Review: Telephone power call to our branch location for 2 free months of "internet advertising"with ability to cancel. Branch saleman not authorized to make purchase. Invoice dated 5/*/13 faxed for annual TOP 10 program package less signup discount totaling $719.99. Also faxed, Collection notice for $792.88 dated 6/**/13 claiming account has fallen 97 days past due, and statement dated 6/**/13 charging interest and administration fee, totaling $770.79. This looks like the textbook scam! I called the number listed and after numerous holds told the collection agent, [redacted], that our salesman was not authorized to make any verbal purchase agreement, that this appeared to be a scam, and we did not intend to pay. She offered the "recorded agreement" which I told her I was not interested in hearing, as it did not alter the facts. I told her I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com, FTC, and State Attorney General. She hung up.Desired Settlement: Cancel all claims for payment and leave us alone!

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

It is good to know organizations like Revdex.com are available to help small businesses deal with the barrage of deceptive business practices!

Sincerely,

Review: According to the Yellow US Pages invoice dated 8/**/2013, their cancellation period on the back of the invoice is stated as "Order Cancellation" After an order is accepted, customer may only cancel the order by providing [redacted] a written notice no longer than 30 days from receiving the invoice. I sent an email in writing to [redacted] (as stated on the invoice) on 9/*/13 which is well within the 30 day cancellation period and am being told that is not their cancellation policy and they will not cancel the order and am being sent to a 3rd party collector. (Copies of all correspondence is available upon request) I have tried reaching several people at Yellow US Pages with no avail.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order

Sincerely,

Review: My office manager [redacted] was contacted for an offer via phone that she clearly refused. We made it exceptionally clear that we were NOT interested if there was any charge associated. They claim they have recorded proof of a conversation but we were also told we had no obligation. Before the initial recorded conversation began with our employee, the sales rep ensured that we would not be charged for anything without further notice and consent. They don't have that part recorded. We are a small company who provides entertainment for kid's parties. We would never agree to spend that kind of money on a listing. She was asked to verify some company info, which she did. We received a bill in September for $719.99. We called to clear it up and explain there was a mistake and that we never agreed to this. To make it exceptionally clear, we are NOT one of their clients, so if they refer to us as such in their reply, it is proof they are lying. We never signed anything. We now have been getting harassing phone calls and e-mails from someone named [redacted] saying our account is 107 days past due. The first bill I saw was in September, so how is that even possible? We just want this false bill to be dismissed and to stop being called and e-mailed. We are not interested in their service, and never agreed to such an arrangement.Desired Settlement: The invoice needs to be cancelled in writing, with zero balance due.

Sincerely,

Review: Yellow Pages no this problem is with YELLOWUSPAGES.COM - I have a small home business selling customized medical t-shirts with hidden snaps for patients. They called me a couple of weeks ago threatening me about a verbal advertising agreement I hired them to do. They followed up with a very professional invoice claiming the Total Amount Due was $719.99. I called and spoke with a Yellow Page company and he claimed that this was a scam and not to worry about it. So that was the end of my concern. Today, July **, [redacted] called me again stating she was a Paralegal hired by them to collect the $719.99. I became very upset with all her harsh words and threats and started crying and could not stop. I took down her phone number and she told me that I had until Friday to pay this by Credit Card or appear in court in New York, NY. After reading some of the Revdex.com complaints filed against Yellow Pages, I hope that this is the same company making threats against me. I do not remember anyone calling me and stating they were recording our conversation. (They claim to be a SEO Search Engine Optimazation).Desired Settlement: Acknowledge that this is a scam and not liable for the $719.99 and any additional charges. Terminate any future dealings with them., Thanks, [redacted]

Review: This company has stated that I agreed (verbally) for an annual package. Such agreement never took place and they are now charging me with $839.99 for a product I did not agree to.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me for something that I did not request nor am I willing to pay for.

