent for their annual marketing program, ONLY to the free trial offer, and B.) To remove my business listing from their website and to terminate any business relationship I allegedly have with them. I would like this to be resolved immediately on their end, as I have fulfilled my end per the instructions that the representative directed me to follow on their website. Thank you.

Thank you for forwarding [redacted]’s complaint to my attention. Here at Yellow US Pages, we understand the importance customer satisfaction to any business and are therefore more than happy to work with our clients in order to ensure that they are pleased with the services we provide.

I have reviewed this information and must disagree with [redacted]’s claim.

We have on file, a recorded verbal authorization with [redacted]. In this recording, the representative verifies that he is authorized to place this order and explains quite clearly that the service is on a two month trial period and that they are welcome to contact our Customer Service Department at any time during those sixty days, in order to cancel their listing.

The cost of the service, should they chose not to cancel the listing is also very clearly stated by the representative. The Customer Service toll free telephone number is openly provided on this recording, as well as a username and password for him to make any changes to his listing.

At no time during the sixty day trial, did we receive a call requesting cancellation.

Upon looking into this matter, I have found that this account has been terminated and that the charges have been removed. It shows up in our system with no outstanding balance.

Review: Company offered a free 2 month listing online but the log-in information I was given never worked and I couldn't enter the site. After a week of calling and not being able to get somebody on the phone or an answer by email I was finally given a corrected password. I entered some basic company information but was never able to log-in again to finish. Calls were never answered, nor was email to the site. After approximately one month I called and left a phone message that I could not enter the site and wanted to cancel the service. I also emailed that request. Nobody ever got back to me and I never received a bill. Recently messages were left that I owe just under $1,000 (I never got anything from this supposed listing) and that if I didn't pay they were sending it to a collection agency.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay for a service I never received! This business is bogus - the rep's gave me cell phone numbers that they never answered (all I got was a busy signal no matter what time I called) and claim I never cancelled the contract (I agreed to try the service for 2 months over the phone and cancelled after less than one month).

Respectfully,

Review: On June *, 2013, I was called about a free listing service with this company. They said that if it wasn't cancelled in 60 days, I'd be charged. No one said how much or for what. I received no information from them until Sept. **, 2013 at which time a service representative called to tell me that I owed them 770 dollars and 79 cents and that my account was overdue. I tried to cancel with them but they threatened me with collections and told me to pay right away. There is no way to cancel. I refused to pay this fee.Desired Settlement: Nullification of contract and release from all charges.

Response:

Review: A laundry list, in no particular order: A YellowUS sales representative contacted our small business and initiated a contract through discussion with unauthorized personnel. The account was set up under a name that is neither our legal company name nor our dba name. After listening to the playback of the phone conversation in which the agreement was made, it was clear that there had been a previous conversation with a sales person (which, of course, was not recorded). During the "contract" conversation, there was no mention of a cancellation fee, should the account be closed after the trial period ended. After speaking with the YellowUS collections agent, I discovered that the cancellation fee is over $500. It is $720 for the year's service, so a complete waste of money to pay the cancellation fee. In order to keep the account from accruing interest or going to collections, the collections agent would accept a payment on the account no less than $200 by phone. I was given the option to mail in my payment in a lesser amount, but continue to accrue interest. I requested a transcribed copy of the "contract" telephone conversation, but was told that it was the property of YellowUS and they would not provide a copy to me. The collections agent faxed a copy of our "overdue" bill, front side only. I requested that she fax the back side as well, as this is where the fine print is usually found, but was told that she could not do that. The entire situation was handled in bad faith.Desired Settlement: I want the account closed with the cancellation fee waived, and any amount owed reduced to the amount of service actually received to date (in this case one month of service at $60). I want assurance that the account will not be turned over to third party collections and that our company will never be contact by YellowUS again.

Dear [redacted] :

We have reviewed the response made by Yellow US Pages in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that our complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Review: This company called me back in January or February wanting me to do a 60 trial of their Top Ten Program. I agreed to do the trial but wanted an email confirmation that the trial was active and a follow up email before the trial period ran out to talk about if we wanted to go forward. I received no email, no correspondence with them until about 4 weeks ago when I received a invoice for $719.99. They do me have me on recording to agreeing to their terms but they some how have taken my request off the recording for the email at start of the trial period and a follow up conversation. During the trial I received no indication that I was even getting the service that I was trying out. I am refusing to pay because they did not meet my request. They continue to harass our company wanting payment. The other item I did not receive is documentation explaining what I am getting in the top 10 program. I feel this is a very decietful way of doing business. My company does trial periods all the time but we always follow up with the customer several time during the trial period to make sure they are getting what they expected. This company does not believe in that and just thinks that someone is going to pay them $799 just because they participated in the trial. I would like for the US Yellow Pages to do the right thing and drop the charge for this top 10 program for dscTech, Inc.Desired Settlement: For them to do the right thing and void the invoice that is being requested for payment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This business practice is very unethical. I do not have any notes where I had written down any password to be able to get in touch with them nor do I have an email address. I run a company that is very technical and I have my hands full keeping up with our own projects that we have going on. Most people will accept something like this as a trial but never think about it again until the company that the trial is being done with calls or emails wanting to know if you want to move forward. I have never had a company that I have entered into a trial agreement just up and send me an invoice without emailing or calling me to find out my satisfaction with the service.

