I would like to note that I was told on 4/21 that I would receive a call from Zulily's actual legal department (after they provided me with inaccurate information) within 72 business hours. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not yet received a call from them -and did follow up with Amy T[redacted] at Zulily's Customer service dept. over the weekend.

It was very nice to get to speak with you today!  I am happy we were able to get this resolved.  The refunds should already be showing on your credit card and I wanted to remind you that you do have a $10 store credit on your account should you choose to give us another try....

Your website has an issue that allowed this to happen so what happened? And what are you doing to prevent it in the future? Also your CSR responses when I called was not appropriate

This matter is being handled via email.  Synchrony bank has given us a summary of amounts charged and amounts credited to the account and I have passed this information along to the customer.