Sincerely,

Review: I recieved a bill from the yellow uspages claiming that I owed them $770.79 I attempted to contact them to ask them why? I was receiving a bill from them and I had no luck!!! I received a call from [redacted] the person that I had been trying to contact despritly and I told her that I was trying to contact her regarding a bill and she says that I had the wrong extension she appoligized for that so I continued telling her that I have received a bill and that it was my company but I had no employee by that name that maybe it was an error she insisted that I heard the recording when the recording finished I told her that I didnt know who that was and again I told her that the only person in this company that can make dissisions would be my husband the owner of the company or myself I went on telling her that this is a business and theres acesse to a phone and anybody could have said anything that again I didnt know who the person that authorized on the recording. I told her that on the recording when the person said yes and no it didnt sound like the voice on the recording and at that point she tells me it funny you say u dont know the person but you know the voice I said no maam I dont know the person ect. at this point she told me that if I didnt come up with a payment method that I would get reported and I would have to go to court on front of a judge I said thats fine I also told her that in the past they tried to do this same scam to my husband and he asked that we would be tooken off there call list and they went ahead at the time and removed that out standing bill. I told her to go ahead and take me to court and that I would hire an attorney if I had to because there bussiness is running a scam and its not right!!. At this time I would like to report this because its not fair to have a person talking fast making anybody think that there updating information and what there doing is billing you $770.79 for service that your not intrested in I really wish you take the time to look into this matter and take scammer out of business us consumers work to hard for a living to have people like that take your money away so easy it makes me wonder how many people pay it not knowing that the company can get reported and that they can fight for there rights. I thank you for your time in advance

sincerly, [redacted]Desired Settlement: take them scammers out of business what there doing is not right!! also have them stop calling my company if possible!!

Review: The company contacted our apartment manager [redacted] at [redacted]. Stated a free 3 month trial and then she could go online and cancel. However, when she went online to cancel and according to the manager, [redacted], she stated it look as if it was cancelled. It was not. [redacted] called and tried to cancel and they played a recording to her agreeing to the trial however, she did not agree to the year subscription. They will not cancel the contract and expect payment.

We received a bill for $719.99 for a year subscription. I called the company on 11/**/13 spoke to an [redacted] in collections stating if I paid over the phone he would give me a discount. I stated I will not pay over the phone that I wanted to make sure after a year this is cancelled and we are on the do not call list. He stated when they received payment they would cancel and asked if they could follow up with a call and confirmation stating it was cancelled. I agreed.Desired Settlement: I feel that the manager at [redacted] was scammed. We do not need to pay for advertising and I feel they represented themselves as a legit company and they are not. I would like the subscription cancelled and never to be contacted again by this company. I do not want to pay the money the company feels is owed because the company is a scam!!!!

Review: My family owns a small bindery business in [redacted], California. We received a call to our business [redacted] in July 2013 from Yellow US Pages. My daughter answered the phone. The person from Yellow US Pages told her that they were calling to verify the information for the business that was currently listed in their directory. After verifying the information they asked for her name.

To our surprise we received the attached bill from them telling us that we owed them $719.99. I called Yellow US Pages on 9/**/13 to obtain more information on these charges. At this time they explained that my daughter had authorized this transaction and they played a recording with her voice. I told them that I felt that the charges were outrageous for a service that we did not want. When aI asked the person who I was talking to her name she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that there was nobody available to help. She was extremely rude and not very helpful. She told me that there was no supervisor and that I needed to talk to her instead. This is when I started to get suspicious about this business and I started researching on line. I found many people (small business owners) like me sharing similar stories of how this company was trying to scam them by requesting payment for directory listing that they never requested.

As I started to research the legality of this business I came across the attached Revdex.com Alert posted on your website on 7/**/13 and 10/*/13 describing similar scenarios about an invoice received from Yellow US Pages where they were also using a recording to say that the transaction was authorized.

I check on your website to check if this business was in your database of accredited businesses. Of course, they are not Revdex.com accredited. Based on these findings I am beginning to think that this company is using this scam to get money from small business owners for unauthorized advertising services.

At this point I want to start by filing a complaint with you to help me out to resolve this issue. I also intent to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as suggested on the Revdex.com Alert.

On Wednesday, November *, 2013 at approximately 9:14 a.m. I received a called from a so-called collection agency pertaining to the bill from Yellow US Pages. She did not give me her name or the name of the collection agency. I was interrupted by a few incoming calls, and I placed her on hold. She ended up hanging up, and I was not able to follow-up because she did not leave me a phone number. I checked the caller ID on my phone and it showed “[redacted].” Later on the day I received a fax from this collection agency showing my account was past due. The new amount on this fax invoice is $770.79 for late charges.

