I ordered some hideaway strobe from LED outfitters on black Friday 2016, order was recieved the following Monday or tuesday I was missing an amber strobe that I ordered and called right away The guy that answered the phone shipped one out right away and I expect to receive shortly My experience has been completely positive with this company and I have nothing bad to say about them

Thee worst Company to deal with, They sent me wrong lights so I contacted them and informed them so and they said send them back and they would refund me shipping costs and send correct lights I sent lights back and waited a week before any reply I then called and it's a young person who always answers the phone anyways I gave him order number and asked about lights and was told they were out of the lights I originally ordered and would have to wait, I wasn't too happy so I told them to refund me but to make a long story short I had to file a Complaint with [redacted] and was awarded my original costs however they owe me refund for return shipping and this company just gives you a run around and will not pay back money owed so now I am filing a Complaint with Consumer Fraud Division in New YorkDO NOT deal with this Company, they do not care and feed you BS when you callI assure you they will be investigated now!

I called LED Outfitters in [redacted] today to return blue lights that my son (volunteer firefighter) purchased last week because they did not workThe person I spoke with (Joe) was very argumentative with me after I told him I wanted to get a full refund or I wanted the company to send my son new lights NDAAfter being consistently rude to me during this conversation I told Joe I wanted to speak to a manager he informed me he was the manager, I than told him I wanted to speak with the owner and Joe told me he works there so the owner doesn't have to speak to people like me!! Joe refused to let me speak with the ownerI have never heard of a customer service representative speaking to a customer like thisI will never order anything from LED Outfitters and suggest no one should!

I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL SEVERAL ITEMS FROM LED OUTFITTERS OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS FOR PERSONAL VEHICLES ALONG WITH GOVDEPT VEHICLES AND EVERY TIME THERE HAS BEEN AN ISSUE WITH ORDERING WHICH COMES WITH DOING THINGS I UNDERSTAND THATBUT WHEN CALLING AND SPEAKING WITH PEOPLE FROM YOUR COMPANY THEY ARE ALL SO RUDE AND NEVER SPOKE WITH ANYONE WITH GOOD PUBLIC RESPECT, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE!! YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICES FROM LED OUTFITTERS AT ALL BUT I THINK I'VE REACHED BY STOPPING POINT AND WILL BE CARRYING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THANKS!!

The websites states that the product is not recommended to be mounted with magnets while the vehicle is in motionThe customer did not send it back to us for us to give him an estimate to have it repaired

It's obvious that this business has no desire to resolve this issue or any other business complaint made against it I, the customer have attempted to contact this business by telephone to resolve the issue and make a warranty claim The number to the business either goes directly to a full voice mail box then hangs up without an opportunity to leave a call back message, or when it is answered they hang up on youI made contact via email with the company on May **, and was told they would send the replacement part (not the entire unit...only the flasher unit I requested) Now they want me to send them the entire defective unit to them, at my expense; in hopes they will send a replacement Previous comments and evaluations of this company have indicated that this other customers have attempted warranty repair and send back defective units only to have the company either claim they never received the defective unit or the unit was damaged in shipping therefore not covered by warrantyI have provided this company with the invoice/cr, mailing address, etc There is no reason for this company not to honor their promise to send a replacement flasher for the defective unit.Many other companies that I have dealt with over the many years have always send the replacement part, along with a Return Authorization/*** pre-paid mailing label (with tracking number) for me to send back the defective part/unit All with the understanding that if I fail to send back the defective part/unit within a specified period of time (usually days) then they will charge my original credit card for the replacement.I am not going to spend another dime of mine with or for this company until they honor their promises and warranty I believe it's totally unreasonable for a reputable business to expect a customer to spend additional money on postage, in hopes they don't pull other stunts with the receipt of the return, in return the company "promises" to send a replacement Too many broken "promises" by this company already Sounds like a scam to me