I have looked over the Revdex.com sites and there are tons of negative comments about this company and this so called trial. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. If I cannot get this bill dropped, with the help of Revdex.com, I will have to contact the Attorney General to see if they can help with this situation.

My only solution to this problem is for this invoice to be dropped and the phone calls stopped. I am very disappointed that any company sees this kind of business practice as being legitimate. I hope that an agreement can be reached without my company having to take further action.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Respectfully,

Review: In August of 2013 I received a call from a representative from Yellow US Pages selling a service, I informed her I did not have the authority to order services. I gave her my Bosses phone number who is the owner of this shop and told her to call him. She called me back stating he said ok but didn't have the time for the call and to have me finish the call. I said ok then she transferred me to record a statement giving an ok for the contract. I received a bill 2 months later and gave my boss the bill and he asked what that was for and I told him and he said he NEVER gave an OK for that and hasn't even heard about that service. I then called the Yellow US Pages and talked to 4 people and they all refused to help and stated that we owed the money and there is nothing we can do because of the recording. They are forcing people into contracts with lies!!!Desired Settlement: I would like out of this "contract" that was made by lies and fraud! I also would like to inform Revdex.com of this fraudulent company.

Response:

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Yellow USPages has been resolved.

Yellowuspages.com contacted me to pay the invoice and mentioned nothing about the complaint. I also explained to the employee that called me what happened and he said he would just have to use a third party to collect payment. Nothing has been resolved due to my complaint and yellowuspages.com has done nothing to try and resolve issue they just want payment for a service that was illegally rendered on false pretense. Our company was manipulated and victimized by yellowuspages.com with lies to gain sales.

Sincerely,

Review: I received an invoice dated september *, 2013 for services that we did not agree upon. The invoice charges for the Top 10 program annual package, after two months free trial. Our worker received a high pressure, cold call from YellowUsPages telling them about the Top 10 program annual package. They were told by the rude salesperson that there will be two months free trial periods, after which they will be contacted by the same sales representative and will have the option to cancelled the package. There was no contacts from the sales representative and research show that this is a highly active scam. Information about Yellow US Pages was first submitted to Scambook on Jan **, 2013. Since then the page keeps on accumulating. The same company name and address appeared many times. On July **, 2013 to discuss about this problem. Our chat representative from Revdex.com [redacted] told us to stop any attempts to contact this company, keep any informations and documents received from this company for records, and to file a complaint with Revdex.com, FTC, and my State's Attorney General Office as soon as we got contacted by this shady business again. On, September **, 2013 we received an invoice from them for an outstanding balance of $719.99!!! So we are doing as advised by [redacted] of Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: We would like Revdex.com to help us clear this case and reduced the balance of this invoice down to zero. We would also like Revdex.com to block this company's unethical procedures from happening to other small business with less awareness and capability to resolve the issues in an effective manner. We would like to receive all documents pertaining to the cancellation of account and termination of charges.

Review: Company is claiming I authorized a $1000 internet publishing. They claim there was a two month free trail (that started in November 2012) and since I didn't cancel during that free trial I now owe them $1000. They have contacted me twice by phone in Feb of 2013 and by email on May [redacted] and then today June[redacted] requesting payment. The first contact I didn't even know who they were or what they were talking about. I thought it was a scam, which I believe it is. I stated that I didn't authorize this service and to cancel and remove my business from the internet. They played a voice recording that is my voice but have no recollection making and believe is a manufactured recording. Each time we've corresponded I have told them that I did not authorize this publishing, nor did I ever receive or sign a contract. They have threatened to take legal action, but have not as of this date.Desired Settlement: Cancel 'said' account and stop requesting payment for a service that was not authorized.