Based on all of this information, I would like to formally initiate a complaint against Yellow US Pages for scamming against small businesses for advertisement services that were not requested or authorized. They purposely manipulate the recordings to play only the information they want to emphasize on their scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve this issue by stopping ALL harrassing phone calls from Yellow US Pages and the so-called collection agencies that Yellow US Pages is using to collect money for services that I DID NOT request and/or authorize. This company has employed unethical practices to fulfill their motives. I do not want to be responsible for the unauthorized charges that they claim I owe them.

Review: This company called on 7/**/13 and pretended to represent the legitimate Yellow Pages. They said they were just updating our records. They then offered to give us a free two month trial. That after that two moths they would call to see if we wanted to continue the service for $60/per month. We never received any notice until we were threatened with a lawsuit and presented with and invoice for $719.99 for 1 month.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop harassing our business and drop the invoice.

Sincerely,

Review: YellowUsPages claims that we owe them $852.35 for premium that we signed up for in June 2013.

They played me a recording of robotic clippings of my staff in Yes/No answers authorizing Yellow US Pages to sign up.

My boss had told my staff to sign up for 6months of free ad, which we would cancel before the 6months was over.

Then in September, I got phone calls and then emails regarding our outstanding bill.

We did not receive anything for the charges.

Today, I received another email with the increased charges claiming that it will be sent to a collections agency if we do not pay.Desired Settlement: I want this scam to end. I want it concluded that [redacted] does not owe Yellow Us Page any money.

I am concerned that they may have some legit claim since there is a recording agreeing to some contract.

Review: I was contacted by Yellow US Pages August ** and offered 2 free months of internet listing for my business. I was to receive a bill after the 2 months so I could either pay or cancel the supposed verbal agreement. I was never told of the entire amount. Did not see any increase in business due to listing. Never did they even explain what a Top 10 listing meant either. I did not receive an invoice in October for the charges or even an email. Then on Nov **, I received a phone call from Yellow US Pages telling me I owed $719. They played back a recording saying I had agreed to this. I stated I did not realize the charge and offered to pay 1 month and cancel the supposed contract. Their representative was uncooperative to my request. I tried to call back to speak to a supervisor and was connected to the same representative, who continued to be rude. In fact, she hung up the phone. Then on Friday, Nov [redacted], I talked to [redacted], a Collection Agent for the company, who again asked for payment. She explained the bill had been mailed but I never received it. In fact, she said I didn't request an email invoice and I usually ask for both. So she emailed me the invoice dated Nov **, that was for $1079 less sign-up discount $309.00 or $719 total. On Nov. ** a $40 administration fee and $10.80 interest fee were added to make the bill $776.79. I offered to pay for the 1 month and was told I would have to pay for the entire contract. She did say I could pay $200 in installments. My husband called today to discuss the invoice and [redacted] hung up on him. We offered to pay for 1 month of the contract and to cancel their service immediately. Again, this business hung up. Numerous complaints have been filed regarding this. We tried to make a good faith settlement and were hung up on. No written contract was signed at all. Please resolve this. Thank you. [redacted], [redacted]. Invoice number will be provided upon request.Desired Settlement: I want the company to cancel the year contract and delete my listing on their online data base. We agreed to pay for 1 additional month, $60, to help resolve this, but were hung up on. I will screen my phone calls so that I do not talk to Yellow US Pages again.

Sincerely,

Review: the vendor is indicating they have a recording of myself allowing them to sign me up for a service I did not agree to. They definitely have a recording authorizing service but it was not made with me. This is a fraud. I am unable to determine if an employee may have agreed to the service but am sure I did not and they have an invoice and late fee of $719.99 that they are telling me they are going to turn over to a third party collection agency. They were very rude and condescending an unprofessional. In addition to not having agreed to any business relationship with the firm an exhaustive search of our incoming email archives indicates no communication of a new business relationship or any communication of any kind. Today we received an invoice for the first time.

RE: Invoice # [redacted] I have tried to call them and let them know that I did not entered a contract and the billing rep played a lengthy voice recording of someone she claims was me and I dispute that it is me. It may have been an employee who was terminated but it was not me.Desired Settlement: The bill needs to be zeroed out and the company needs to be looked into please note they have an "F" rating as is.