Review: A representative from Yellow US Pages called to offer a free trial service that I could cancel before 2 months. At that time, they provided me with a website and passcode to view my advertisement. I was never able to view anything because the passcode they provided was invalid. I tried calling company numerous times to cancel and never could get a representative on the phone to cancel. I went to their website and submitted a cancellation request. I received an invoice today for $719.99. I called the number on this invoice which is ###-###-#### and spoke to [redacted] who is an in-house collection agent. She told me that the company only takes cancellations by phone. I told [redacted] that I had made numerous attempts to do that and never could talk to a representative. Review: I am being verbally threatened by a collection agency in New York for a false billing from a advertisement. The company Yellow US Pages has called and contacted to advertise with them. They offered a free two month period. I tried numerous times to cancel this and they will not take my name of the the internet. They have harassed and threatened me by phone and fax for the pass 60 days. They will not send me anything in writing about a contract. They have said that they have collection agency and legal paralegals that are calling me to collect on a service that I have cancelled. They say that they have a contract that is verbal and recorded but they do not have the cancellation recorded. I have tried to contact them by phone, I have had numerous heated and verbally abusive phone conversations with them and the collection agency and the so called para legal department and their customer service person. I believe they have missed spelled my name and placed an advertising that I did purchases or authorize. I have asked them to remove the ad. I have requested that they send this contract and information to me in writing to confirm the original contract. They have been very abusive over the phone and will not send a written agreement to by email or to my address. They will not put me in contact with a supervisor to clear up this matter. They have only threatened me with legal action and have said that I have to come to New York and appear in court to have this removed.Desired Settlement: Stop the harassing phone calls and contacting me to request payment for a service that I did not purchase. Immediately remove my name from their call list and remove the billing information and the internet advertisement.

Sincerely,

Review: I was contacted by yellow us pages for a free 2 month listing of my business on their site. I contacted them by email on their site multiple times, before the two months were up, cancelling my service. I never received any response from them. I proceeded to call their office (###-###-####) but could never get to anyone in the office. I have spent over an hour on hold on three different occasions. Once you listen to the recorded message, all you get is elevator music. No person ever picks up the call. Today (10-**-2013) I received a bill stating I owed $719.99 for the TOP 10 program annual package. Again I emailed and tried to call them to say I did not want their services and that I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com. Since I have already cancelled their services, I don't want to have any further contact from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to have no further contact from this obvious scam company.

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Yellow US Pages regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Yellow Us Pages contacted me on Nov *, 2013 stating that my account was past due and would be sent to a collection agency if not paid in full. I returned the phone call and told [redacted] that I had written multiple emails to them and tried to call them weeks before my 2 month free trial had ended on Sept **, 2013 stating that I wanted to cancel my service. This is a recap of what has transpired up to todays date:

In regards to the attempt to cancel their service, I gave them this information. Specifically, I wrote in the first email that since my information was not even listed on their site for my 2 months free, that I did not want to even bother with their company and to cancel my account. I asked them to please call me back so I could get confirmation that the account was closed. My first attempt to contact them was in the week of Sept **, 2013. I followed up the email with multiple phone calls to the number listed on their website. I was never able to get through on the phone and on 3 seperate occasions that week I was put on hold for the "next available person" to help me. I would put my phone on speaker while I waited and on each occasion I sat for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour listening to the hold music while noone ever answered the phone. I did go back to their site after noone called me back to confirm my cancellation and found that not only had my business been listed on their site since I put in the cancellation, it had also been given a 5 star rating. I then tried emailing and calling the Yellow US Pages multiple times the week of Sept **, 2013, agian with no response from the company. My first correspondence from Yellow US Pages arrived around Oct **, 2013 in the form of a bill for $719.99 mailed to my business, however with a wrong address for [redacted], NC rather than [redacted], SC. I immediately contacted the Revdex.com of New York to place a complaint and then emailed and tried calling the business stating that I had contacted the Revdex.com. On Nov *, 2013, [redacted] from the Yellow US Pages contacted my stating my bill was due or would be sent to collection agency. This is the first phone call I have received from Yellow US Pages. I told her that I had sent multiple emails and calls trying to cancel my account, but could never speak to anyone there. That I had also contacted the Revdex.com of New York regarding their business and that Revdex.com had tried contacting them on my account, but had received no response from their business. I continued that I would not be doing business with them so they needed to take my information off of their site. To which she responded that my account would be sent to a Collection agency. To my knowledge they have never contacted Revdex.com of New York. As of today, Nov **, 2013, my address is still listed on their site. I do not want anything to do with this company. I want my information removed from the site and for them to end the account, which I asked to cancel 2 weeks before my free trial ended.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: continually receiving invoices and past due notices for online advertising that we did not agree to. Says we will be turned over to a collection agency if the bill is not paid. We DID NOT order this service from them.Desired Settlement: to void the invoice and quit contacting us - place us on the "Do Not Call" list for this company.

Thank you for forwarding [redacted]’s complaint to my attention. Here at Yellow US Pages, we understand the importance customer satisfaction to any business and are therefore more than happy to work with our clients in order to ensure that they are pleased with the services we provide.

Upon looking into this matter, I have found that this account is paid in full. It shows up in our system with no outstanding balance.

Respectfully,

Review: I believe this business provides misleading information about their services which are not taped during their marketing calls. They bait you into signing up for a free two month advertising service that did not even yield one potential customer phone call which is clearly not what was represented to me during the part of the conversation that was not taped. The company taped the portion of the conversation where my firm information was collected and they discussed the free 60 day trial and mention the one year contract. Nowhere during the taped or un-taped conversation were the facts stated that the one year contract was non-cancelable or payable all up front. I have no evidence that they provided any services at all based on the results that I received. Shortly after the two month free period lapsed I received a call from the advertising company to collect for 1 year’s worth of services. I was told that the company does not prorate their one year contract and they would proceed with collection action against my company. I asked the company to show me evidence that services were rendered to me and the only comment from the collection agent was that my small business was listed with them. I find this a particularly interesting response especially after I pointed out the ineffectiveness of the their service.

I believe that this company misrepresented what it provides then vaguely outlined its terms of what it considers a contract. It then fills in the details of “their contract” during their collection process. They don’t mention that their one year contract is binding and non-cancelable during the taped or un-taped portions of the sales call discussions. Had I heard any of these contract terms I would have never considered their or any other or any other contract like this with an internet advertising company. This was confirmed when the collection agent replayed their original marketing call during their collection efforts. I believe this company is a fraud that uses vague terms, a telephone recording system and a collection department to coerce money from hard working business owners trying to grow their businesses.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit pended against this company as I would like to participate. I would also like to know what action is available to me to have this company’s deceptive practices addressed in their jurisdiction in the hope that no other small business owners face this poor example of ethics again. I would like assurance that no adverse credit report related to this incident be filed on my firm or me. I would like my contract canceled, any balance due canceled and an assurance to never hear from this company ever.

Review: [redacted] sent an email to [redacted] stating that our Church Organization was delinquent in payment for advertising services. They provided an invoice stating that after a 2 month free trial, our organization was obligated to pay $719.99 for "TOP 10 program" and $10.80 in Interest Charges. This invoice for $730.79 was the first notice of alleged activity between these entities and our organization. This company appears to be utilizing fraudulent methods to strong-arm our church into payment based upon deception. Our church has not authorized, nor given authority to persons to act on its behalf to enter into a contract with [redacted]. Yet this business has tried to compel church members to pay for services which were not contracted, or shown any evidence of being real.Desired Settlement: I request that a criminal investigation be initiated to identify the business practices utilized by [redacted] .

Review: Today I received a phone message and fax from [redacted] from the "yellowUSpages.com" stating that I owe more than $700.

According to [redacted], I accepted a 2 month free offer and then did not cancel. Apparently, my free offer was over October * and I was supposedly billed at that time and owe interest charges of $10.80 and an administrative fee of $40. But I did not receive a bill.

If I want to cancel this service, I will have to pay $599 according to [redacted].

I do not recall signing up for this service and do not want to pay anything.Desired Settlement: I do not want to pay anything. But if I have to pay for the one month since October * even though I did not receive a bill.

One twelfth of the annual fee seems reasonable.

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Yellow US Pages regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was contacted by Yellow US Pages again for collection subsequent to filing my Revdex.com complaint. I was threatened by their representative, [redacted], that my account would be turned over to a collection agency. Her final words to me before she hung up were "I hope you enjoy that."

I was not contacted by anyone from the Company as a result of my complaint to the Revdex.com. So perhaps I checked the wrong box.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I agreed to a free trial period for a web sit , they said to call to cancel by 11/**/13 or I will be charged for their service which I don't want. Subject: Re: You have a new message from the New York Revdex.com. Complaint # [redacted]

No I have not heard from them , also I have not seen a charge yet on any cards.

Thank you,

Review: I was persuaded to try for 60 days an ad that turned out to be less than useless: 1) My company name is incorrectly listed (Food Power instead of FoodPower). An attorney tells me this breaches any contract. 2) To be found, even incorrectly, one must go to the yellow pages website - meaning this is less useful than any search engine AND one must know that my business is in Costa Mesa 3) This is NOT "the yellow pages" I received no confirmation or information of any kind via email or snail mail. I was told I would have time to cancel - meaning I would be billed before the 60 days expiration. This did not occur.Desired Settlement: I want my account and my bill cancelled. I am 76 years old and feel like I was taken advantage of.