I want them to stop sending invoices and calling my business trying to collect.

Sincerely,

Review: I was contacted by Yellow US Pages in May 2013 with the opportunity to try a free online search engine optimization tool for 2 months to enhance my company's search results. I was highly skeptical but thought it would be worth a try as online presence is a great way to build awareness. I was then transferred to a gentleman who rattled off a list of disclaimers and questions and verifications and 12-digit account numbers and passwords. Then a few months later, in August, after no further communication or verification from Yellow US pages, I received a collection notice faxed to me demanding payment for an annual contract for an online listing I had completely forgotten about. I did understand that there was an annual contract involved in the initial conversation BUT I was told that I had an opportunity to cancel the ad if I was not happy with it or didn't get results from it. I never received a proof, I never received a written contract, I never received an invoice. I never knew the ad had even begun to run. I never got a chance to approve it. I didn't even know where it was or how to find it. I certainly didn't know if it was correct and I didn't receive any analytics regarding it's effectiveness or ineffectiveness.

Ultimately I believe I was coerced and manipulated by Yellow US Pages. During two conversations with separate people from Yellow US Pages I was made to feel shamed and intimidated. When I said I never received an invoice, I was accused of disregarding it....basically insinuating that I am irresponsible with my invoices and accountables and responsibilities!! I felt I was being accused of being unprofessional or absent-minded. I felt like it was a personal attack on my character. I asked repeatedly if the contract could be cancelled. I was told no even though it is an electronic listing that can easily and quickly be stopped, not a printed publication. I asked to speak to a supervisor and [redacted] (I believe) came on the line. She told me that she could indeed reduce my bill down from $719 to $599.99 which was the cancellation fee. So that proved that I was lied to by [redacted] who insisted that there was no way to stop the contract at all. I feel this practice of trapping advertisers is highly deceptive. I feel like I was personally attacked. I was told that I did not resolve the matter with an immediate over-the-phone payment at that moment with a credit card or electronic check payment that they would be forced to turn me and my company over to a collection agency. At that point I felt threatened. This company's methods of sales and collections are purposefully unscrupulous and hurtful and completely based on deception and intimidation.Desired Settlement: I would like all claims to any contract regarding me or my company cancelled immediately including any collection procedures.

I think this company should be reported or flagged somehow as deceptive and unlawful in their business practices. I feel sorry for anyone who answers the phone to them. Its too bad that the Yellow US Pages is so insecure about their own product that they have to resort to these poor business practices to keep their "very valuable" search optimization tools up and running.

Review: Was contacted at end of April 2013 abt Free 2 month listing Which I agreed to you were to cancel in that two months or be billed. I was sure I did, then received a ph call early July saying acct was past due & that I owed close to $800 Told then to cancel acct & they said we can't & you owe us & need to pay or will turn over to collections dept. Received another call in Aug saying it will be turned over to collections if I don't pay, Then Sept [redacted] & [redacted] received a call from a person named [redacted] from Yellow US Pages calling out of FL from PH# ###-###-#### saying if I don't pay they will persue legal action against me & serve me with a summons to appear in court in NY. Don't remember what the exact amnt was she said I owed, but she offered to see if they could get it reduced. She also said they sent 3 to 4 invoices which I told her I never saw any of. After looking arnd the internet I saw that there were many reports of this same thing happening all over the country where people received calls saying you owe us this much & threatening you with legal action if you didn't pay them it appeared to be exactly what I was going through so I assumed they are trying to scam me & get me to pay by threatening me with legal action. I don't feel I owe them anything & want them to stop calling me & threatening me with legal action if I don't pay them. I'm quite scared right now thinking what do I do from here. Please feel free to contact me anytime at ###-###-#### if you need further info from me & or to let me know what if anything I should do from here. Thanks For Your TimeDesired Settlement: I feel they are using very unethicial practices & trying to threaten me with legal action. When they first called in June or July saying acct was past due I told them I was sure I canceled it & just close the acct & they sad we can't prorate it, you owe us this much & if you don't pay we will turn over to collections dept. I feel this is a scam trying to bully me into paying them money just like if you look arnd on the internet you can read abt this scam being pulled on all kinds of people & business arnd the country. I want them to close the actt & zero out the balance they say I owe & stop harrassing me & threatening me with legal action if I don't pay them.

Review: My wife was called and harassed by their collection person over a "balance past due" of a service that was never ordered by us, the owners. When I immediately called their office, I spoke with someone regarding this issue who was rude, condescending, threatening and berating. I told him repeatedly that at our business, our policies and procedures are that nothing can be ordered without a Purchase Order, to which argued with me and kept repeating over and over "we have a recording of the verbal order" and he said we were sent an "invoice" to which we never received. Had we received the invoice, we would have called immediately as there would not have been a Purchase Order number for it

This "order" was never an order as the phone solicitor who called spoke with a part-time clerk who was employed here for 1 month, was 19 years old and had no authorization to order anything, much less a recurring advertising campaign. In addition, she did not have a Purchase Order for it, which is our policy as stated above. The "recording" sounded convoluted and distorted and I questioned its validity to which I was rebuked repeatedly.

I was also threatened with credit damage as well as being sued in court for the "balance due" which was $ 1,199.88 but, they gave me a "discount" of 479.89, bringing a "balance due" of 719.99.

I told them I would not pay the bill and I would report them to the Revdex.com to which they didn't seem to really care too much about and he continued to tell me they would sue me and send me to collections. I repeatedly asked for a manager to which I was told "you will never get to a manager, I am who you will deal with". I repeatedly tried to get in touch with a manager there with no success.Desired Settlement: Issue an adjustment on balance due to zero as it was never ordered properly and I will not pay for these unauthorized charges. Sincerely,

Review: In brief, I was baited by one salesman that told me the product was free, then transferred to another for verification of information. After being transferred the terms must have been changed. I was billed for $1079.00 for a product that I neither received, received info on, nor was updated regarding. I am very upset as they stated that they will be putting this onto my credit if we do not pay. When I called, they played me an ambiguous taping of the second salesman. I am hard of hearing and did not catch the details as I was trusting that the first salesman had given me the correct info. I did not hear any charges and never received any listing or info on that listing. I asked if they would remove the charge and the lady over the phone was very loud and forceful saying she would not. Please help as I did not want this "product" that I never received. MORE importantly I thought I was simply updating my normal free information for the Yellowpages. The second salesman was very quick to buzz through the info that I had already been told was free. Thank you!Desired Settlement: I feel that because I never received the information regarding any of this then I should not be billed a single penny. I had asked the first salesman to send me information regarding the listing and they did not!

we understand the importance customer satisfaction to any business and are

therefore more than happy to work with our clients in order to ensure that they

are pleased with the services we provide.

I have

reviewed this information and must disagree with [redacted]’s claim.

We have on

file, a recorded verbal authorization with [redacted]. In this recording, the

representative verifies that he is authorized to place this order and explains

quite clearly that the service is on a two month trial period and that they are

responsible for contacting our Customer Service Department at any time during

those sixty days, in order to cancel their listing.

The cost of

the service, should they chose not to cancel the listing is also very clearly

stated by the representative. The Customer Service toll free telephone number

is openly provided on this recording, as well as a username and password for him

to make any changes to his listing.

At no time

during the sixty day trial, did we receive a call requesting cancellation.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

We did not agree to the terms they describe in their response. There is not much more that I can say in response that has not already been said. Again, we did not agree to the terms. They did not follow through on any part of their contract. They have an altered video recording that the Yellow US-Pages is using against us as a SCAM. The following goverment web site describes their so called sales tactics perfectly:

As a result we are not satisfied with their response. It only further proves that they care nothing about their clients or customers as we did NOT agree to the sale. Further we received absolutely nothing from them. ONLY a late bill with HUGE late charges. It is criminal how the Yellow US-Pages treats its so called customers. The link below describes very clearly the tactics/scam in which the Yellow US Pages uses to scam people. After clicking on the link below, one can read exactly how their scam works under the heading called "How the SCAM works":

Sadly the link above describes EXACTLY what happened to us here at our business. The Federal Trade Commision calls it a Scam. If Yellow US Pages cared about its customers, then it would eliminate the illegitimate charge and remove us immediately from their calling list. Further a written apology would probably be in order for the harassing calls from their collection agency. Yellow US Pages, again, we did not approve this charge and we never received anything from you. Please remove us from the list and remove the charge.

Review: The company called me to solicate online advertising services. At first I said yes and gave them the information. I called back 3 days later to cancell after looking at the site. I never received an invoice. I thought everything was taken care of with this situation. I was called this morning and told that I was in collections because of this account. I had no idea what they were talking about since they had not sent me an invoice. I did not remember their name. I was then faxed the invoice with the name of the company. I hope you can help me with this situation.Desired Settlement: I want the 4 stars taken away from [redacted]'s name and left how it was before they contacted me. I want them not to charge me for a service tha we did not need.

Respectfully,

Review: Phone call came in to offer yellow pages advertising. What I found out after the fact that it was not yellowpages, but yellow us pages. That in itself was misleading. They offered 2 months free advertising and cancel by July * 2013. I emailed the company online via their web site to cancel prior to July * to cancel. Then I get a call stating that we owe for a full year and that they do not allow email cancellations and stated that I didn't cancel in time (which is not the case). If they would just check their emails, then they would discover that I had emailed them. Their business had not generated any revenue for us in the first 2 months nor did it to date. I'm only a seasonal business and wouldn't require their services for a full year in the first place, and so seeing that they hadn't generated anything in the first two months I decided it was time to cancel, so I did.Desired Settlement: Discontinue any and all services with this company and stop calling my business.

Review: YellowUSPages.com (dba SEO Online and many other names) called me and made an offer to list my business online for 3 months for FREE. They recorded my voice and said that I agreed to pay them for 1 year of advertising after the 3 month free offer. I did not agree to pay them and did not give them my credit card initially. Their collections agency called me (after the 3 months) and threatened to turn me in to a collections agency if I did not pay $719.99 for 1 year of online advertising. I gave them my credit card because I was scared about being turned into a collection agency and any expenses associated with it. After a day passed and I thought through it further, I decided to check out this website (www.yellowuspages.com) to see my business listing and I was not listed anywhere on the website. I called YellowUSPages.com Collection Agent ([redacted] ###-###-####) and told her that I was not listed on the website and that I was going to call Discover card to dispute the charge of $719.99. [redacted] told me that she would correct the problem and then offered to extend my listing for an additional 3 months for free due to the problems I had experienced. I called Discover to dispute the charge because I thought I was being scammed. Discover sent a notice to the merchant shown on my credit card (ECSI/Education Bill Services, [redacted] - ###-###-####) and this merchant verified the charge and said they were the credit card processor for SEO Online, and the charge reappeared on my Discover card. I assumed that since it was charged back to my card, that Discover had decided to side with the merchant (who I thought was actually YellowUSPages.com.) I didn't understand that this ECSI was a third party billing until later. November **, 2013 I decided to go back and check on my online advertising on with YellowUSPages.com and the entire website was closed down. I tried to call [redacted] and the phones were dead. I even googled the address for YellowUSPages at [redacted] and found the number (###-###-####) of the leasing company and asked if this business was still located in their building. They told me that they were gone and gave me the number to call that they had on file for a [redacted] ###-###-#### and the number is dead. I then called ECSI to inquire about who they were and their involvement with YellowUSPages.com and they told me that all they did was process credit cards for them and pass along the funds and that they were not accountable for anything. I called Discover again to dispute the charge and Discover told me that my time period has expired to do anything further and left me holding the bill for $719.99 for a service that I never received. I have since found out that YellowUSPages.com have been under FTC investigation as of November **, 2013 and have ceased doing business. I have filed a complaint with the FTC on my behalf for this incident. I would appreciate any assistance that you can offer me to try to get back this money. I am a family-owned, small business and can't afford this type of scam.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Refund-Credit Card Credit

Review: A couple months ago during a very busy day a lady called my small business wanting to VERIFY business information for a FREE online listing.

I verified the information.

Two days ago I received a faxed & emailed bill for $719.99, for online advertising. I DID NOT & WOULD NOT agree to any advertising, especially

that amount. In the past 10 years we HAVE NOT & CAN NOT AFFORD such advertising. We also don't agree to any advertising with out written

contacts.

The business member (collections) [redacted] when contacted after receipt of invoice offered to play the "recorded" authorization. I refused

because I would not have agreed to this $ amount of advertising, I haven't spent that amount in 10 years of advertising.Desired Settlement: I want this bill voided, I want them to leave me alone.
